The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

Absolutely amazing food and exceptional service. Very highly recommended.

Now trading as Cintra.. OK food, but very expensive for what was on offer. We eat out on a regular basis, we wouldn't be tempted back here any time soon. Nice location looking over the harbour

Staff were friendly, but let down by gross incompetence within their team. Note, the restraunt was no more than one third full. After 45 minutes our starters arrived, with the unwelcome news that our main courses were also ready and did we want them all together. No we didn’t and we were assured they would be remade. A further 45 minutes passes and our, presumably, original main courses arrived. Two lukewarm pasta dishes and a burnt pizza, a sheepish looking waitress declares these will be on the house. Food was edible and my son ate his burnt pizza. We also had a birthday voucher for £15, so the whole experience of dinner for three cost £30. However, it was nothing like the pleasant evening out we had planned. We will be striking this place from our list of eateries.

Lovely food, lovely meal, but most importantly love service provided by our waiter, Ed, he provides us with a lovely experience and will most definitely recommend him and Zizzis to all of my friends and close and distant family. Ed, the skies the limit. 5 stars from me! Thank you for this experience, will be here again

Pero este tiene el personal más amable y agradecido de todos los tiempos, particularmente Natalia, es muy amable, atenta y elegante. Great Service, great food, great views, Clean, lovely balcony. The only problem is that there is not enough waiting staff, meaning the waiter was run off his feet.

Wow wow wow! I am truly amazed by the food and service in this restaurant. Wonderful place and would deffo recommend to everyone. I loved the pizza and pasta!!! and I can’t not mention the wine, it was to die for. Have to go back as soon as possible!!

Sadly the pistachio had no pistachio flavor at all.

Good food, first time back at this restaurant in 20 years, good food, very good portion sizes. Wasn't too sure about the beer selections, two beers on tap were John Smiths and Carlsberg not what you expect for an Italian Restaurant.

Very busy period yet the staff were attentive despite being busy. The pizzas are tasty and varied. Value for money and highly recommended.

Baffi is a very lively busy place and I would recomend booking. It is a very nice pizza/pasta restaurant. We had the Burrata and palma ham starter to share, which was excellant. My wife had a Prawns, garlic, fresh chilli and rocket pizza. I had a nduja, roasted red peppers, gorgonzola and fresh chilli pizza, both of which were excellent. The staff were friendly and the service was good.

There are two ladies who work in here who are unfailingly polite, cheerful, unobtrusive and friendly. The reason for my adding of an extra star from my previous review is because of them. However, it seems that this branch of Costa attracts young male staff who are loud, use audible bad language and are over familiar (I object to being called ‘mate’). When I come to a Costa, I am expecting/hoping that I won’t be disturbed or distracted by very loud conversations, lots of ‘f’ words and inane ‘banter’.

A cosy atmosphere, the best of the prezzos! The loviest staff with delicious food and beautiful decorations. Such a shame it is closing, it will be surely missed, has always been the one to go to for birthdays and special occasions! Thank you to Jane and all the staff.

After receiving the incorrect order, I was told on 3 separate occasions that the manager would contact me with instructions/how to get my money back. As a customer, I listened, silly me. After many deceitful conversations over the phone, my trusting nature was again abused. I was told that it had been over 24hrs, so they couldn't do anything. Confused, I ask why they told me to wait for an email......obviously it was their policy to take advantage of customers. To this day, I'm out of pocket by £15. Polite throughout on the phone, I can only imagine their staff laughing at me and this post. As for the food I ordered......can't comment. As for the food that arrived.......meh.
