Después de ver este lugar que vendía tarta de queso al horno, vinimos de postre. Tenía muchas ganas de hacerlo y me decepcionó bastante. El cheesecake de vainilla de mi marido no tenía base (al parecer un cheesecake de San Sebastián) y mi cheesecake de chocolate tenía una base de tarta en lugar de galleta - muy decepcionante y caro : - (

Disappointed compared to old venue. Decor not Mediterranean style, lost the family business vibe. Food was great and service good. Table 8- could smell cigarette smoke from staff going out to smoke and rubbish and toilet all over restroom floors

Delicious food, and the olive presentation was 10/10! Highly recommend

This is a friendly and cosy Italian restaurant with tasty food, vegetarian options and extra parmesan on request. Highly recommended!

Best Italian food I've had in ages and the waitress was amazing.

We had a lovely time at Trinacria, dining in for lunch with our 1yo baby - good food and good service. Glad we visited as was recommended to us

Nice setting, food wasn’t too bad. The Sugo for the pescatora wasn’t the greatest imo. Service was good, maybe a bit intense when asking questions but could just be new staff. House beer tasted okay would have preferred a Moretti to be honest. Could give some suggestions on a few things but I wouldn’t post them on here.

Visitamos el restaurante para el cumpleaños de mi hija. Nos recibieron con una cálida bienvenida y mi hija estaba sentada con sus amigos. El personal era muy atento y amable. Realmente hicieron un esfuerzo para hacer la comida especial. La comida era fabulosa. Sin duda volveremos.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience here due to mistakes that could have been avoided, we booked a table for a work celebration there was about 20 of us, we preordered based off the menu online. I had preordered penne marinara from their online menu, as I am from England I understood that this was just a tomato pasta sauce, and there is nothing on their online menu to suggest marinara is seafood, however I received a penne pasta with tomato sauce and seafood. My sister is allergic to seafood and I don’t eat it to keep her safe. I told them I didn’t order seafood penne, he became angry and shouted at me that I did, I asked to see the menu when he showed me, that’s when we all realised their online menu is different to the one in the restaurant, he brought me a menu to say marinara is seafood, but this is not mentioned on the online menu we used when we preordered, and unfortunately being English and not being Italian, marinara in England is just tomato garlic sauce not seafood like it is in Italy, my fault for not knowing marinara means seafood in Italian but the manager or owner who was serving us just began shouting at me. A female waitress apologised and moved him away from me and brought me just a tomato penne pasta said sorry again and understood what had happened and fixed the issue without an issue, clearly a mistake on both parts. After I’d eaten it the angry manager came over and asked me how my seafood pasta was sarcastically. 3 or 4 of us preordered the online menu tomato garlic bread to start, and one of us ordered a tomato garlic bread for their main. But when it arrived in the restaurant it was a plain garlic pizza bread, as their menu in their restaurant is different to the one online and doesn’t include tomato. Also despite pre ordering two of the starters were missing and had to be chased up 10 mins or so after we had all eaten our starters and the same happened again for our mains, two were missing and a side of chips which we had to chase up. We spent about £582 and just didn’t feel we had a good experience despite pre ordering and we even brought our pre order on a document with us to make sure we were organised when we got there. Food was excellent however and we had a good time. Just a shame to be shouted at in a restaurant by the manager at what clearly was a genuine mistake, as I don’t speak Italian.

Unfortunately the Luxury Ice Cream Company online menu is wrong. I was there on Sunday afternoon intending to have a banana split and buy my grand-daughter a Biscoff sundae but neither of these was on offer. The LICC did not respond to my email the day before our visit and their telephone number was not recognised. Having said that, the ice cream we did have was delicious.

Tuvimos un desayuno aquí con amigos a las 10 . 45 am La habitación de arriba estaba helada cuando me dieron una mesa pequeña calentadora que tardó una eternidad en calentar. El desayuno era más pequeño de lo normal menos contenido en la masa madre y no tenía guarnición de ensalada. Llevo mucho tiempo viniendo a desayunar. La encantadora pareja que lo dirigió durante años eran personajes reales y escuché que se han retirado o vendido / dejado el negocio. Parece ser dirigido por gente nueva.

Acordamos reunirnos con varios miembros de la familia para almorzar tarde. Todos disfrutaron mucho de lo que tenían y el personal era muy servicial a 2 de la fiesta que se había retrasado por un problema en el ferrocarril. Estaría muy contento de volver si alguna vez en York de nuevo. Me gusta que especifiquen cuánto tiempo tienes reservada la mesa.

Ordered and picked up 3 large pizzas for my family. Pizzas were excellent and fairly priced, good toppings and crusts etc. no complaints, was very good for the price.
