Delicious vegan pizza! Don't get to say it often ,so very happy and would definitely buy again.

Overpriced, poor quality, small portion sizes, arrived cold

Collected a king pepperoni pizza from here last night. The staff were really nice. Inside was clean & tidy / modern if your eating in. I drove home with mine & was still lovely & hot! Tasted so so nice and the kids enjoyed it too! Would recommend.

I must have been drunk when I ordered a 'Vegan Supreme Calzone' the other week, as I loathe vegan cheese (it's disgusting and usually tastes of coconut). No so Fireaway's vegan cheese... It was amazingly good... So much so, that I thought they had mixed up and put ordinary cheese in by mistake. I was so concerened, I ordered a second one last night, this time whilst sober, and it was equally as good.... Please tell me what cheese you are using Fireway???? It's easily the best vegan cheese I've eaten 😅❤️

£19.99 for a meat pizza, only had 6 slices of pepperoni and about 6 tiny meat balls. Might as well order dominos

Place was recommended by son while he was at uni here. I tried the BBQ Boss. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was rich, and the toppings were fresh and generous. It's very rare to find a genuine Italian pizza. Would recommend visiting.

I never thought going to a pizza place would be such a fun experience. We timed the pizzas in the oven and it's true what they say about making it in 180 secs! Loved it! I would recommend the build your own. It was freaking amazing!

All pizzas have vegan and gluten free options. They're also delicious.

After such a disgusting pizza arriving cold and not edible, instead of them restaurant resolving the issues . The choice was to argue with me and put the phone down 3 times of me. I’m a annoyed customer for the way I’ve been treated and will make sure I share this with as many people I know to ensure anyone I know at least will never but anything from them again

It is one of the best pizza shops in Manchester. I love it very much. It is delicious and it is a good choice for those who are interested in eating halal food. The people who work there are very respectful and always smiling. They care about their customers very much

Absolutely terrible. They delivered the wrong pizza to start, it was cold and all the toppings had fallen off not sure how that happened, but they were just in one clump on the side and I couldn’t put it back on properly. I had to wait over ages for ONE pizza. I’m done with Just Eat, never using this app again.

Pricey but really good. You get what you pay for. Still cheaper than the garbage at Domino's I guess.

It's second time our pizza had all the ingredients on one side like it was not carried flat. The cheese keeps coming off. There is too little of ingredients on the pizza in our opinion.

Good prices that make up for the horrible service. I was insulted in another language, thinking I wouldn’t understand, due to the attendant not comprehending what she was saying herself. Blaming me for her own confusion. If you want to eat, I’m sure you’ll be fine with the food, if you’re expecting to speak to someone, best save your breath. I have never seen such appalling customer service in my life, especially having worked in the industry from a young age. I can understand a language barrier. I can understand that it is late at night and everyone wants to go home. I can understand that you may have incorrectly read the order. I can understand that you are not having the time of the day. But taking back a second and realising the issue is much simpler than you are making it out to be, would make everyone’s life much easier. Walking away from the situation without conforming whether you’ve understood what has been said, also doesn’t help. Especially if minutes later I am given the wrong order after that entire commotion.

Pizza was hot & nice on delivery, but the garlic bread was slightly over done otherwise I would've scored 5 star

Best Neapolitan pizzas at takeaway prices. Bonus point that it is halal and also served vegan and vegetarian options. Personal favourite was Queen Margherita.

Never that impressed by fire away pizza. Very limited on toppings for what you're paying for. Better off going to a proper pizzeria like Rudy's or 00 or I knead pizza, or if you want cheap and unpretentious the Caprinos is probs best.

Tasted like cardboard and the toppings were like rubber. But luckily the two stars is because it didn’t have a negative effect on me other than the taste. You are better off getting pizza from a Neapolitan style pizza restaurant which is cheaper and authentic

The food is cold and I cannot eat cold pizza. The sauce is incorrect. This is unacceptable and totally a waste of money

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. This is how my pizzas showed up. Called to get refunded and they wouldn’t. Also got the avocado salad, it was the hardest avocado I’ve ever tried. In response to the restaurant reply, I did contact Deliveroo and they did not issue a refund, they said they can’t do anything. The restaurant typically needs to contact them for them to refund. Yours wouldn’t. Restaurants need to take ownership of situations like this, it’s not a customer’s fault that there’s no choice now but to use these delivery services and then this can happen and nobody takes ownership. Sorry but I’m sick of it. Final offer to the restaurant: I will take down this review when you call Deliveroo and you get this order refunded. Until then, it stays up. You can either keep the £60+ or take ownership and get it refunded. So if this review stays here, it will say a lot about the ownership you take for your customer’s experience. You already tried to say it’s Deliveroo’s fault, they say it’s yours. Take ownership.

We used fireaway Fallowfield to cater for my partners 40th birthday and were hugely impressed. Turned up bang on time and everyone commented on how great the food was. 5* food and 5* service and great value too. Would highly recommend.

Real mozzarella, excellent pizza base and good descriptions that match the food I got. They don't mess around with double cheese, either! Pricey compared to others but worth it.

Very Good pizzas. The only negative is that the topping is quite scanty.... I personally prefer heavily loaded pizzas. Otherwise I recommend it.

I am still waiting for the refund confirmation as promised by the restaurant manager last night. The order was late and delivered cold.

Very poor service! Ordered on Uber eats got to delivery time and order was cancelled which is frustrating anyway when your hungry. Called up and asked why? and apparently the address wasn’t filled in properly despite me ordering from other takeaways to my address weekly with no issues. Called and said would pick up instead as my partner was near by and was advised they will make fresh and we will need to pay again as order was cancelled and Uber eats will refund us. Annoying but ok.. partner gets there and they told us him the order was cancelled?? And wasn’t making fresh. Not only that the first time we tried this place I had chicken and sweetcorn pizza and my stomach was so bad the next day all day! Thought i would try again and give it another go just no chicken this time as didn’t want to risk it and then receive this poor service and no apology. Our address is clearly there on Uber eats and always has been. Will Never go back!

Bad service cancelled the order the minute it was supposed to be delivered to the door after waiting 45 minutes. Offered to pick up said they would make fresh..got there and there was no fresh order being made. No apology no nothing. Walked out and went somewhere else.

Alhamdullilah. Visited this place with my kids yesterday. Was looking for a halal pizza place after many disappointments elsewhere. The pizza was the best I had in Manchester so far. The staff/owner was exceptionally service minded and very friendly. He invited my kids to see how the pizza is put in the stone oven and also provided some complementary nutella pizza. He explained that the ingredients are imported from Italy and France on a weekly basis. Good to see people passionate about what they do as opposed to so many half hearted places in Manchester. Will be back.

Ordered 3 times recently and the Pizza’s have been spot on, just how everyone in the family like them. Only feedback would be to allow adding extra toppings on the specials with a small cost like other places.

Great pizza, fresh and light. Most importantly, well impressed with the service. One of the delivery lads apparently delivered my pizza to some other random person. Mistakes happen with every business and rather than try and excuse it, they phoned me directly apologised and sent another one with freebies in no time before I’d even noticed the mistake. Fair play. Super tasty pizza and customer service bang on. Keep it up guys!

If it’s not consistent it’s a useless endeavour; pretty decent the first time- thought I found my fav local alternative to dominos… but absolutely terrible the 2nd time around: the create your own veggie pizza had x1 piece of onion and x1 piece of peppers and ONE pineapple on each slice, full of sweet corn and the cheap stuff though. Consistency is key. Surely you should know that by now in pizza business- never to return.

I shouldn't have to put my pizza straight into the oven for another 10 minutes when it's just been delivered. Milkshake was nice though.

i don’t have photos of the pizzas but we came here in a large group months ago and we all enjoyed the pizza! tasty thin crust pizza cooked perfectly and served quickly :) plus, their student discount makes it tons better. honestly so good for the price, definitely need to go there again.

Lovely food. Wedges were delicious (although bigger cuts needed a little more cooking) and Nutella milkshake was great. Calzone also lovely although a little on the oily side because I chose the pesto one. Definitely would order again.

This was hands down the worst pizza I have eaten. I was genuinely gutted. The base was floppy. The toppings were stingy and did not taste of quality ingredients. It was also undercooked. What a waste of money.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and can simply say they were absolutely rubbish the base was thin enough to be a chapatti and cheese smelt like smelly socks. I really like pizza and thought I'd try this new place out but I'm still in shock how bad the pizza was ate 2 slices and the rest is going in the bin. Seriously asda pizza is better
