This place has amazing food and friendly staff. I come here often and would recommend this restaurant. The Pizza is delicious.

The team at this restaurant went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday. From the friendly attentive waiting staff, to the fun and engaging manager making up games for the kids (hat decorating competition anyone) to the dough juggling chefs - literally everyone did everything to make the party as fun as can be. The food was as tasty as ever so I really have not a bad word to say. We would definitely recommend a trip to this restaurant to anyone looking for pizza and particularly for a good time with children. Thank you team!

We went for lunch and was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait for the food. No problem but … it was actually that amount of time for our drinks to come to our table. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy but the staff had no sense of urgency at all. The chef, in an open kitchen, did not seem at all happy to be there, slamming things around and with a face like thunder. In her striped uniform she would have fitted brilliantly into a prison kitchen!! Our pizzas eventually arrived after 47minutes. The manager bought them to the table and said “you’ve not been waiting long!” When I said it was longer than we had been told to expect she said “oh I must have been busy!” No apology, nothing. During our wait nobody came to talk to us, to apologise, make sure we were ok. When I asked for the bill it was wrong. We asked for two pizzas and two soft drinks from the lunch time menu at £12 each - I was told that the soft drink I had had was not included in the offer but that it had been manually sorted on their system and ‘to remember for future visits.’ That’s not my job - the staff should know their menu and offers and should have told me when I ordered that I couldn’t have that particular drink. There won’t be any future visit!s!

Ermmm why have i not been there for a while? It's now my go to place to eat, lovely food, fantastic customer service and a brilliant app where u can view ur bill and pay and also great offers x

Pollo Pesto a great favourite. Was quiet but very speedy service from Lizzy and really enjoyed the dough balls.

the food was absolutely amazing and the price wasn’t bad at all so it seemed like it would be a great experience but no. the waiter was extremely friendly to us so we assumed he was very nice, we were trying to work out how to give a tip and told the man how much we wanted to tip and asked if we could do it on card. he requested we do it in cash so it actually went to him so we said okay and my friend gave him a £10 and said to then charge her £5 less on her card so he would be getting a £5 tip and he said he had done that. as three 16 years olds we were clearly very naive because when my friend looked at her account she had been charged the same amount as me and the other person we were with. he then never came back out so we felt awkward and just had to leave after about 20 mins waiting.

Being ignored by the head waiter when we arrive gave a bad impression. He walked passed us a few times before even acknowledging we were there. The waiting staff were friendly and service was average. The food was bland, unflavoured and very dull. Both our meals left us feeling underwhelmed. I believe more eye contact, personal attention and a good welcome at the door would have set the stage for a better experience. We won't be going back again.

We booked a table well in advance for two people lunch at 130am We arrived on time and was seated We were told food may be 20-30 min It was actually the waitress that took this time!! We were about to walk out at 155am because no one had come to take our order after we asked twice! Tried to use the app but the previous people on the table was still showing so could not order that way! When the waitress arrived I complained that it took 25 minutes someone to take our order she said sorry we are just busy...... someone else was served before us as well as deliveroo!!! Didn't like the atmosphere at all Food was nice but that was it Much prefer our local Plymouth branch!

Don’t bother. We had to fight our way through a wall of Deliveroo riders to get to the door, only to be told that there was a wait of ‘35 to 40 minutes’ on pizzas. Less than a quarter of the tables were occupied, so it’s clear this location prioritises food for delivery over the customers seated in the actual restaurant. We declined such a ludicrous state of affairs and went to The Real Greek where we were seated and served promptly and politely by staff who actually bother about their customers.

I am a big fan of pizza express so was really disappointed with customer service of this one. its in the middle of cabot circus which has a cinema so lots of people around to eat. went there on Saturday night at 8.15 to be told that if not booked then couldn't take any more customers due to chef capacity. restaurant was half empty. still taking delivery drivers though. I was really confused as to why - it was a Saturday night and not very late. all other restaurants were packed to capacity. As we left the server said sarcastically 'good luck'. Maybe some training needed on how to speak to potential customers?

Service was great, however food was average and had better experiences at other pizza express locations. Would still visit again.

A large post wedding party, we pre booked and were looked after by a lovely server. Enjoyable evening with family of all ages (5-75) who were all well catered for xxx

My girlfriend and I were out in Bristol and decided to grab some lunch in pizza express. With my girlfriend being vegan, we had a quick look at the menu in the window to check if there were some vegan options and noticed a couple, so decided to go inside. On entry, the restaurant was clean and modern but fairly basic, it is quite a big restaurant with lots of tables so we didn’t have to wait. Once seated, we were offered a separate vegan menu which to our surprise had a huge range of options. There were at least 10 pizzas and several starters, sides and desserts. We decided to share two different pizzas so went for the Vegan Ad Astra and the Vegan Giardiniera. The service was quick and efficient throughout our meal and when the waitress took our order, she mentioned there was an offer on for a free side of dough balls when you spend £10 if you use their app! So we got two portions of dough balls, one with hummus and one with a tomato harrisa dip. All the food was quick and tasty and the vegan mozzarella was one of the best we’ve had in a restaurant. The price of the pizzas was fairly reasonable and with the free dough balls too, it was definitely worth the price. Overall, I would highly recommend trying their vegan pizzas as their cheese was very nice. The food is reasonable, the service was quick and you can go for any occasion.

Pros - staff were super kind and friendly:) the vibe was smooth and relaxed Cons - the food was boring, bland and tasteless. Not sure if this is location but it was very disappointing in terms of pizza.

Saturday 27th Nov was a very busy time in Cabot’s Circus. Everywhere was busy. My daughter and I waited for a gap in the massive queues for food and at around 4;45 a gap appeared briefly outside Pizza Express. So we shot straight in. Greeted by a delightful guy who was also making sure tables we extremely well cleaned before anyone sat down, we were in!! Next challenge can’t to mind, we have just one 35 mins to meet my son and his girlfriend, will we be quick enough. We decided what we would like and then explained to the waiter our situation. He didn’t promise but promptly went to the chefs to get more idea if time was an issue. With a big smile he said he will try. And yes they did it! In 20 mins both starters and main courses were delivered. BUT the flavours were outstanding too. The new menu has some great items including the Doughballs coated with cheese, amazing, and the pizza under 600 calories. We left in time, with my daughter getting her few slices of pizza boxed and away to go. Truly amazing service and food.

Servizio velocissimo, cameriere gentili e sorridenti. Il problema e' la pizza.... e il prezzo... Servizio velocissimo e poi arrivano queste due pizze che non stanno ne in cielo e ne in terra. Pizza margherita piu spessa con il classico terribbile effetto plastica/colla nei bordi. L'altra pizza forse era fatta con lo stesso panetto per una pizza piccola perche la base era praticamente trasparente!!!!!! I condimenti haveno tutto lo stesso gusto a parte la cipolla rossa cruda che comunque messa cruda sopra la pizza si distingueva. Arriva il conto: una marghertia piu' funghi e una Padana 14' inch + due birre una cider e una peroni= £ 40.40 ( non giustificabile un presso cosi) Capiso che simao a Cabot Circus (che comunque non e' la zona "in" di Bristol ma un centro commmerciale. Ma quella e' pizza che esce a casa per sbaglio non e' una pizza che si puo vendere al pubblico. Ero con la mia ragazza quindi non ho voluto dire niente, ho pagato il conto e come un povero disgraziato appena rapinato l'ho presa per mano e ce ne siamo andati. La mia ragazza (Inglese) mi chiede come era la pizza? Io propongo di andare a casa a fare un piatto di pasta.

Went into the restaurant today and was royally disappointed. The device was very slow and they got my meal wrong and then bought out the replacement… which was also wrong… asked for the cheese to be added and the pizza came out burnt with the smallest amount of cheese and a hair. Very upset as have been to some lovely pizza expresses.

Went here for a quick meal as short of time before a concert so just had a pizza and it was excellent. Service was good too and restaurant is what you’d expect for a modern PE. Couldn’t fault it.

Toda la comida era sabrosa, pedimos del menú 3 para 14. 95. Nos trajeron los entrantes equivocados, el espresso Martin no era el mejor, cobraba más por un cóctel de lo que se dijo anteriormente. Luego nos dieron la factura, que era 26 más de lo que debería haber sido. Todo se solucionó de forma educada y rápida, pero los errores fueron deficientes al considerar que solo había 5 mesas que atender.

Oh welcome to the new Vegan menu at Pizza Express!! I had the jack fruit pizza and it was so yummy!! Really nice service, spotlessly clean, everything and more from this chain. I’d go back time and time again!!

Nicely decorated restaurant in a shopping centre. Service was not as good as I have found in other Pizza Expresses and while my starter was great the main was not as good as I have had before.

Our sons starter didn’t arrive the waitress was rude and in attentive considering there were only 2 other families dining. The food quality was poor and the value for money non existent!

Great food and friendly, polite waiters. The addition of vegan alternatives also makes it easier for me to order with dietary requirements and the waiters are understanding and attentive.

We ate here for Lunch yesterday Wednesday 18th April at 1pm, on entering the Restaurant was quite busy with about a dozen or so tables occupied, a young guy with a beard showed us to our table and took our drinks order, whilst we were perusing the menu's the booth table next to us vacated and so we asked the waiter if we could move to the booth, he said "No probs" will just get it cleaned for you. We both chose Pizza which was well cooked and quickly arrived, we were both impressed with the young waiters demeanour and professionalism so much so when I paid the bill I gave him a 30% tip!! well done to him and Pizza Express!!

We popped in here on the off chance, they had a 2 course lunch deal for £10.95 and we thought why not.

Not a restaurant of choice but the waiter went above and beyond the norm to make our meal a good experience. He overheard me say I thought the choice of food was uninteresting so gave us off the menu options from a previous menu. Couldn’t fault the service here. Top notch.

Wandered in wanting a quick bite before going into the cinema - delivered what we needed. Dimitri was charming and efficient.

Xmas shopping yesterday was hellish so we went into Pizza Express for convenience for something to eat & drink. 5pm, the restaurant was quiet on arrival (but filled up). We were greeted, requested a booth table & were allowed to chose where we liked.

Waited 20 minutes to order, waitress brought the pizza with out the pizza slicer, waited another 5 minutes for that.

We ate here at the weekend - a total of 12 adults and 8 children. They had asked us to preorder and that worked really well. Food was great, and the staff were lovely. It wasn't easy to find somewhere that would accommodate us all and we all had a great, relaxed meal. The caffe reale mini dessert is amazing

I have to say I was disappointed by my visit with my son. Whilst the food was good it was clear they need more and better staff. As it's an open kitchen there was enough cooks but something needs sorting front of house.

I came to this restaurant with a friend spontaneously due to my friend having a very stressful day. It took us a while to find the restaurant but we finally found it.

For a while now Pizza express has been trailing behind the likes of Zizzi's in terms of offering vegan options. It has to be mentioned that in Zizzi's as a vegan you have a choice of a few dishes but in Pizza express you just have one. That said - it is a delicious pizza! The Vegan Giardiniera is brilliant and I was really impressed with the mozzarella alternative. I'd happily have it again and even the non-vegan friend that I ate with said the "cheese" was delicious! Good job Pizza express - now you just need to add a few more choices for the vegans!

Andare da Italiani in una catena di pizzerie stranieri e' sempre problematico, perche' le aspettative sono alte. Tuttavia, la pizza margherita con mozzarella di bufala ha completamente passato il test. Inoltre lo sconto studenti (40% su tutto in particolari giorni della settimana) e' fantastico.

It was a Sunday evening with only restaurants open in Cabot Circus, so consequently it was very quiet. We hadn't booked a table but they had no problem with finding a table for us, as the restaurant was very quiet. We placed our drinks order as soon as we sat down. This gave us time to browse the menu, which was extensive & reasonably priced. We didn't have long to wait for starters and then our main meals followed soon after. The pizzas had good crusts and The spicy ones ordered were just that. The chicken salad was fresh, crisp and tasty. We order a sweet, I would thoroughly recommend the profiteroles with a hot drink of your choice, not too much, just right to end your meal. We would recommend the restaurant and go again if we were shopping in Cabot, but I'm sure it would be a lot busier in the weekdays.

Before starting this review, first of all I would like to say what a one off experience this has been, as my previous visits to Pizza Express around the whole of the UK has been hands down, brilliant service and food. Unfortunately, today's visit was the opposite, and to be perfectly honest has slightly hindered my view of this franchise. Today's visit to Cabot with my girlfriend was solely about trying to find my place of work, as my first day is tomorrow, and I am not too confident regarding the bus system in Bristol. Of course, we got lost, as expected ( we are terrible with directions, even on a map with our phone ). Hunger set in pretty fast as we forgot to eat breakfast, so it was time to refuel. We settled on Pizza Express,and were even commenting on the way that we know we like it there and its a safe bet.We go inside and completely forgot whether we could just sit down, or whether we had to wait for someone to seat us. There was no sign ( that was obvious, as I said we were hungry so we may have missed it...) so we stood there for around 2-3 minutes , whilst other people were looking up at us ...it was just awkward. Eventually not one, not two, but three staff member caught our eye. Two males, and one female. One of the males was working the cash point towards the chefs area, the other male was serving tables, and the female was also serving tables. After catching our eyes, they turned on the spot to carry on with their jobs. All in all, we were stood their like lemons. They were not too busy, I have worked for Carluccios for around 2 years, and know for a fact the MIT ( management in training ) is almost identical, ergo, I know what busy is, this shift was a breeze, if this is disputed by the staff , I seriously recommend re-training.Moving on...We decided to take some initiative, and choose a table for our-self, we were not short for choice, so enjoyed the fact that we could pick somewhere away from other people. As previously mentioned, I have worked in Carluccios , therefore I try to be observant to see if there are any reserved tables . There were not. So we chose a layed up table (serviettes, cutlery, wine glasses,everything needed to sit down and eat) in a booth. As we had no menus, my girlfriend offered to go and get them, as it was pretty obvious by this point that the staff were not coming over anytime soon.As she walked over to get the menus, one of the males who was "doing his job" ( or trying) , came over to her and said , exactly as follows ( WORD FOR WORD) : "You need to wait to be seated, You guys can't sit at that table, its dirty, and we are busy, you can move to that booth". I have never, ever spoken to a customer like this, no please, no thank you, zero welcome, and apart from that, an absolutely unnecessary request! You were not busy, You had members of staff, the atmosphere was calm. Pure laziness and a terrible attitude, no excuse. When my girlfriend came back and relayed what had just happened, I was ready to ask for the manager for, number one an explanation, number two an apology. My girlfriend hates confrontation, and after calming me down, we decided just to leave.Lets face it, a lot worse has happened in the world of hospitality, poor food, no air con, bad toilets , but the fact that we had so many issues towards the beginning of what was meant to be a nice meal and visit to one of our usual places to eat, with absolutely no HONEST reason or explanation. Really hope this gets sorted, as we have decided not to go there again until some sort of apology has been put in place ( and not with an automated message response).

This was our first time at Pizza Express. We weren't disappointed. We both order spicy-type pizzas -- spicy-level was moderate for our tastes, though (we just added some heat). Delicious. Service excellent. Recommended.

The places is decorated in a really modern and cool style. There is plenty of seating and you can see the open kitchen from most tables. I like watching them spin the pizza dough.The service was very slow although they were very nice. We ordered the Antipasto to start - basic but nice enough. For mains we had the Fiorentina and Leggera Padana pizzas. They were both delicious. I was really impressed with the Leggera which had a hole in the middle filled with salad. The desserts were the stars of the show though. We had once dolcetti brownie and coffee and also a honeycomb cream slice. The brownie was super rich and really chocolatey, paired perfectly with a nice strong coffee. The honeycomb slice was presented like a cheesecake but it was a light mousse with delicious honeycomb and chocolate. Really good! Nice for a cheap and cheerful lunch while shopping at Cabot. Nothing too special but you know you will always get good quality pizza here.

The food was good, the beer expensive, the staff attentive but too few working, meaning unnecessary delay. Would I go back? Unlikely as there are many other Italian restaurants with better staff resource, shame though.

My family and I are frequent diners of Pizza Express, this one in particular, and it's always been a really pleasant experience. We visited for lunch today and the service was horrendous. We were there for 15 before being offered a drink; once served a drink and our food order taken, the only contact we had with staff following this was delivery of our food. The waiter couldn't get away fast enough with no offer of Parmesan, oils etc...perhaps he was due a break or his cut off to go home?!The food was still very good but as a result of this 'experience' we never ordered a second drink or dessert and got out of there as quickly as we could. In a nutshell, this has certainly put us off going back any time soon.

We dropped in for some lunch for a break from our shopping, and we're very impressed by both the food, quick service, and attentive staff. We ordered starter to share, with Dough Balls which were delicious with the pesto dipping sauce, but personally I found the Calamari to be a little tough. I had the "Leggaro Pollo Ad Astra" (a smaller pizza with salad in the middle) which was light and flavoursome but could have been slightly hotter. My sister adored her margarita whilst my dad demolished his seafood linguine! I have to say that the highlight for me was the Chocolate Brownie: gooey and fudgy, this place knows what a brownie is!

Ordered a 2 starters, same mains and soft drink(apparently specialty). Calamari were bit undercooked, pretty sure that cooked from frozen. Olives - ok. What can possibly go wrong with olives from jar ? I don't know.My special mint and cucumber pressed was a sparkling water with 2 slices of cucumber and a dash of mint syrup. £3 Cost of that delicious drink. Not. Pesto pollo was nothing special however in taste kind of ok. I don't want to miss the fact that I have found something that looked like a rolled and rubbed together piece of brown hair size of a large green olive. When asked a member of staff what is it - my question couldn't be answered straight away of course. After this solved mystery she approached me and said that such a ingredient doesn't exist in their menu and that she never seen it anything like it before but I shouldn't be worried as it was taken off our billbrilliant example of of how not to do Customer service. Stay away if you can. Peace

Arrived before the midday rush but the service was very welcoming and efficient. Good kiddies menu and the adults enjoyed the pizzas. Excellent for young children with colouring in pages etc to keep them occupied until the meals arrived.

My partner and I thought we would try out Pizza Express on Saturday, due to receiving a "restaurant card voucher" for Christmas. We had never been to this establishment before so was curious to see if it was any good..The staff were polite, intentive and provided excellent customer service. Our food was dished up within 15 minutes (or less).I had the lasagne which was delicious and my fiancé had pizza, which she thought was very nice. She is on a health craze at the moment, so was happy by the low amount of calories in the pizza!Anyway, definitely visit this place if you're around Cabot Circus, you won't be disappointed!

Food as usual was good but front of house staff very poor attitude. Thank goodness for our waitress who although really busy was attentive and friendly. Probably wouldn't go again would try one of the other numerous restaurants around Cabot circus. Don't like being made to feel that we are a problem when going out to eat.

We were astonished by the lack of toppings in the pizzas. We ordered giussepe's and padana. 4 microscopic pieces of onion and lets say 10 microscopic pieces of beef. Like,seriously? Tasted good and the staff was very nice. But we paid 36£ and for that "amount" of food..next time Zizzis or presto will be! What a dissapointment!

This is a very busy restaurant and there was a 40 minute wait for a table. The nice man on the door took our name and we went back to shopping until the appointed time. When we returned we were seated straight away. The food and service was good and the prices reasonable. I would recommend eating here if hungry while out shopping. The restaurant itself is very nice and we will come again.

We had a lovely male waitress who was attentive and friendly. The 4 of us all had pizza, and all thoroughly enjoyed the standard of care we recieved and the tastiness of the food! An excellent Pizza Express branch, would not hesitate in returning. Excellent.

Booked at short notice, with the manager expressing some surprise upon arrival that someone had actually made a reservation. Seated promptly, and decent service until dessert, when our waiter went AWOL. Pizza tasty but toppings scarcer than usual. The chicken on one pizza was quite dry. Dessert was delicious but it took ages to take our order and then pay afterwards which took some of the gloss off an otherwise pleasant meal. The surroundings are pleasant, and very convenient for the shops and cinema. Food is reasonable value, with Romana pizzas being particularly large, although they go cold quickly. We wouldn't dissuade you from visiting but make sure you're not in a rush.

I have been a fan and customer of Pizza Express for many years - for me it's about their salads as opposed to the pizza's.....they are lovely. Our visit was fine.......but the service just seemed a bit patchy.....I appreciate that they were busy, but they should really be prepared for it. An observation that I made was that when we arrived....as did all the people after us, there was no initial welcome for a while....you just stood there like lemons. I watched one couple stand there for a good 5-6 minutes before anybody even acknowledged that they were there. This is easy to sort out in my opinion - have a host!!!

We didn't know where to eat but a pizza sounded like a good idea, so we tried Pizza Express. And it was good, I ate one of the best lasagnas I've ever come across and the service was nice. The place is really nicely decorated and the atmosphere was fairly nice as well. A great place to eat with friends or family.

Seated quickly. Orders taken promptly but as staff swapped shifts, service deteriorated. The place was devoid of any atmosphere. Also take a jumper as the air conditioning is very aggressive! Waited a bit for the bill and quite happy to leave. Will avoid this PE in future.

The food was absolutely delicious, thanks to the friendly chefs! We had a gluten free and it tasted amazing... Highly recommended!

This was a catch up with family and Pizza Express always seems to fit this type of occasion.The location in the shopping complex is not at all romantic but it was an ideal spot to meet up.The staff were welcoming and really tried hard to make the evening work for us and many others.We had a selection of pizzas and all were cooked to our liking and to knowledge all were eaten totally ...which says enough really.Drinks average prices ...we had some prosecco at 23 a bottle.so all good and the evening went well.

We've just got back from a Saturday evening meal at pizza express, five of us. The restaurant was busy even though we arrived at 5.30pm. We asked to be moved as we were put next to a table of girls having a birthday party. The staff kindly moved us. The food was delicious and brought to us promptly. We enjoyed our window seat. A favourite with our family is the dough balls!It's a good restaurant, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the piano playing too.

Been to this Pizza Express twice now and on each occasion it has not disappointed. The service has always been attentive and the food delicious. To start, we always get the Doughballs (a must have when at Pizza Express), which come with a lovely garlic butter dip. We then followed this up with two pizzas. I personally tend to order a Leggara pizza, which is a slightly smaller pizza, with a hole cut out and some salad placed in the middle, making it the perfect portion size for me. Overall a very delicious meal, and a place I would happily return to.

This is a lovely restaurant, bright and clean and the staff are so friendly and very attentive. We have been here many times and I keep forgetting to write a review. We usually have the same thing, I have two older ladies to please! The skinny pizzas are fab and the salad in the middle is yummy, polenta chips are the best and my mum loves the dough balls. You can have any pizza you like and make it larger if you want to share and the lovely thin bases are great, the NZ Savignon is fantastic. The staff make you feel very welcome and will have a chat with you. We usually go to the cinema after and they always take an interest in what we are doing. We will be back soon. I've been visiting Pizza Express for many years, in many different locations. To be honest I've gotten a little bored of them, but as my son wanted Pizza Express as a birthday treat, we decided to take a visit.We chose Cabot Circus because we haven't visited before and fancied a change.I'm so glad that we did !The restaurant was clean and tidy, service from waiter Dimitri was faultless and the food was exceptional, by far the best Pizza Express that I've sampled.This is by far the best PE in Bristol, I will return and certainly recommend it. We had lunch here and thought it was OK. The staff were friendly and efficient, although the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The drinks and food were served very quickly. I had the Giardiniera pizza, which was packed with vegetables and cheese; it was alright, but it didn’t taste strongly of tomato and the pesto was way too salty. My wife had the Melanzane Bake, which was very cheesy and tasty, but the sauce was a little too creamy for her taste. The Polenta Chips, however, were amazing. Overall, although the staff and service was great, the meals were average.

Went for lunch with the family and in the words of my eldest, "it was a brilliant surprise" just how good the food was. Service was also excellent.

Here is us about dining quick without any expectation to the food, because it is what it is. Nothing special, but an overall okay quality. Music in the restaurant was way to loud and really not matching the concept of the restaurant type. Staff friendly and all in all a fine place to grab a quick lunch.

We've been to Pizza Express, Cabot Circus a couple of times now. On the most recent visit we were waited on by a slightly nervous but excellent member of staff. We were served quickly and the food was great. If you've been to PE before then you should know the straightforward menu.Sometimes a little boy in shorts and a t-shirt can get an offhand glance from waiters who would rather get on, take an order and get away. The waiter in this instance spent a few moments chatting with our son, recommending food and complementing him on his choice. Made the evening memorable.

Me and my friends always go here for salad! They're healthy, delicious and reasonably priced. Using a tastecard this is an absolute bargain of a restaurant. Service was amazing!!!

Myself and my Wife dined here on Saturday 9th July at 5pm and what can you say apart from excellent! The service was very friendly and efficient and the food was fantastic and full of flavour! The restaurant was very modern and very well presented as were all the staff so well done!!

Waiting to be seated and served at a table could have both been quicker but this is still probably one of the best restaurants overall you will find in Cabot Circus.Food was excellent and perfectly portioned on both visits, we were offered a generous discount for our dessert, staff were extremely friendly and professional and we we happy to tip 17% for such experiences. Have moved away from Cabot Circus now but I will be back! Highly recommended.

I went with my friend today for a lunch. We haven't been there before, first time! We were very surprised! We has the leggera, definititely recommend it, and pasta with chicken and pesto. The waitress who attended us was, Patri, was very attentive.

I am usually a fan of Pizza Express as I find their food generally good quality and their restaurants are welcoming and comfortable without being over the top. Whilst this was by no means the worst one I have been in, it was certainly not the best. The restaurant was not busy but we had to wait quite a while for our order to be taken. The tables next to us were not cleared for the whole time we were in the restaurant - approx. 2 hours! Both of these issues were because there appeared to be only one waitress and one manageress on duty who were dealing with about 6-8 tables of people. I do not mind waiting for my food but sitting next to dirty tables is not pleasant, especially when they waitress was adding more dirty crockery to them as she cleared other tables for more customers to sit down! The food was generally OK although my pollo ad astra pizza seemed to have a lot less topping on than normal. Whilst this is a convenient restaurant for the cinema and other amenities in the area, I was disappointed and it could have been a lot better, as the issues were minor things that could have been resolved easily by the restaurant with a bit of forethought and leadership by the management.

The "diet" pizza I had for lunch today was delicious. The staff were attentive, not in an annoying way, & service was fast. It was quiet but gradually got busier. Nice atmosphere.

Evening snack for three. Food was average but expensive and not as many toppings as similar outlets. Service and timing was good. As with other Cabot food outlets I suggest it needs to up its game somewhat.

We had booked a table there on a Wednesday at 8:30. When we got there, the restaurant was nearly empty but we still had to wait about half an hour before we could order. Once they were finally ready to take our order, we were told they were out of toppings for the two pizzas we wanted. We were quite annoyed and just left. 1st and last time there EVER. A terrible experience.
