Josh and Magda gave us amazing service as usual. Josh is always incredibly friendly to all customers. Always have a giggle with him when we come in and is great with people. I’d like them to have a special thanks. Just to note I have recently given feedback for king street staff and they haven’t received the special shout out I asked them to receive. Ive been in three times since, asked the staff and they haven’t been personally thanked. It’s incredibly disappointing that you ask for feedback yet don’t act on it when staff have gone above and beyond for your company to give customers a great experience. So please make sure Josh and Magda are thanked. As I will be checking up!! Mark

Don’t waste your time. Utter and total joke. Seated for 20 minutes, we had to ask for drinks. They finally took the order and the person who took the food order missed one of the mains. Over and hour and a half of us basically waiting for nothing. If you want feeding don’t eat here, go to McDonald’s. At least you will get something. It’s pathetic. Never ever ever again. On a side note, they did discount the meal, but we would have much preferred that everyone got something to eat.

We had a great experience at the First Street branch today. Both of us have a number of dietary requirements, and our server, Magda, was helpful and patient and so friendly. We had a delicious meal. She even helped us get discounts through the app. It was really the ideal experience. Thank you Magda!

First Street never disappoints. The restaurant itself is always immaculate, lovely inside/outside heated front terrace. Food always excellent. Most of all the staff are always extremely friendly and attentive. I always recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time - Calabrian hot is a must! We were served by Lewis who was super helpful and made some great suggestions. Will definitely be back :)

Quick and friendly service, good food, can't complain!

this was a nightmare experience, I couldn't easily contact the restaurant and finding a way to get support was even more of a problem after I did get through to the restaurant. I also asked support about what they could do for the hour delay and they kept saying I'm sorry but I can't change the outcome. Over an hour wait to say you got your food in the end, be happy is a terrible feeling

Just returned from a lovely pm here with my friend, after watching a film at Home nearby. Our waiter was lovely, and Italian to boot. Would definitely recommend here, ideal as a nice spot to eat.

Always a favourite choice of ours before going to the cinema. The food is great and the staff are always lovely, especially Magda, who is often our server, and always makes us feel very welcome!

Always really friendly staff with excellent service. We get the carbonara pizza which was taken off the menu but they’re happy to make accommodations. Our server was Magda, and she has waited our tables a few times and always been lovely.

As always, Magda looked after us perfectly. With her humour and good grace, it’s no wonder I’ve been coming back to this Pizza Express since it opened. We’ll see you soon!

For a long time, I have come to Pizza Express at First Street between work and a concert in the evenings. It has very good food — pizza of course — and staff are very attentive. Especially Magda is outstanding, noticing immediately those occasions when I am short of time — then the food will arrive quickly (and also the bill and payment are quick), or on other occasions leaving me the time to finish the wine before bringing the coffee. I’ll be back…

We come here often, Magda always warmly greets us and she has memorised our favourite meals too! We always get the same cos we love it!
