Pizza was as basic as a frozen one, and the pasta made me sick for days.

Can not fault this place in anyway shape or form, always looks after customers new or old. Food is amazing and always comes nice and warm. Spike the delivery driver is amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone

I ordered tonight and the driver didn't deliver our food and than lied about knocking the door as we have a dog and she barks at the door being knocked. I will not be going here again £30 wasted. He said that he left the food outside the door.

Lovely meal celebrating our anniversary, food was tasty, service very friendly, atmosphere good and to finish a nice baileys coffee in the garden, will definitely return. 😊

Ordered online, was told it had been delivered so rang up and was told it actually hadn’t left the shop yet (this was nearly an hour after ordering) then for my order to arrive to have a full English missing, fruit pot missing, and special instructions not followed so one salad box couldn’t be eaten due to allergies. Super disappointing and couldn’t have been worse to be honest. Called up to say we’re missing a full English and the guy on the phone apologised but just seemed to find it funny as was laughing the whole time. Don’t order from here.

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

Ordered a Uber eats to be delivered from Frankie and Benny's, and driver gave us someone else's order, after calling and speaking to Holly she was so understanding and solved issue quickly re doing our order and asking us to go collect, on arrival we were offered a free drink while we waited for it to be packaged we declined as wanted to get home and in replacement Holly gave us a bag of chocolate for inconvenience and couldn't apologise enough. She was a true Gem

Great service, really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and quality teas and coffees. Would gave eaten here, but had brunch breakfast on the way in. Digs catered for (perhaps one of the only dog friendly venues in WSM) with Water and treats given freely by the staff. Reasonable prices. Very happy. Thanks!

Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! My daughter and I have visited twice here in the last month. We love local and try to avoid chains and support local.. that being said we really enjoyed our pizza here so visited again this weekend gone. The meal deals are really good value. The older kids for £9 is ok.. but the pizza is non-existent. Literally 4 bites. My daughter is within the recommended age range and it says up to 12 year olds. The portion size on that needs to be improved. That being side, in my adult meal deal my daughter had my side as I couldnt eat my salad, pizza, side and pudding. Boxes are available to take away pizza by the way. I don’t like how you have to scan a code, order on your phone and pay that way. I appreciate there are a few that ruin it for others by leaving without paying. I have no issue paying upfront. What i don’t like is the lack of service so to speak. It feels too DIY. When i go to a restaurant you expect to be ‘served’ and waited on. Someone taking your order at the table. When you place your order on your phone it is easy enough - but it asks you to leave a tip when you order/pay. I’m not prepared to do this as i’m doing the ‘serving’ After ordering and helping ourselves to salad we had to ask for glasses to get our drinks. After eating we had to ask for desserts we ordered. So while we love the food the whole customer experience of being waited on in a restaurant has gone. So I wouldnt be happy to tip especially on arrival. Perhaps the option of ordering with the server and paying straight away rather than having to do it on a mobile. You cannot pay with cash here which is explained on arrival as well as being directed to a screen to enter number plate if you use the car park

I asked for extra strawberries n they very much did delivery whoever made my crepe I luv u this place is the best made my entire day I am so happy pls order food from this place

We came in last night to get some pizza. We were very impressed with the level of customer service. Marissa the manger was extremely polite and helpful. She directed us to the best offerers available and is genuinely a very nice person to speak to. Needs a raise. Area manager maybe?? Will be coming back.

I ordered two pizza’s and I got two cheese toasty’s with Salami and they did not have pepperoni like it said it was supposed to have. these two cheese Toasties were also opposed to have sausage meat it came with one Richmond sausage cut into four pieces and five bits of salami there was no sauce on this whatsoever asked why I’m calling it a cheese toastie it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever had they didn’t even have the decency to put on mozzarella they put on strong cheddar cheese. I ordered a hot n spicy and it came with three bits of salami and five slices of chilli it was the least spiciest thing it was so salty I had to drinks all my drink within the first few bites. I would not recommend this to anyone especially as it was my mother‘s birthday she was not pleased with spending £30 on a plate of salt with a cut up Richmond sausage in it and some cheddar cheese .when we really ordered pizzas but there was no sauce there was no mozzarella I would not recommend this to anyone .my mum said is ruined her birthday.
