We had a lovely meal at Zizzi. Ryan was extremely helpful advising about my allergies. He gave me a mobile with all the choices I could have. My meal came with a sticker saying made with your allergies in mind. All the food was lovely and hot. And delicious. Would highly recommend Zizzi.

Liv was amazing, so sweet and very efficient. The second we walked in the door she was very welcoming. She even got the chef to make a discontinued item I loveee. Very lovely girl.

Not the greatest. The starters were the only good part of the meal, the brushetta and a mozzarella doughball. We also ordered three mains and a side of potatoes. The potatoes were dry and when we asked to get them taken off the bill the waiter started poking them in the bowl and breaking them up at the table. We thought this was a bit unprofessional, I didn't even get a chance to give feedback about my main meal before he whisked himself away. £97 later we are feeling robbed. We weren't asked how our food was until we stopped eating otherwise we would've given feedback straight away. Feeling disappointed.

We booked last minute and our meal was fantastic. Tansy was a great server - very knowledgable and friendly. Allergen awareness is great here, all precautions were taken and we felt very looked after! The food was incredible - we would recommend anything with the ragu sauce as it was to die for.

I tried the new Beef and Venison stufato, it was incredible! Tansy provided excellent service. A brilliant dining experience overall.

We had an outstanding meal in Zizzi in the Barcode to celebrate our friend’s 21st birthday. Vicky and Elsa were so accommodating and made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff wanted to make sure we had the same size pizzas, but were convinced that they could have been bigger. Even though they were fairly large, Vicky brought us some free fries as an extra to ensure we were full. Very kind! The staff sung “Happy Birthday!” to our friend, and promptly laid small plates and cutlery to invite us to eat the birthday cake there. 10/10 customer service, good scran and we will definitely be returning soon!

Food was impeccable, as well as service being absolutely rapid. Liv brought a comforting atmosphere, a lovely lass. Only negative points was the music was Mexican in an Italian restaurant

Amazing night , the restaurant had difficulty’s earlier and were closed last minute we were able to go in the meal was exceptional and the staff , Fin, Tansy, Ryan and Elsa were brilliant and overcome so much in one night thank you and thank you for the happy birthday dessert

The food was average nothing special, the service was extremely slow it was an hour wait for the small children between finishing their main to ordering an ice cream desert. We went in Easter holidays when “kids eat free” but because 3 adults had the 3 course lunch we were told we wouldn’t get the kids eat free deal, which makes no sense, considering ours were all adult meals. This wasn’t explained at all and only told at the end when paying. Overpriced meal with wrongly advertised deal for mediocre food. Won’t be returning.

Great food, good for lunch. Better when it’s quiet and we prefer booth tables that are sometimes available. Ordered arancini, rustica pizza and cheesecake.

Absolutely amazing place to dine, we were let down with another restaurant that was short staff, we headed straight into Zizzi and was sat right away. Food was delicious, had my first Calzone, which I very much enjoyed, my partner had carbonara special and he told me he loved it. Definitely on our list of restaurants to visit again. I don’t normally leave reviews but this place looked like it needed a deep clean. Looking up from where you sit there’s a layer of fluff coating all the services and sticking to the interior features. Gave me the ick. Food wasn’t great, but maybe I ordered wrong. The service was friendly.
