Lovely restaurant and staff. Cannot go wrong in the sun.

Great food, reasonable prices and fast friendly service. We were helped by (I think) Antonio who was so helpful. I really enjoyed my delicious salad (Tuna).

Tristemente, está dirigido al chef por servirme una supuesta "pizza de festín de carne", un artículo en su tablero de ofertas. Comimos allí el viernes por la noche en el 25 / 04 / 25. Nosotros tres. Es justo decir, que estaba absolutamente hambriento y el restaurante estaba muy ocupado con comida para llevar y una gran reunión en la esquina. Por lo tanto, no devolví mi pizza, ya que simplemente no podía soportar esperar una edad para obtener otra y no mientras mi esposa e hija estaban arropados en la suya. Sin embargo, la pizza de carne era cualquier cosa menos eso. Era una pizza vegetariana y había visto más carne en un Big Mac (y eso es decir algo). Había literalmente 6 o 7 hebras de carne, pegadas en el medio del queso... ¡y eso fue todo! La pizza de especias pepperoni de mi esposa estaba cargada en comparación al igual que mis hijas Margherita. Decepcionado no era la palabra, pero me mordí la lengua (supongo que era carne) y me comí el plato de masa de queso antes que yo. Como mencioné anteriormente, le informé a la camarera, pero aparte de la mirada alarmada (por no mencionar su mirada cansada también) y diciéndome que le diría al chef, no se hizo nada más. Demasiado cansado para llevarlo más lejos y causar vergüenza a mi familia, simplemente pagué y me fui. Dudo que volvamos a visitarlo. Dominó es la próxima vez.

Visitado para el almuerzo en un viaje de compras con mi hija y primo. Era un día caluroso y le pedimos a la amable servidora que nos encontrara una mesa en la zona más fresca que ella hizo. El personal era experto y eficiente. El servicio fue oportuno - nos trajeron una botella de agua a la llegada con algunos vasos y hielo mientras elegíamos nuestra comida. Las pizzas eran preciosas y el ambiente era vibrante. Había una sensación muy agradable en el lugar, tiene un precio razonable y está en una gran ubicación. ¿Qué es no amar? Volverá 😊

Got pizza number 2 and 10 and the garlic bread with mozzarella they were all very delicious. Definitely coming back here again it took me back to italy!

The pizzas here are excessively pricey. We ordered pizzas number 6 and 10, and while they were acceptable, they certainly did not justify their high cost. We also got mozzarella bites and “selected” prosciutto, but both were far from fresh. On a positive note, the service was commendable.

We came as a couple, pretty italian pizza place. Drinks and food came very quickly and the taste of everything was just amazing. The pizza was perfect, thin, italian pizza with a supersoft crust. Chili and garlic oil as an extra. We loved it! The salad with homemade dressing was awesome as well. Nothing bad to say about this place, we felt welcomed and well treated. Next time in Manchester definitely a place to eat and enjoy again.

Visited Franco Manca in Manchester. We were served less than in 10 minutes, despite the fact that it was Saturday afternoon!) Food we absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. By the way , portions were pretty good and absolutely affordable. Definitely recommend

La comida encantadora tenía una mezcla de entrantes vegetales para compartir luego la ensalada de pollo pesto que era hermosa, y una pizza fuera de la tabla de especiales. Dos copas tenía la cerveza sin nombre bruja era una pinta agradable. Lo único negativo fue que la camarera nos dio la cuenta que pedimos y se quedó sobre nosotros esperando cuando pedimos un minuto, como a usted también le gusta tener mirar por encima de la cuenta, etc

Fui aquí con mi familia, y tuve una experiencia encantadora. La pizza era muy buena y la base de masa madre es para morirse. El lugar era un ambiente muy agradable y el personal era encantador también. Usamos la oferta de £ 5 pizza de enero, y fue genial - una ganga adecuada. La aplicación Franco Manca también es muy fácil de usar y logré obtener 4 bebidas gratis y una pizza gratis para referir a los miembros de mi familia.

I came to Franca Manca on Friday evening with my family and had an absolutely lovely experience!! Visiting Manchester for the weekend, we wanted to grab something before heading to a show. Our waitress Molly was extremely attentive and enthusiastic. She reccomended us pizzas and was very knowledgeable. The food came quickly and was delicious. Thank you Franca Manca and Molly!!

Just wanted to say a shout out to the lovely waitress that served us on Saturday, 99% sure her name was molly, it really makes such a difference when there is such attentive, welcoming and bubbly staff. She also gave great veggie recommendations. We will be coming back!!

Great discovery. The pizzeria is surely in the top 3 in England. Thin dough, spongy edge. The pizzeria is run by an Italian and a Frenchman, worthy of hard-working people with a lot of ambition, and the result is a great pizzeria. The treatment of the waiters is very professional and super friendly, it is a pleasure and we repeat up to 3 times. The exquisite coffee. Super recommended

Came in with my partner and daughter a few weeks back, prices were great and so was the food. We got a kids meal, pizza, salad and tiramisu and it was all amazing. Kane was accommodating and was very friendly and understanding (as were the other staff) of my daughter who was running around a lot of the time. Will definitely be back 😊

Six of us visited the King Street restaurant in Manchester on a Thursday evening. It was busy, but not full. I started with a couple of ‘bites’ - the pesto chicken with sliced potatoes was nice and very tasty. The mozzarella and prosciutto board was a decent size, but really quite bland and tasteless. Like it was straight out of a supermarket plastic wrapper. I then had sourdough Ham and Mushroom pizza, which tasted ok but looked as though it was seriously ill - pale, undercooked and cold and sloppy in the middle. My friend also ordered a pepperoni pizza - his was overcooked and burned down one side. Does your pizza oven need looking at maybe, or did we just get the trainee chef? I also ordered a side salad with olives etc… the ingredients were nice and fresh and the salad leaves were crisp, but the oil used for the dressing (or the sun dried tomatoes) was musty, bitter and old and ruined the flavour completely. The Montepulciano wine was probably ok, but I couldn’t taste it as it was so cold. When I asked for the two unopened bottles to be replaced with warmer, room temperature versions, I was told they were the last two bottles on the premises. Hmmm… really? The atmosphere was ok and I know its the time of noisy Christmas office parties, but the table next to us were really loud, to the point where they were even singing football chants and banging the tables with their fists. None of the staff asked them to be quieter and by this time we couldn’t be bothered complaining. The service was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. I won’t be coming back here though and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody - which is a shame because when the food was prepared properly, it was really quite nice.

I came for dinner with my two friends, we all had margarita pizzas with garlic mayo, which comes in a very large portion for the price!! the food came so quickly and our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The pizza is absolutely delicious 10/10 would recommend.

This is not the first time when we come for dinner, and every time we understand that we want to come back again. Everything is very tasty, fast. Pleasant and courteous service.

We are 8 French people and we were very warmly welcomed in this restaurant last weekend. The pizzas were fabulous, a real treat! I'll definitely be back! A big thank you to the whole team, in particular to Aurélien who took great care of us <3

We decided to come here last night as it seemed quiet and I’d previously eaten at another location and really enjoyed it. When we arrived, there were 2 men working there tables and one of them said we could “sit anywhere” There were a couple of other tables who seated after us as well but it was still pretty quiet. We then had to wait 20 minutes after sitting down and got completely ignored by them. One of the men actually served a table of 2 men who’d come in after us and was having a really big conversation with them so not sure if he knew them on a personal level. I think if one of them had apologised for the wait or said they would come and serve us soon, we’d have been fine with that but it was really odd that it felt like we were being blatantly ignored. This also happened to another table who ended up leaving as well. To add to insult, as we left one of the men was standing at the welcome desk and watched us leave, didn’t say anything like “sorry you’ve had to wait” just stared us out as we left which was so odd. Never felt so unwelcome! Only to positive is we ended up going to Rudy’s who were a lot busier and still managed to get served, eat and pay within a reasonable amount of time - and their staff were polite!

We had two pizza's - which weren't particularly good.... hardly any toppings, and slightly undercooked/doughy. This was at 5 o'clock and very quiet - so no excuse really, therefore had the service charge removed. Wish we had gone to Rudy's instead!

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was friendly and approachable. The pizzas were tasty and enjoyable, but the starter was a letdown. I ordered the bruschetta, priced at just over £6, and received a small, soggy slice of French bread with an unappealing mush on top—far below expectations. While I’m usually happy to tip, I was surprised to see a 10% service charge automatically added to the bill without any mention beforehand, which felt a bit presumptive. Overall, despite the pleasant service and good pizza, the disappointing starter and unexpected service charge mean I’m unlikely to return.

Had the experience of trying Franco Pizza last night from home. Bought 4 pizzas and very disappointed on the outcome. Even though all were different toppings, there was no flavour or value for money. Spent £80 on 4 pizzas and one side platter. Would have spent £40 most.

Best cheesecake I've had in ages!!

We ordered delivery through Uber Eats. "No4" Pizza was stone cold, undercooked, dry, had one thin slice of mushroom on it, and pizza hadn't been sliced as we had requested (we were in a hotel room so had to rip it apart with hands). Really poor, and we won't eat with them again.

The pizza ("Franco's favorite") was great and served quickly. The only negative thing is that they use that bad practice of including an "optional" service charge in the bill by default. You make people uncomfortable to ask to exclude it from the bill (which I didn't though) if the service is just ok, not bad but not exceptionally great either.

Now this is a great place to eat a great pizza! And don't forget to order the tiramisu..... Simply delicious. Don't consider going anywhere else. Waist of time.

The meals were delicious! The chef very thoughtfully gave the recipe for the tasty tiramisu afterwards.

A cheeky lunch with friends, we where served by Kane who was great, the pizza was 10/10

Had dinner here on a Wednesday night with a group of 7. It didn’t look busy and we were easily able to get a table outside. Waited a while to even place an order but we did eventually. We ordered drinks, starters and pizzas and ahead of most other tables. Starters came after 45 mins to an hour. Pizzas came after an hour and a half (and after most other tables). There was a token apology about being ‘busy’ from the waiter who didn’t actually seem to give a sh!t. One of the group had been the week prior during the week and waited a long time as well on a quiet looking evening, so seems to be a trend. Other than that the food was as expected. No complaints, but not as good as Rudy’s Pizzas for neopolitan style.

I went there once the food was delicious and the stuff were really friendly and then I just had to go again the next day. It was so nice! Viva Italia ❤️🤍💚

This was our first visit and what a find. Reasonably priced food and drinks. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the food was served quickly.

The food was great. Really liked the pizzas. Franco Manca hasn't disappointed me, whichever outlet it is. The chef's favourite beef pizza was particularly good. Indoor and outdoor seats. Amazing location. Quick service. The one star less is for the behaviour of one of the servers (I must mention that everyone else was amazing). He was so disinterested and rude when we pointed out to him that one of the small plates he had given us was unclean and requested it to be changed, and asked for the oil bottles. I guess these are basic things that he was anyway supposed to do instead of making faces and sarcastic remarks. So it felt weird to be paying service charge for this behaviour. I wish the service charge was opt-in instead of opt-out if the behaviour will be so rude.

Lovely pizza, great service. Very good value for money. The atmosphere is very relaxed and low key. No snobbism, no pretence, just good fun. A really nice restaurant.

We were 5 of us and went to sit in and they did not provide us with a proper table to eat. The waiter who took our order was very rude and did not listen to what we were trying to explain him about a pizza. While having to pizza asked another waiter for some ketchup, said no very rudely. Would not go again for this worst service.

Pizza was nice but they didn't have their chefs recommended one - which I wanted. Toilets were not very nice - my wife wouldn't use them. They added a service charge but it was just two of us. Would not really recommend.

Food was amazing, waiter was awful :( Forgot to clean our table after asking him twice we then had to ask the manager if someone could clean it.. he then Forgot our drinks (asked another waiter to help) he then brought out the drinks and forgot one of them!! he also forgot to bring out oils and clean cutlery… made the experience stressful for us because he was so not bothered about us!! Food however was lovely, would go again but staff needs a stern talking to..

Tasty food but quiet atmosphere

It is an excellent place to stop and take a break in Manchester City Centre. We visited with a child once, and we are happily planning to visit again on our next trip to Manchester. Both pizzas were great.

Very friendly and attentive staff and very delicious pizzas, the dough was spectacular. We also ordered some starters and they were very delicious. Recommended and a very good option if you want to have dinner after nine at night, dinner saved us since we arrived in the city around 10 p.m.

Been to several off these in Manchester and London. Always lovely pizzas. Menu usually changes, so different pizzas. Ingredients really fresh. They are very large so if you are not a big eater one between two will probably suffice.

Went with the family for lunch, had a mix of #3, #4, #7 & pizza special, the sourdough was fantastic - could do eith more pizza toppings but that's just my opinion otherwise it was great, I'd happily go back again, the waiter also had beautiful fine line tattoos - I wish I had asked him where he got them!!

Visited a few weeks ago and was extremely disappointed by the pizza - the flavour wasn’t there and the price wasn’t adequate to what i have received. The service was efficient but had to ask for the bill with our plates still on table as we were a bit forgotten. Wouldn’t recommend it come back.

Amazing pizza and great service. I only had 30-mins before an appointment, the food was ordered and ready within 10-mins and was really delicious. Prices are great too, highly recommended.

Fresh made pizza which was made in a traditional pizza oven. Base was just the right thickness and toppings were beautiful. Will def be back!

Nice look to the restaurant and it was quiet so service was quick. Ordered two pizzas and unfortunately both were average. Base was good but the toppings were minimal and lacked flavour. it’s company policy not to have wine glasses so had to drink out of water tumblers which did detract from the consumption experience.
