Everything we ate here was very tasty and was evidently prepared fresh! There is a large selection of flavours/toppings to choose from meaning that you can find the perfect pizza to suit your taste! The service we received was friendly, welcoming and professional. I was certainly not left disappointed with the large 12 inch pizza we received as well as the dough strips topped with truffle & Parmesan! I would definitely return and highly recommend!

Food was great but service was terrible! The staff were so slow! We waited forever for our drinks. 20 minutes after we’d finished eating I had to ask the girl to clear our plates. We didn’t get offered desert menu or at any point get asked if we wanted any more drinks. Had to go to the bar to pay our bill. If it was busy I’d understand but it wasn’t. Staff should prioritise service customers over cleaning empty too! Won’t be going back!

It has taken ages for me to convince my wife to go here, but her sister enjoyed the food she had so she finally succumbed. Turns out I was right - good, tasty food, in a lively setting yet still quiet enough so that you can hear the person opposite. My prawn and garlic pizza was very digestible (given I sometimes I have an issue with doughy pizza, this was a delight with its thin crust) Helpful and attentive staff.

We had booked for 5 pm and on arrival was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. At that point restaurant was quiet but when finished it was full, so worth booking. There were 8 of us including 2 young children. Nothing was too much trouble and again I must praise the whole team for their friendly and great service and food. The pizzas are amazing, a great selection. We had great drinks and cocktails too…

Excellent pizza and amazing service! One of our party popped in before you opened to ask for a table of 6 as it was fully booked online, and the manager said they’d call us in 30 mins, and they did! Visited for an early dinner before going into Bournemouth for a show. Couldn’t fault the food but object strongly to the 12.5% service charge. For that I would expect top notch service but that was far from the case. When we entered we were shown to our table with a wave of the hand. When we wanted more drinks we tried hard to get attention of guy at the bar but having no luck I had to go to the bar and ask. I would have removed the service money but my family didn’t want me to cause a scene. Won’t be rushing back.

Baffi has everything you want from a restaurant. Bustling atmosphere, great menu, fantastic food and brilliant service. The lady with the brown hair and glasses was SO welcoming and really went the extra mile to make my evening special. I really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza! 100% recommend Baffi to any pizza lovers!

Visited here recently on a Sunday with family for a birthday celebration. Have eaten here several times before & today was just as good as those previous visits. We all had pizza’s which were all delicious. Really lovely warm & welcoming atmosphere helped by the friendly & welcoming staff. Will no doubt visit again & thoroughly recommend.

I recently dined at Baffi and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was attentive and friendly, creating the perfect atmosphere. The pizzas were the best we've tasted in the UK. Ali, the chef, is a fantastic individual who takes pride in his work. Highly recommended – can't praise it enough!

Unfortunately, poor experience today. As we get in the door, the smell was not inviting. Stuffy and strong body odour in the air. Could feel the BO stronger each time one of the staff came to the table. Communication was not rude but we felt almost like we were bothering the staff just by being there. I saw one of the cooks dropping a plate in the kitchen and I'm pretty sure it was used to plate a pizza anyway and the 2 guys were smiling between themselves in the kitchen when it happened. Pizzas were ok'ish, none of us felt it was worth the effort going in. All of them a bit burnt and tasting bitter because of it. I'll attach a picture of my little one's pizza. Is it acceptable to serve this to a child? Not going back, I'm afraid. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Well, I've had even worse experiences and I like to be fair.

We booked a table here for the first night of our holiday knowing we would be in the area. I'm glad we did. It was very busy. The staff were friendly and attentive. The service was quick and good. The food tasted really nice. The overall experience was brilliant and it was all reasonably priced.

I use to visit the Westbourne restaurant and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. In times like these a good atmosphere is hard to find but I found it here. Nothing was too much and staff so friendly and respectful. Will definitely be visiting again with friends and family. Great place for eating alone or with others. Why people don't learn to be respectful to staff and restaurants in such a hard transition, I Don't understand .. is sad to see a bad review about last night's incident in Baffi. We've been there when all went down between customers that don't know what common sense and respect means. The restaurant had literally nothing to fault in the way business is run. The manager and the lovely girl have always tended to announce each table(including ours) about the booking arriving after us for same table-and clearly we all knew the moment we booked, how long we have to enjoy our dinner.. and is enough time to have a tasty pizza and a desert if we'd like to.. but not everyone likes to be as thankfull for baine able to still come out for dinner and be still welcomed in a busy environment. Sad to see bad atmosphere in such a happy place. I had to write something to support the staff into how well and fast they responded. Social distancing is well respected with no problem apart from those individuals who thought is right to brake the rules on someone else's expense. We want to always come back and be able to do so. GO BAFFI!

Total disgrace, visited Baffi tonight with my young Son. Large crowds arrived, no respect for other diners, packed out the bar area. Totally Covid unsafe, no social distancing, one large group totally blocked the entrance where a fight broke out which caused a near miss to my son. Manager was at a loss to control the customers. As a key worker who has battled through this pandemic daily I feel so distressed at the risk me and my family where placed in tonight. It will be a long time before we visit again!! He comido aquí unas 10 veces durante los últimos 5 años, siempre que visito Bournemouth. Es la mejor pizza de masa madre, mejor que cualquier otra que haya aquí en el sur de Londres. El servicio es excelente, el personal es amable. Este julio también ordené por teléfono y recogí cajas de 3 pizzas frescas para llevar para mi familia, lo cual fue útil, y las pizzas estaban tan buenas como siempre. A los niños desde los 8 años hasta la mamá de 70 años les encantaban. No podría recomendar este lugar lo suficiente.

We stopped here on our last night in Southbourne. Baffi are a small chain on the south coast. An intimate, hipster feel with great pizza, would also recommend the Portuguese white. Will definitely go back.

What a lovely authentic restaurant! My husband and I should have been in Italy for the 6 Nations Rugby and going on to Naples to visit Pompeii. Talk about a consolation prize, for a brief hour we were taken to Napoli and enjoyed every moment from the pizza and lasagne to the service. Thank you Baffi for cheering us up!!

Amazing pizza, amazing starters, amazing service and staff. I live in Poole and would travel to go to Southbourne just for this restaurant. (Oh and I’ve been visiting here for years, you will not get corona virus or any other virus/illness. Their personal hygiene and cleanliness is well above usual standards). Go! You won’t regret it.

We have eaten at Baffi on numerous occasions- it’s a lovely little restaurant- always a warm welcome, delicious food and reasonable prices. I really enjoy the meatballs and the salads, my husband is a fan of the pizzas, which are proper Neapolitan ones.

No pudimos continuar con la comida que quedaba, dejando comida y bebida sin comer. Le informamos esto al gerente y no fue negado, increíble, dijo que el horno estaba lo suficientemente caliente como para matar gérmenes. No puedo creer que los estándares de Hygene sean tan bajos mientras estamos en una crisis de salud. Nunca volveremos Por favor no vayas a este restaurante.

Visited with family on 14/03/20 after many good previous good visits.Food and service was great as always.There is an open plan kitchen we were sitting opposite. After our food had arrived we witnessed a chef sneezing into tissues and disposing of the tissues into the pizza oven. We looked on in disbelief the first time it happened, questioning what we had seen. After the second time we got up from our seats and approached the manager at the bar on our way out.He tried to justify the chefs action by saying the the pizza oven was 400 degrees and would kill all the germs.Was not dealt with appropriately givem the current corona virus situation. Gave us our drinks for free but will never visit again.Will also be reporting to environmental health.
