Frankie & Benny's in Bournemouth

Friendly staff but poor overpriced food , small portions.. £11 for a small burger and a small cup of chips and they seemed to try and make you get a move on and leave so they can get the table ready for the next customers .

So they were clearly understaffed, which is cool, these things happen. What I dont get is the atrocious, cold unappetizing food we received when deliveroo drivers are I and out. If you want to do takeaway, either staff it well or close the restaurant. Shocking. Service was ok, and I said they were understaffed. Waitress did the best she could.

Food – It wasn't the usual quality and tasty standard you expect when you visit F&B;'s. The garlic with cheese was good and tasty, but my pepperoni pizza was average.

We were really looking forward to go and try the new Frankie and Benny's! Went on Thursday morning as a treat for my boyfriend's birthday. We were rushed to order and food was shocking!
