A cosy atmosphere, the best of the prezzos! The loviest staff with delicious food and beautiful decorations. Such a shame it is closing, it will be surely missed, has always been the one to go to for birthdays and special occasions! Thank you to Jane and all the staff.

I am absolutely amazed that someone somewhere has made the mistaken decision to close this restaurant. We have been coming here for many years due to the personal touch and the attention that the staff give their guests. This branch of the branded chain should have been their flagship , although smaller than other branches, it's given customers a valued customer service beyond expectations. I have visited other Prezzo sites and have been very disappointed with the lack of customer care skills and the clinical atmosphere endured. The brand seems to be going backwards with the closure of this branch and unfortunately I don't believe that I will be visiting another Prezzo again. We, once again had a great meal and exceptional service tonight... For the last time at Prezzo.

The food was fabulous, service great and Saskia was a delight! Unfortunately I can’t leave a review using the Prezzo form, as I no longer have my receipt with the 12 digit survey code on! Come on Prezzo make it easier than this! Saskia was both friendly and professional and Manny attentive and efficient. Thanks team for a great evening. The pizza and pasta did not disappoint and the garlic bread and prawns as delicious as ever!

Thanku prezzo u never seem to let us down...had a lovely table for 2....food was fab....atmosphire great ...loved the starters and mains...they even rang a taxi for us at then end of the eve...all staff polite and helpful Will definitely return..thanks for a great eve...

The food was very lacklustre and hadn't visited the restaurant for about 4 years and upon return wasn't anything like before the food now tastes like a microwave special and the salad looks like something I wouldn't feed to my dog. The waitress was extremely understanding and did everything in her power to help.

Had a meal here with my husband we were sat outside as the weather was lovely. The waitress took our order,but with no paper in hand to make a notes. This always worries my husband and I as this is where mistakes are so often made. The starters came quite fast, and them mains. When we were asked if we would like anything else to go with our main courses. I asked the waitress for some Parmasan cheese only to be told its already on there and it's melted. O oh ok. So because you can't be bothered to get some and put some on. My husband said can I have some then pleased. And she rudely took off to get some, at this point i felt uneasy. When we finished our mains it took a long time to clear, with some what 4 times being passed and of course we were seem as finished. Finished up with a pudding and decided to go in and pay. My husband tells me that as we walked inside he caught the manageress and waitress talking, but must have been talking about us. As he saw one of them put her finger to her lip as to shush her from saying anymore. Food was nice but service not good.

My friend and I ate here for lunch today, it was very hot but we were found a lovely shady table outside in the garden. The food we ordered was excellent, very tasty, and the service from the smiling staff helped to make the day so enjoyable. We didn't want to leave when the time came!

Service was great from welcoming to table service. The food was nice and not bad meal was had. Food came out without delay. Spacing to tables was good. I would go back. Just plan time from car parks to arrive on time is my only tip.

Incredibly disappointed following our visit. I had been looking forward to an evening out following all the restrictions but unfortunately I have only come home disappointed. To start off with the service was Incredibly slow. I am understanding that at this time staff is probably slim on the ground but we waited an hour for our starter and a further half hour for our mains.... Prezzo did discount the bill because of this but unfortunately it was not enough to save the evening. Our table had been reserved by the door which was just plain awful. The door banged shut regularly throughout the entire evening ruining the ambiance entirely- forget the cold draft that came alongside it. I did mention it to staff who were aware of the loud banging and yet still decided it was a smart move to seat us⁰ next to it. We also had an incredibly loud table close by, to the point where conversation was pointless at my own table as we could only shout to hear each other. I had hoped to go to a nice italian restaurant not a rowdy pub. I would have expected staff to perhaps have given then a polite reminder to be a little more respectful as I have no doubt we weren't the only ones getting irritated. Overall sadly I do feel let down by Prezzo this evening. They were a far stretch from the reliable quiet Italian restaurant I usually would expect.

I have been for lunch with friends few days ago in prezzo Christchurch and I recommend. Gabriele was nice waiter, polite friendly and professional, he made our lunch special. Food was very good and tasty, I will back soon Thank you Rami

I had a problem with a delivery that I have ordered from prezzo and they were wonderful with sorting ou the problem. Just eat app showed as if they have lost the signal with the driver and I had no food delivered after waiting half an hour I’ve contacted the restaurant. That promptly made my pizzas again but this time for me to collect them. Amazing service from the restaurant they didn’t had to assume a Just eat mistake but they did and it saved my family night thank you once again.

Had a take away 2 for £20, 80% of the deal is an extra £1-2 per item Got a tre gusti pizza was half the size of the normal size and a margarita pizza was half the size. Equivalent to a small dominos pizza!! Got two garlic bread balsamic onion x 2 again extra. Again 3/4 of the size of normal ones. An overall very disappointing meal! After months of being shut I though give it a go! I’m sure I won’t be the only person disappointed! Terrible prezzo

We enjoyed the Christmas special menu choosing calamari & Christmas Carbonara. Both were nicely served at the table by friendly staff

My mum and I have just returned from a lovely meal. From the moment we arrived the service was great, we had a lovely table and Jasper, who served us was amazing. We were looked after perfectly all evening, jasper was attentive without being intrusive, a real credit to your team. Thank you.

On entering the restaurant having booked on line several days beforehand was given a menu on arrival and shown to a table which was in the middle of the restaurant. As my friend are both hard of hearing asked if we could sit at one of the TWO empty tables near a wall/window. Was told these tables were already booked although we had already booked on line and was not given an option of seating! They lied to me because after reluctantly allowing us one of the aforementioned tables they remained empty throughout our stay! When we did sit down had to ask for the table to be wiped it appeared dusty/unclean. This was quickly rectified once mentioned. We were later informed by the manageress that the bits were from a beam overhead! Silly me thought it was salt. if they had been honest and told me about this flaking beam, I might have understood but again they lied to us! Food mediocre/not hot and the manageres could only try and address our concerns by shouting at us! as some of us were deaf! Been to this establishment many many times in the past but this was absolutely terrible. Never again.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday night and everything was perfect. Covid regulations have been put in place and really well organised. Staff reminding guests politely of the one way system. Food was amazing and that good we returned on Monday to celebrate our grandsons birthday.

Finally..my favourite restaurant has reopened! So good to be back here.. things are a little different due to the current regulations regarding the covid 19 situation, which is affecting all restaurants.. but Prezzo in Christchurch have perfected them without too much distraction from your enjoyment. Jane..the manageress was the perfect host, very welcoming, yet strictly making it clear that our safety is very important. We were tended to by Jasper who was very helpful and a joy to meet.. he went the extra mile and was attentive to our needs. The staff were all very professional under very stressful conditions.. all wearing masks, sticking to the regulations which must be hard for them in the hospitality industry. The food was delicious as it always has been.. and was served hot. Have regularly visited this restaurant and have never been disappointed.. which is why we return.. it's good to have a restaurant that we can rely on for great service, hospitality and food.. thank you.

We decided to have a midweek early evening meal after visiting the town.We have visited several Prezzo restaurants in the past but had been put off by the same old chain produced food but on this occasion we were pleasantly surprised.We had a smiley warm welcome,offered a great table and served 2 courses of hot,tasty food by 2 very polite and accommodating ladies who made our off the cuff visit a delight.It will certainly ignite our smouldering view of a chain restaurant.Well done to Prezzo Christchurch!!!

Been here many times before but tonight was dreadful. Restaurant not very busy but service was really slow and waiter was either new or really couldn’t care. Items on menu not available but not told until you actually ordered them, and food undercooked and cold and sent back twice - even the one that was sent back earlier. Apology not that forthcoming but really disappointed. Voucher given for a free meal for two but doubt if it will be used. Poor show!

Really good food and atmosphere but service was sooo slow. No one even checked to see if our food was ok or if we needed anything. Took ages to clear plates or get the bill. And the table next to us had chairs added so they were practically on our table.

Visited her for a family members 40th.. put the comments on the booking for nice table etc due to the occasion, however upon arrival we were shown to the darkest corner and onto a table which wasn’t suitable for our group. We asked the lady (who transpired to be the manageress) if we could move to another table to be told quite rudely ‘no as they are ‘possibly’ reserved for later’Needless to say not the best start.. so we took a seat, ordered our meals... there was a clear oversight in our main meals due to a large party who arrived after us receiving their meals long before ours so clearly a mixup in the kitchen, all the time still nobody sat at the table we identified to the rude manager in our arrival. When she arrived with our mains, we challenged her on the whereabouts of the people due for the tables only to be spun a line about the entire system being down since 5pm.So with no idea apparently who they were expecting and when surely if a guest is asking specifically for a better table you would assist? Clearly not.. Anyway after this interaction needless to say the lady kept her distance.. All in all food was ok but standard of service was shocking along with the attitudes and behaviours demonstrates by the so called manageress.. we will not be returning here based upon this I’m afraid. .

We ate here for my birthday with my family. The service was a bit slow to start but ok once the restaurant calmed down a bit. Food was great and the atmosphere was good. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.

A Sunday evening visit with my boyfriend. I am currently required to eat gluten free due to some health issues and the waiter was absolutely fantastic helping advise and suggest options for me. The restaurant was a little noisy due to a large group, the waiter was apologetic but was not obviously to blame! The food was great, from starter to desert!

We lunched here on Christmas Eve and New Year's day 2019 as we had vouchers for prosecco. Also were here last Thursday in January 2020. The staff are pleasant & attentive and the menu has a good choice of dishes - starters, mains and desserts. At New Year we enjoyed the special Christmas menu.

Had dinner here with friends recently; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was generally good and quite tasty.

Six of us arrived a little late and as we were going to a concert in the Priory we asked for quick service. The staff exceeded themselves taking our orders at 18.10 and we finished our meal at 18.50 just in time to walk to the Priory for the concert. We all had a different main course which everyone enjoyed. Unfortunately my prawn and salmon pasta only had one small piece of salmon. They were doing an offer of two mains for the price of one so the bill per couple came to £30 with tip - very good value for money.

Nice welcoming restaurant. Enjoyed a family evening meal recently. Service was good, all enjoyed what they ordered. The tables are well spaced out which was nice. I thought the menu choice would be more varied and never been keen for paying more for extra toppings but that’s just how it is.Overall good and would go there again.

The food was lovely, the service was good, the wine was nice. Cosy place and well worth a visit. Had another enjoyable evening there.

Had a lovely meal here midweek and it was very busy so shows what a popular place to eat. We had the flatbread sharing platter to start with which had a variety of toppings on individual pieces. Then followed by 2 pasta meals which were delicious and a fair portion they were full of flavour other 2 people had pizzas which again was a fair size and lots of toppings on. The service was very quick and the waiters were very friendly and knew what they were doing in all a very pleasant evening was spent here

Visited here on Sunday for a family meal at 4.30pm as we have a 19 month old and a 3 year old hence the early booking. We initially had a nice young man serving us who then changed shift at 5pm with a red curly haired foreign lady who was extremely rude about my 19 month old! He was crying as he is a baby and didn’t want any more dinner so when I ordered ice creams for both my children she shouted over to me from the bar excuse me is the naughty one getting ice cream too? Then whilst eating his ice cream it hurt his teeth so whilst I was comforting him she came over crouched down and said “hey little one, listen to me, you need to be quiet now and stop all this noise as I have other tables coming in that don’t want to listen to this!” She then huffed and went “ok” and walked off. I then went to change his nappy and upon returning to my table she was asking my 3 year old why his brother is so naughty?! To which my husband replied he is not naughty he is teething. Then as we went to leave she shouted to us bye hope the child gets well soon! He is not poorly!!!! He is a teething baby still learning and understanding things and her attitude and approach to my son was disgusting!!

We needed a lunch in Christchurch on Thursday and decided to re-visit Prezzo.

What annoys me most about 'reviews' is peoples unrealistic expectations and no sense of value. We had a 80th Birthday Dinner and Im sure food critiques would have torn it to bits BUT it ticked all our boxes: Quality, Service, Hygiene, Overall Ambience, Value. Definitely one of the better meals I've had in a branded restaurant...well done to all the hard working staff clearly well managed.

We chose to come to prezzo in Christchurch as had the best reviews out of the prezzo chain and we are glad we did.

Staying just one night in Christchurch we were very happy with our choice of dinner venue. Greeted by friendly staff we chose a table downstairs. We shared a starter then husband enjoyed his chicken and roasted peppers pizza and I was delighted with my choice of perfectly cooked salmon fillet with lots of lovely vegetables and a side of chips - very tasty indeed. Prezzo don’t automatically add service charge so we happily left a tip for our friendly efficient waitress.

We visited at Sunday lunch time they were not so busy probably because most people out enjoying the sunshine but they had one area full. At this branch of Prezzo they always seem to have very capable staff who gave us right amount of attention. All this has made this branch our favorite (we have visited five others within 15 miles), it has a good layout with some interesting areas, for a warm day there are a few tables in the garden. The food is always nicely cooked, we had one our favorites, Chicken and bacon salad. Then shared a sticky toffee pudding.

Having had lunch recently with my girlfriends, the food and service was very good. However the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Such a pity.

Although part of a large chain we have found variability in the standard of food served at various Prezzo’s. I am pleased to say that the one in Christchurch has a superb chef and the quality of the food was excellent. Service was average....we had to ask for plates for our starters but apart from that ok. Prices as per the normal Prezzo menu. Worth a visit.

There is always a warm and friendly welcome from the team at this restaurant. I have always had a good quality meal at reasonable prices on my visits here. The venue is clean, tidy and well decorated and adds to the experience of eating here.

Lovely welcome from an Italian waiter.Good service aswell. Haven’t eaten at a Prezzo for a while....tinned mushrooms with my otherwise tasty chicken in Masala.

Prezzi is one of our places to eat, here today the foid was fantastic, great service, scenery so nice, parking not far nice 3 minute walk, just cannot get this in London.

Great pizzas, good service, nice ambiance and, a rarity, really really great tasting coffee. Will be back.

Dinner after a hard day's work, food was great, service and beers were excellent. The meal arrived in good pace, starter, main and dessert. The bruschetta is a flat bread which surprised me, I'm more used to having slices of baguette or ciabatta but it was still good.

Such a shame we live so far away! Always a warm welcome when we return. Lunch in the sun. Friendly people, good food, whats not to like? Thank you & see you again soon!!

Went here for Lunch, Italian menu as you would expect, reasonably priced, enjoyed our lunch but nothing bad and nothing special, it was OK.

We found this Prezzo very noisy, we were seated in window - which was good seat but next to the Bar. The Bar was very noisy with bottles being dropped into recycling bin on a regular basis during our meal. The staff were very good and gave good service, food to usual Prezzo standard, we had a discount voucher which was very useful as drinks we found are getting expensive in Prezzo.

We enjoyed our lunch at Prezzo, Christchurch especially as they had e mailed a voucher for a free bottle of a good Prosecco. We three had a nice meal starter, main & mini pud with coffee. The mini pudding & drink is a nice idea.

It was a bit empty for a lunch time, but we were served quickly and the food was excellent, plenty of choice for the mains and starters. as we left more people came in.

Visited 28th April for Sunday lunch. We were given a good service, even though they were busy because several tables had arrived about the same time. We had only a main meal of chicken and bacon salad (nicely cooked and very tasty) and then shared a sticky toffee pudding with a bit of ice cream, also was good. We have visited several Prezzos over the past few years, now prefer this one to the others as it has carpeted floor and decorations around the walls that make not so noisy as others. Also when it is warmer it has a lovely garden where you can eat under the protection of large umbrellas. The nearest car park is at the back of the Regent cinema, ten minutes walk away.

We had a brilliant waiter Simon (Italian) he was brilliant with our 2.5 year old and when we had trouble with our food! shame the others were not like him!! The manager was awful!! She’s so rude!! Accused my mother of touching the waiter (Simons) tray when it tipped and the glass fell on the floor she was actually helping him trying to stop getting covered herself with the Pepsi!! Never seen such a rude manager!! She came over and said the golden rule is not to touch the tray!! Well she didn’t and she never got a apology from her!! Such a shame as Simon was so nice it’s really put us off using the Christchurch branch!!

The 8 of us really enjoyed our dinner at Prezzo yesterday.

This restaurant stands out from the chain. Punches above its weight. Pizzas great really crispy. Also gives advice on lower calorie options. Decent selection of wine. Excellent service even when busy.

My family visited Prezzo in Christchurch for lunch recently. Unfortunately we had to wait an hour for our main course and as only the children had a starter, we were really hungry by then. The waiter made a comment about the long wait we had had but no apology! After the first hour there were not many customers in the restaurant but the waiter seemed to be much more interested in laying up tables than coming to see to our needs. During the course of the meal we had to ask twice for a jug of water (just one jug) and the dessert menu. We felt abandoned and ended up being in the restaurant for almost three hours! I normally leave a decent tip but did not on this occasion as it was not earned. The food was fine but the whole experience was very disappointing.

It’s been a while since I ate here so was looking forward to a tasty dinner. Unfortunately my arrabiata was so salty that I couldn’t eat it...I mean loaded !

Walked in without having booked a table, seated within a few minutes on a busy evening. Food quick and tasty as always. Busy, but staff still really efficient and friendly.

Went with my grandparents to have my favourite meal and wasn’t disappointed, the atmosphere was great, decided to eat outside to catch a bit of the sun. Had a very smiley waiter Diogo who made sure everything was satisfactory. I will be returning for my prezzo fix very soon, highly recommend:)

Had family visiting so we opted to use our Tesco vouchers for prezzo. Table of ten including three children.

A nice restaurant with parking just down the road. We weren't sure if it was open at first as the second part of the restaurants lights were out.

Visited on a busy evening but staff were efficient and food was served well. Usual chain choice of menu served in a warm ambience with a good choice of drinks. A little off the beaten track and need to book at weekends, school holidays etc. Online booking on the day does not get through to staff but otherwise a good idea!

Prezzo is the choice of Restaurant our grandchildren make for a meal at Half-Team.

Food and Customer Service was spot on. Made to feel very welcome. We will definitely revisit in the very near future.

I went out last night in Christchurch with friends and decided to have a late dinner in Prezzos. A lovely place with a great atmosphere. Our waiter was called Simone, he was great, very attentive and kept us all laughing when he visited our table with great banter. The food we had, from the bread platter to all the mains and desserts were fantastic! I would highly recommend the prezzos in Christchurch and would definitely go again.

I've recently moved to bournemouth from Hertfordshire and Prezzo was always my favourite place to eat but after having a few bad experiences at my old local branch i avoided Prezzo for a while. Me and my partner visited on 01/12/18 and we was really hoping for a better experience. As soon as we walked in the customer service was spot on the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The time we had to wait for drinks and our order to be taken was perfect too we wasn't rushed and was given time to read the menu etc our starters came out in good time and they were also perfect just how i always remembered Prezzo to be! the mains were so delicious and perfectly cooked too. Our experience as a whole we would definitely rate it a 5 star. Prezzo Christchurch has definitely restored my faith in Prezzo i am glad i didn't deicide to boycott them. See you again soon :)

We had won a 3 course meal with wine for two in a local raffle.

My family and I visited the restaurant as we were in Christchurch and wanted to eat. We all ordered pasta dishes and, having tried each others' choices, we agreed that the food was excellent. Although I would recommend the restaurant for the food, the service is what really set it apart. Our waitress, Zivile, was was lovely. She is very knowledgeable about the dishes being offered, nothing is too much trouble and she couldn't have done more for us. Thanks Zivile, we'll certainly be back to see you soon!

We ate here recently whilst visiting the area. It was a busy Friday evening and the restaurant was full to capacity. The staff were rushed off their feet. However we were greeted with courtesy, and served promptly with our drinks and starters. We had a little longer to wait for our main courses but I felt that was perfectly reasonable, given how busy they were. The food was cooked to perfection, and the waiting staff were very attentive, coping well with the rush without showing any signs of stress - impressive! An enjoyable meal in every way!

We went here for 75th birthday celebration. The food was excellent and really tasty unfortunately the service let it down. The restaurant was full but probably not enough staff. Are table was booked for 7.15pm waited an hour for starters and started receiving main courses about 9.10pm!! Luckily the food was tasty but not sure we would return again.

Family get together on a Saturday night, a warm welcome even though I had confused the restaurant with my three cancelled bookings, so sorry old age setting in. Was not made to feel stupid about my mistake, the staff and my family all had a good laugh. Thank you Prezzos your customer service is excellent. Had a wonderful evening with perfect food and brilliant staff, cannot fault this friendly place. Thanks or a great family meal.

Firstly, the food was to die for, the pasta was perfect for me, as it was for my other half. The service was great too, very loving and extremely friendly... however, half of the restaurant is so so cold! And it wasn't even that cold that day, the start of Autumn you wouldn't expect to want more clothes on to eat in a restaurant. Unless seated near the bar / entrance I will not be coming back till the Summer.

We have tried this Prezzo a few times as it is one of the few open early to allow people to go with families. That is one of the few plus points. The first thing that you notice when you go here is the cold, unwelcome and slightly musty smell and feel of the place. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. That said the food is not great actually pretty basic and lacking anything special at all. As for the beer well a large bottle of Peroni for just under £7 is the best you can get. We have as I say tried a few times in the vain hope that things will get better but I think this is the last time we will visit this particular Prezzo, which is a shame as the staff are very nice and do try their best.

Another great evening at our favourite branch of Prezzo. Friendly staff, great service & lovely food in a warm & cosy environment. Love the gin cocktails & the Posh pepperoni never fails to disappoint! An absoulute must when we are in the area.

We were served by a lovely Lukas! The food was delicious and piping hot. Thank you to all the staff for an excellent time out!

We had an absolutely lovely meal and were served by a gentleman called Lukas! He was very polite and attentive! He gave us multiple checkups and convinced me to have some extra parmesan cheese on my spaghetti bolognese which was a brilliant idea! We will definitely return as it was lovely! We also enjoyed sitting outside with the lavender! He was so lovely! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! Also the presentation of the food was amazing! All round a fantastic experience, thank you to the staff for making this trip a memorable one! X

We were booked at this branch, table for 2. Firstly we were shown to a table down a few stairs, which it would have been impossible for us to get to and sit down. The waitress then went to see if she could offer an alternative table, which she was able to do.

We love Prezzo and have been to many different restaurants. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Great price with our discount code too.

Took my family here to treat our twins as it was their 18th birthday. The manageress and her team were so helpful and friendly that it made the experience a wonderful memorable occasion . I would particularly like to thank Jane who went out of her way to make everything perfect. Hope to return soon.

Family meal out. I think the restaurant was at least one waiter short as service was very slow and impersonal. Childrens meals basic but ok. Calzone looked very lonely on the plate as no garnish or effort to make the food look appealing.

We eat at this Prezzo each time we visit the area and have always had a delicious meal with good service. That all changed on 15/07/2018. I had booked a table 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived it was not welcoming at all in fact it seemed a bit of an inconvenience to them. We ordered drinks and also some table water . A glass of water with no ice or lemon was placed down spilling it on the table. My husband ordered large meatballs for a starter. Large they were not and one of them he could not get a knife through. He told the waiter who got them changed for him but the sauce looked as though it had been tipped out of a jar. My starter was burnt at the edges. At this point our waitress went home and the waiter went to wave her off. When our main meal arrived two of the meals were so salty and the other had no sauce at all they were awful. We noticed three lots of people came in and were turned away because they had not booked even though the place had lots of spare tables. It was not near closing time either. This is the first review I have ever done but because the service was appalling I thought I should .

We regular pop down to Christchurch 3-4 times a year with the family and more often than not visit prezzo, as normally the food and service is very good. All that changed yesterday. We phoned up at 4pm to book a table for 8pm, they said that was fine and they look forward to seeing us then. We turned up just after 8 and we were shown to our table. Strangely we were not given any menus until after about 10 minutes when I had to ask for them! At this point we were only informed that if we choose a set menu option then there is no discount. Anyway, after about 20 minutes of waiting they finally came over to ask for our order. When I mentioned we wanted to order pizza and burgers, to our amazement they said they were out of stock, and if we wanted to order a pizza it would need to be gluten free! At this point it was almost 9pm and our 2 kids were getting very hungry. In the meantime we ordered some drinks, one of which was sparkling water. When the drinks finally arrived instead of the sparkling water they had brought tap water. After mentioning this, she eventually came back with the sparking water, with no apology and with a strange attitude. In the end we ordered gluten free pizza and spaghetti, which of course was not our original plan but it was getting late and we all vere hungry. Another 40 minutes of waiting time and we decided enough was enough. We couldn't stand this any longer and requested to leave, I doubt we will ever come back to Prezzo's again.

This is not our first visit to Prezzo's as the food here is always tasty. It is often very busy so you do need to book. The staff seemed to be run ragged when we were there this time, which meant slow service and wrongly priced bill , however we still had lovely food.

We ate here unexpectedly following a bad day in Bournemouth. It was a pleasure from start to finish. The food was excellent and the staff fantastic. They turned an awful day into a lovely evening. Will definitely go back.

The staff here are always very enthusiast and welcoming. The food is excellent and good value especially if you get a 2 for 1 deal. Lovely setting too. I can thoroughly recommend it

The staff are very pleasant and the food quality us good. Sited in a conservation area in Bridge Street this restaurant has a lot of character from the outside but is swish and modern inside. It has a nice garden area and is cool inside in the summer but because of the age of the building it can be cold in the winter. As its in the centre of Christchurch, parking outside is restricted, but there is a large pay and display car park within a 5 minute walk.

This is our ‘go to’ place for family birthdays. As usual we were given a nice table and seated quickly. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble (fussy 9 yr old!) and attention to detail was great. The food was as always, excellent and was served quickly with minimal waiting time. Would definitely recommend.
