Bella Italia in York

We visited the restaurant for my daughter’s birthday. We were greeted with a warm welcome and my daughter was seated with her friends. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They really made an effort to make the meal special. The food was fabulous. We will definitely return.

We came for lunch after doing the escape room and were greeted by Connie who was very welcoming and engaging with the kids. The food arrived quickly and was really tasty. I had a voucher for a free main (for signing up to the newsletter) so the bill for 2 adults starters, main and pudding and 2x large kids meals was just over £60 which is more than reasonable. We would definitley eat here again. Thank you

Wouldn’t recommend at all. Me and a few friends shared the calamari which was a mistake there was no fish in it, it’s pretty much batter may as well have gone to the fish and chip shop and ordered a portion of scraps. So for nearly £9 it wasn’t worth it at all. The carbonara was meh nothing special about it and the bacon was just clumps of fat and not meat. The vegan risotto was just rice not a risotto no sauce or anything just rice and peas. None of the food that came out was particularly warm either the menu is lacking I must say. Good selection of starters but for a chain Italian theres not many pasta options at all and for vegetarians you have one pasta choice unless you get a vegan dish which is dry pasta or plain rice and peas. Will not be returning. Only thing good about the place was the service the waitress was lovely and accommodating when we had questions about the food and preferences.

Lugar muy agradable para cenar. El personal muy atento y simpático ( el hombre que nos atendió fue divertido y pendiente de nosotras en todo momento). La comida rica.

No hemos estado aquí en mucho tiempo porque nuestra última visita no fue buena, sin embargo, las cosas fueron mucho mejor esta vez y no dudo en recomendarlo aquí. Estamos discapacitados y esto lo notó un miembro del personal que no solo nos abrió la puerta, tan pronto como estuvimos adentro nos dirigió a una mesa de fácil acceso. Nuestro camarero era encantador, amable y educado. La comida era muy buena (aunque creo que el whitebait estaba un poco recocido), porciones generosas y una buena relación calidad-precio. Esta vez no tuvimos problemas con los postres, lo cual fue agradable. Al pagar nos dieron algunos cupones de descuento para la próxima vez y espero aprovecharlos.

A very good experience, we had a slight issue, but the whole team could not have been more apologetic! Connie was fantastic, wonderful food and great service. Will definitely return 👍🏻

Entramos y nos saludó una chica joven que nos acomodó. Ella cogí mi hijo una silla alta y se ofreció para conseguir que los colores con los que jugar. Un rato después ella agarramos las bebidas y luego tomó nuestra orden de comida. Ella interactuando con mi hijo y hacía un gran esfuerzo. Nuestra comida fue traído en maravilla por asumo un gerente así como el miembro del personal que eran ambos increíblemente amable. Lo que es estupendo ver a todos los miembros del equipo a otros clientes, y poner primero. A pesar de ser relativamente ocupado nos hicieron sentir como los únicos en el restaurante. Pedimos nada era demasiado problema. La comida era absolutamente fantástico - recomiendo encarecidamente un calzone incluso hicimos espacio para budines. La masa de galletas es increíble! El personal era increíble y sin duda comer aquí más a menudo. Lo recomiendo altamente. ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️ ⭐ ️

Had a lovely meal here at Bella Italia , beautiful food and a wonderful waiter geared! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Food quality fantastic and well cooked and certainly delicious will defineately be returning, customer service second to none
