The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

Terrible! Valentines romantic evening what a joke. Kept waiting over 40 minutes for a booked table. Drinks order taken which then took 15 minutes before being served. Starters we had to wait 45 minutes then main course came out for one and had to wait for the other dish. Hard over cooked chicken. Ravioli stuck to plate. Very poor service and very poor food. Trying to cash in on Valentine’s Day by over booking. Thank you for a terrible experience you have successfully managed to never have our custom again.

Went for a friends birthday meal, expected the worst as last time I was here was years ago back when I was little I’m now 21. I can gladly say it was really good! I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and every bit of the burger was delicious and the chips were spot on, ate the lot. Then for pudding I had brownie with ice cream and this was sickly but so good, didn’t manage to eat all of it due to how rich it was but still good. Overall I’d give this restaurant a 8.5/10

Friendly staff but poor overpriced food , small portions.. £11 for a small burger and a small cup of chips and they seemed to try and make you get a move on and leave so they can get the table ready for the next customers .

I came in on Saturday, me and my friends were served by a young lady called Jem. She was very lovely and had a great attitude. She also helped us when we had a few requests with our food. Will definitely be coming back.

Rip off... Thinnest slice of cake in the world and they want you to pay for cream, wtf. Coffee was mediocre. Staff didn't seem to want to be there.

Salí por el cumpleaños de mis hermanas. Tardé un rato en sentarme en un restaurante casi vacío. Tomamos nuestro pedido y pedimos bebidas a una hora razonable. La comida era deliciosa y servida de manera oportuna. Lamentablemente, pasaron 40 minutos desde que se limpiaron nuestros platos (y no se ofrecieron menús de postres / factura) para que pudiéramos marcar a un miembro del personal para obtener la factura. Dentro de este tiempo otras dos mesas se sentaron y recibieron sus órdenes. En general, no es la mejor experiencia, el personal era escaso y difícil de marcar, ya que algunos de ellos pasaron la mayor parte del tiempo detrás de la barra charlando y comiendo helado por lo que parece.

Yet again, another deeply disappointing and underwhelming delivery and food experience from Milano! Despite disappointments in the past I thought I would try them again as they have recently re-branded. opened another premises next door and have installed a user friendly ap. I ordered a home delivery online - no issues with that at all and no issue with the fact that my ETA was approximately one and a half hours - it was a bank holiday Sunday so you expect to wait. Where I DO take issue is the fact that the food arrived stone cold! To pay over 44 quid for a couple of pizzas, a wrap and some meat, chips etc and receive them stone cold is completely unacceptable! To then ring and make them aware of the situation to be informed that the delivery car left the premises as soon as our order had been cooked and delivered immediately is blatantly untrue - we live just over 3 miles away!?! The fact that the management couldn’t even be bothered to take my call but was shouting in the background to his employee what to say to me says it all… No one minds mistakes, no one minds waiting but please don’t insult my intelligence and tell me my food had been cooked to order and delivered immediately. Don’t rip people off who have agreed to place an order with you and in good faith expect to receive their food hot - well to be fair, you could have had me at warm!! Don’t pass the buck and expect your phone operative to take the flack and not respond yourself to complaints. He’s probably on minimum wage and didn’t cook the food so he’s not the problem - you are. Take accountability, don’t rip people off and don’t send your food out COLD!!

Amazing place on the seafront of Weymouth. We have been here twice now, first time was an amazing cooked breakfast and today was the most beautiful cream tea, the scones were warm and melt in your mouth and the jam and cream just topped it off. Mich is a lovely host, happy to take photos for us and very friendly and helpful. Definately a place to visit when in Weymouth whether locals like us or visiting.

Absolutely outrageous service w just eat said I could order on the app and I ordered food only to find out when I got to o yes the whole place was completely shut down and just eat won’t issue me a refund and then later that week I ordered again in store last night and I got told it would be 15 minutes I went back to o yes 15 minutes later only to find out my food had been given to someone else instead of me who ordered it for that time instead I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for another burger to be cooked fresh and consequently ended up paying double the price of a taxi cos of the wait time waiting for the food to be made again after all of this they still haven’t offered me anything in return to say sorry which is deeply disheartening in a business as I’ve been a customer there for over a year and suddenly standards have seemed to dropped massively and won’t ever be returning due to an absolute shambles of a business and do not recommended to anyone

Have been here a few times and is always pleased with the quality of food and wait times. Portions are always good for a guy like me👍🏻👍🏻😊😊

After trying and failing to get lunch at Charlottes around the corner we dropped in to try and get lunch here. A member of staff approached us within 30 seconds and asked if we had a reservation. We didn’t but I looked around and there was 1 table with four seats cleaned and ready and three other tables of four seats that had old dishes on but no one sitting at them. Upon telling the member of staff we didn’t have a reservation, we were told at 1:30pm they had no availability until 3pm!?! I again looked around the restaurant with the member of staff following my gaze but it seems if there is no incentives to turn tables around quickly, why should they bother!?! Are they getting paid the same regardless of how hard (or not in this case) that they work. We left in search of somewhere which would serve us with less lazy staff…

The service in this restaurant is completely unacceptable. Tried to turn us away as they hadn’t had time to clear messy tables. Waited 15 minutes and for the hour and half we were there the same dirty tables were not cleaned. The restaurant was not busy at all. No excuses. Staff never checked if food was ok. Food was actually good but totally let down by the miserable staff and slow service. Much better places to go for the money.

Burger looked & tasted like it had been grilled the day before & then warmed up in microwave, sent it back & had chicken burger which was the same. I can not believe this place hasn't had more complaints. Who ever is in the kitchen has no idea at all.

Fantastic experience, enjoyed our lovely get together with my friend and our children. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. Expectations for the visit were definitely exceeded with the help of wonderful team on the March 9th. Will return again.
