Enzo in Weymouth and Portland

We had a lovely meal in Enzo's this evening - really good food, a lovely bottle of verdicchio and such a welcoming atmosphere. I've been going here for years when I'm in Weymouth and it never disappoints. Many thanks to the team.

An absolutely fantastic Italian dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The owner was present on the floor, adding a personal touch to the experience, and we even had the opportunity to chat in Italian, which made it feel even more authentic. The food was simply outstanding—the spaghetti carbonara was perfection, rich and full of flavor, and the lasagna was equally delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and expertly prepared. Overall, an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who loves real Italian cuisine!

Fabulous night , we booked early and managed to get a table for 4 , I had seafood risotto and a glass of Pinot .. good price, decent service , tasty meal . I would return , only slight negative was the young Italian was so grumpy . Didn’t smile once and looked down her nose at people . The rest of the staff were lovely . As an italian I have to say that i was really happy to find this little space of Italy in Weymouth, the food was really good, both the pizza and the pasta, I raccomend the lasagna.

On a family holiday we decided as a group to go to an Italian on the sea front and Enzos popped out straight away being a stones throw from the beach, looked quant and friendly so we all made the call to book that evening for dinner. On arriving all seemed well friendly staff at the front of the greet us and a lovely looking menu in a nice venue. The starters were what was to be expected nothing big but full of flavour. On finishing our starters it seemed to turn out it’s head, the waiter running food from the pass and clearing tables as he went through seems like he would be more at home standing outside the Kremlin keeping guard as everyone he came into contact with was what can only be a described as an inconvenience to him snatching plates and cutlery from the table and from peoples hands who only stacked the plates for ease of collection. I work in the hospitality business and fully appreciate a tidy stack of plates to collect from thoughtful customers only trying to help out alittle. On delivery of our mains is where the meal fell through. The swordfish special was well underwhelming to begin with and served with potatoes that to be honest replicated the saddest vegetables on the planet, I’ve in-fact seen an albino with more colour to them, very disappointed as this being an Italian I would expect something more traditional like Gnocchi or at least some herbed potatoes and at over £22 for the dish what on earth always special is still to be decided. My partner had the chicken in mushroom sauce which In Fact was exactly that nothing more nothing less no pasta no carbs to even mention and again at £18+ I’m wondering where you get the chicken from Elon Musks personal farm??? The child’s pizza was so big that we could have feed three children it was more a small adults pizza which we I fact ate to add some sustenance to our own dishes . It’s a shame as on arriving it came over as a great eatery but on reflection we all wished we had searched more for something better

Eight of us visited this restaurant during a weekend in August. It was virtually full upstairs which I took to be a good sign. The restaurant is on the sea front and the sliding doors at the front were open so we had a nice view and a nice breeze came into the lower part of the restaurant. The consensus in our group was the food was very good. Everyone was also positive about the service. I wasn’t so keen on the service - it all felt very rushed and the waiters weren’t particularly communicative. However, overall we enjoyed our visit.

Had a lovely evening. I took my wife for the last night of our holidays. The meal, the service and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend to anyone.

We were recommended this restaurant from our hotel manager. We had high hopes for our 15th wedding anniversary meal. Our reserved table was right in the middle with customers and staff walking past us constantly. Although it was nice to get fast service, it shouldn't take an hour to eat through a three course meal. We were hoping for a relaxed evening. The food was freshly cooked but I didn't think the cost and portion size went hand in hand. Tortelloni Renato was just 4 pasta pillows with lots of sauce. Bruschetta Napoletana was 8 pounds! We need to go to another Italian restaurant soon to compare service, cost and portion size.

Food was absolutely amazing, staff were very friendly. We stayed in Weymouth for three nights and went here for dinner two nights as we were so impressed the first time. 100% recommend!

My Husband and I were celebrating Valentine's day. We're unable to go out in the evening so we went for Lunch. Enzos was very welcoming and comfortable. Fabulous decor and great staff. We had lasagne and chips followed by profiteroles. The lasagne was absolutely delicious, best we've ever tasted. As for the profiteroles, they were like no other. Filled with white chocolate and covered in a rich chocolate sauce. We finished with a very good cup of coffee. Can't wait to go back.

I've been here several times over the past years, I always get excellent service and good food. Service is always very quick and efficient, even when very busy, the menu is substantial with lots of variety to choose from. The food is good value for the quality and it's always a very friendly, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high-quality Italian food at a restaurant owned and run by an Italian family.

Early evening visit in January with a friend, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff, had a very nice pizza, and Tiramisu to follow and the chef made us try Pasta e Faciuli his way, a regional dish of his country, well, I hope he puts it on the specials board as would like to have a full portion on the next visit, we’ll done all and keep it up.

Authentic Italian cuisine, great welcome by the staff and superlative food.. I and a friend of mine we had a calamari starter (soft and tastes) As a main vegetarian pizza (only a big woow) and fir me a risotto sea food... Fresh sea food and rice perfect (Al dente).. Dulcis in fundi.. A marvellous Tiramisu', that is the best I ever eaten.. Ending, Enzo is the best restaurant in all area and I suggest all of you to try his marvellous food.

Came with family for a meal. Atmosphere was very chilled, warm place with traditional italian decor. The staff was ever so friendly with our kids, Myriam and Romeo took care of us, with an extra attention to detail. Food was excellent, their Chef is also the owner which is always an extra bonus.
