my wife and I have eaten at gusto Manchester a few times since it open we went for the Sunday lunch as it was on 50% off not the best Sunday lunch we have had roast potatoes not very good really not roast potatoes more like baked and the cauliflower cheese no taste we would not of liked to pay the full price get the roast potatoes and the cauliflower right and not a bad meal

Nice atmosphere, hard working staff. But how a bill for two pizze, a salad, and a bottle of wine that costs £6 in Tesco can get to £75 is astonishing. The pizza was OK. The large, main course caesar salad was about 6 leaves of romaine. Aged and Brown at the edges. 3 marinated anchovies. And some non descript dressing. I can't recall the exact price. Maybe £11 I can't imagine what the starter version looked like. Divide by 2, I guess. Ridiculous. I don't know how they got so many rave reviews. 🤔

The restaurant looks incredible and the staff are so friendly. It was my first time visiting and I enjoyed the entire thing. The staff were a delight and the food was incredible. Whilst being showed to my table I was asked how my day was and what I had done and grace who was my waitress was incredibly sweet and helpful. I would 100% recommend that you go here as I will be returning again

Not a completely full night vut more than half full. The food was good but the service a little slow and remote gibe we were a party of 10

A special family occasion for 8 guests - upon arrival , met by friendly staff , shown to a lovely table and nice surroundings. That’s the end of the compliments ! Upon choosing wine to accompany the meal I asked the waitress to help guide me through the wine menu, with mediocre bottle in excess of £45 then you expect the staff to have basic knowledge. Her reply was , I don’t know , I can’t help you. Starters came and went, then the mains arrived, at this point 1 hour 35 after arrival, only half the meals arrived together, had to wait for the other dishes. Of the 8 meals 4, including 1 pasta and 3 steak were served cold and I mean cold. To illustrate the butter on the steak didn’t even melt. We called the staff who offered to remake the 4 meals , but what’s the point when you’re out on a party leaving the other guests to eat alone. As the meals were sent back the wine arrived. The whole evening was ruined. Shame on the chef !! We declined another meal and left to eat elsewhere. All the staff were concerned about is how much of the bill we were paying for. There’s little customer service. So if you want somewhere that looks good, sounds good but can’t produce a decent meal then look no further.

My self and my 12 year old daughter came to gusto for a very early tea before a show. We were seated straight away by the very friendly concierge and were told about the special offer menu. A polite and friendly waiter came to take our order. We only waited a couple of minutes for our drinks and only around 15 minutes for food. I thought the meal was a great price for the quality of the food which was delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was superb, beautifully lit and decorated to a high standard. My daughter kept saying how much she loved it in there. I didn’t take any names of staff but all were attentive, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Throughly enjoyed our experience. Josh was great and attended to all our needs. We attended around 4.30pm so the restaurant was quite quiet but I can image it has a strong atmosphere early evening.

We visited for our anniversary and received a brilliant service from our waiter josh who was exceptional with informing us about the best cocktails and desserts etc, as well as providing excellent service. The food and drinks were incredible - they also went out of their way to write congratulations for our anniversary on our dessert plate, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend, will definitely be coming back.

We were served by Holly who welcomed us straight away. She gave us great recommendations off the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask! She is an asset to the restaurant, thankyou so much Holly we really appreciate it!

Its OK as a place - it lacks any sort of atmosphere - and its large and a bit pretentious Pretty lights in the indoor tree formations - and that is about it The drinks are stupidly expensive - !!! comeone guys !!!! rip off The food - OMG the pizza was worse than a greasy take-away for £15 for a basic dry and tasteless magariarita!!! Other courses were OK - but not at the eye watering prices that they charge I also conveniently took them over 1 Hour to serve us - a party of 18 !! I think they hoped that in this time we would but lots of seriously overpriced drinks I cant recommend this place - shameful and truly a rip off !!!!

2nd time here.. as usual, the place is buzzing.. we came in without booking and they accommodated a table for us.. great food and our table was attended by Josh who was amazing and swift. Highly recommended.

A brilliant, fine dining experience tonight. Holly was an amazing waitress. Food was speedy. Starters came 5 minutes after requesting, succulent Duck and truffle mash potatoes really left my pallet wanting more, then to finish a refreshing sorbet!

Lovely Italian chain restaurant with an amazing menu that has a decent amount of vegan options. The food is always so delicious and well presented. The atmosphere is great for couples or friends and the staff are always friendly and polite. They are able to make some great selections for you if you can’t choose from all the choices. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've visited Gusto, Lloyd St (we're not local). I have a number of allergies due to a health issue. Gusto have been brilliant on both occasions and incredibly thorough with me so I felt completely secure in what I was ordering. We had a young girl serve us (we had bottomless brunch, so of course I can't remember her name) but she was so friendly and kept the drinks coming all afternoon. Another great visit and would highly recommend for those with dietary needs - well done Gusto 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The waiter argued about a missing pint. The truffle mushroom tagliatelle x2 was warm and there was no taste of truffle. The garlic bread was dry. The others in the party enjoyed their food. We accidentally left our personalised balloon. I rang back first thing the next morning and they had binned it.

Had an amazing night here on a Saturday for mine and my partners anniversary. We were welcomed and seated in a gorgeous table in a booth. We ordered a bottle of wine and the service was impeccable as they wouldn’t let us lift a finger and were there to refill our glasses before we noticed they were empty. My partner had the Steak and I had the crab fettuccine and they were faultless. Jasmine was an amazing server and brought us over a complimentary desert for our anniversary making our night that much more special.

Great finish to a special day! Celebration meal for son’s Graduation at Gusto Manchester, and it didn’t disappoint. Staff were lovely and added to the occasion.
