Baffi Neapolitan Pizza in Poole

Whilst at the beach we decided it would be nice to treat the kids to Pizza. My husband walked up to the restaurant as soon as it opened and ordered 4 takeaway pizzas. My kids are really fussy when it comes to pizza and even they agreed it was the best pizza we’ve had. Next time we will try booking a table, as my husband said it looked really nice inside.

This is our favourite pizza place in Poole. Lovely restaurant inside and outside (for summer and winter), delicious pizzas and pasta dishes. Lovely and efficient staff - highly recommend Baffi 👍⭐️

There was hardly any topping on our pizzas. We paid £32.00 for a meaty pizza with chilli’s & a ham pineapple & mushroom pizza. Very disappointing. My sister & her fiancee lives in this area & they said they wont go back. The staff were friendly but the pizzas were lacking in toppings. Wish we had got fish & chips instead!

Really enjoyed our visit here tonight. Absolutely first rate Neapolitan pizza and - no surprise - one of the chefs behind the counter is from .....Naples. Supreme green salad. Supreme tiramisu. Supreme evening. Lovely Canford Cliffs buzz. Onestamente avete fatto molto bene boys. Una pizza di sita qualità. Servizio super accogliente.

Consistently amazing service and food from baffi which is what keeps us going back every week! The team always go the extra mile and remember the small details that we like, which makes it feel really personal.

Went into Baffi to order a take away to take to the beach. They stated they were too busy to do take aways, despite the restaurant being half full. A customer outside was told the same and recommended to order on Uber Eats which is what they did. Order was accepted on Uber Eats and was given a time it was ready. Tried to call to confirm and the phone number on Uber eats is wrong. On google the number states they are too busy and can’t take the call and there is not an answerphone facility. I arrived at the stated time on Uber Eats and 15mins later still waiting for the food. No apology given and stated “we are busy as we are now in season try and eat in the restaurant next time”. Cautiously think about ordering from Baffi which used to be a premium Italian pizza restaurant.

Friendly service. Lovely back garden for eating in sunny weather. Superb hot arrabbiata with the extra nduja (spicy sausage). Very good value.

Pizza was great! Sides were delicious and the drinks and service were brill :) would definitely recommend. Lucky to live pretty close so will definitely be back :)

Always a delight when we visit Baffi. It’s super casual, the staff are fantastic and the pizzas are the best in we’ve had in Poole for us. Highly recommend.

Dropped in for lunch after a 4 hour drive to the beach. Garden is beautiful, feel like you have been transported to a little bit of Italy, and not on the highstreet. Swift, friendly, service. Tasty, authentic food. Definitely recommend.

What an absolutely brilliant team looking after this restaurant. I’m freshly back from my daughter’s 8th birthday party with 16 excitable girls. We had a wonderful time and the girls have lauded it “the best party ever”! From enquiry to execution, Matteo, Rowan and the team were incredible. Rowan and the ladies looking after us were angels. Nothing was too much trouble and they were super lovely. We will be back (without the loud crew in tow) as this has fixed in as a new firm favourite!

Lovely place with tasty food. Really appreciated the atmosphere, if you want to have a nice dinner outdoors with a decent food and great service that’s the place to go. Pizza and prawns were great. Bruschetta was a bit heavy, personally don’t like when extra stuff is added, I prefer the classic version, pesto and mozzarella made it heavy. The rest was superb. The stuff is super friendly and nice. Defo coming back.

I suddenly felt like being teleported in a sunny terrace in Tuscany. The atmosphere was buzzing, loads of people around but the servers were still attentive and smiley. We had a charcuterie board which it was superb, followed by a mixture of pizzas which they were the best I have ever had, soft and crunchy at the same time, perfection! A brilliant place, with great staff and a friendly atmosphere. Hard to find places like this around these days! Love it!

Been fortunate enough to travel to Italy a lot . This is the closest thing you’ll find to an authentic pizza here. We had to wait a while for food as was Bank Holiday Monday but service was friendly throughout and food was amazing. Highly recommend

If you want real Italian wood-fired pizza and friendly staff - this is the place! Was there with my partner on the 5th February and despite how packed and busy it was, the very attentive manager Roman not only sorted us out with a table, but spend extra time to give us menu recommendations (went for a delicious blue cheese and pancetta pizza to die for!). 5/5 for his attentiveness and sense of humour, will definitely be back and many thanks for a lovely experience!

The pizza here is some of the best we’ve tasted. I had one with fennel meatballs on and can highly recommend it. The menu is simple, focusing on pizza with a handful of sides and desserts. Baffi pizzas had got us through lockdown as a once a week delivery treat, so we were keen to visit in person. We were lucky to get a table in the lovely new outdoor seating area on a busy Friday evening (we hadn’t booked). It was a bit chilly (!) but we were happy to sit outdoors. Service was friendly and attentive. The pizzas were delicious, as always: quality ingredients for the toppings, with a superb crispy yet chewy sourdough crust- yum. We also loved the bruschetta, a generous sized portion piled high with tomatoes. The garlic bread is amazing! Thank you Baffi for consistently fabulous pizzas, and a friendly relaxed atmosphere in the lovely restaurant.

Baffi’s regards towards COVID was very well thought threw and it felt like a safe environment to me, staff on hand were very helpful and have a good sense of humour - can’t fault it!

Travelled to Bournemouth and booked a table at this amazing garden in Canford Cliffs. What an experience. Super taste of exact napoletan pizza as if we were back in Italy. And staff so polite and giggly felt as we knew each other for ages. They definetly know how to make you feel at home. Well done guys, worth the wait for your delicious Nduja pizza. What a feast. We visited Baffi and were given a table outside which we weren't expecting and weren't dressed for (no coats). We ordered our food quite quickly (when booking we were told we only had the table for 1.5 hours) and our starter arrived quite quickly but then we had a long wait for our main courses. No one came over to offer an apology for the delay during our wait. We eventually asked if the food was going to be much longer as we were very cold and the waitress went off to check but never came back with an update). After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes our main courses arrived (2 pizzas, 1 sidedish, 1 main salad and 1 sidesalad). By this point it was so late we had gone past eating but had at least been given a table inside after asking again how long our food would be and telling the waiters we were too cold to wait much longer). The side salad was just a bag of mixed leaves with a dressing on and the brushetta very dry. For the main salad we had asked for the anchovies to be substituted for cherry tomatoes as one of our party is vegetarian however, when they started to eat it they discovered anchovies in the salad. I'm not sure if the waitress forgot to write down the substition or the chef didn't read it. The owner came over and apologised and offered an alternative but we couldn't wait another hour. Would I eat there again? No, overpriced and poor service.

We went with four friends mid week, there was some confusion over our booked table, as we were shown a table for four, when there was six of us.Our order was taken quickly and drinks served straight away. We all had various starters and my main was the Tuna Pizza with extra Anchovy’s.With the current £10.00 discount scheme the meal was very cheap and exceptional value

Our experience of Baffi Canford Cliffs this evening was extremely disappointing. Had to wait 50 minutes to receive starters and then a further hour to get our mains. The restaurant was reasonably busy when we arrived but within 20 minutes had quickly died down, yet still wait times for food were endured by all. If the restaurant is unable to cater for this amount of people, then they simply shouldn’t accept any more guests. When our mains finally arrived, 1h 45 after ordering, one of the pizzas was wrong and quickly bodged to get it back out. This wouldn’t be so bad, but cold anchovies on a hot pizza isn’t the best combo. On top of this, some tables around us were receiving free rounds of drinks but others nothing bar a mediocre apology. After spending 2.5 hours here for 2 courses, I certainly won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We booked a meal at this restaurant during our recent mini-break based on good reviews and we were not disappointed! The service was great and staff were very welcoming. The food was delicious and the drinks were reasonably priced. Would recommend going here if you are in the area.

We popped in on the off chance during a stay in Canford Cliffs and they managed to squeeze us in. I have to say that the food was amazing and service was great. The gluten free bases were tasty and crispy, the best we've ever had in fact and the prawns, chilli and garlic were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and despite being busy we never felt rushed. Would definitely make another trip if we were in the area. Best food eaten out in a long time

We booked a table for 6 for 7:15pm wanting a quick pizza before going for a stroll along the beach. 2 hours later our pizzas arrived!! The outside space at the back of the restaurant has been given a makeover and really looked the part. It was full but with 1 girl serving over 30 people and apparently only 1 pizza oven ( more were sat inside) and also apparently serving g take aways and Uber eats things did not look promising!! Our drinks... a bottle of wine and a bottle of water so not complicated took over an hour In spite of frequent reminders. We felt ever so sorry for the waitress who was very apologetic but nothing she could do! The pizzas when they arrived were lovely but we’d have been better ordering a takeaway and buying a bottle of wine from the supermarket and sitting g down at the beach! We paid over £120 which for the 6 pizzas and 2 bottles of wine I thought expensive especially in light of sitting at an empty table for 2 hours! I think they have over stretched themselves which is such a shame as we won’t have the confidence to return.

In these very difficult times it is great that you can still get high quality pizzas to takeaway and if you order between 14.30 and 17.30 you can still take advantage of their special offers.

I don't usually leave reviews but this time i feel like i have to make an exception!We visited the restaurant for dinner, the pizzas were absolutely exquisite.Our server also suggested us to try their Polpete (meatballs) and Garlic Bread with cheese as a starter. They were really amazing... It is so good to see that a pizza place don't focus only on pizzas but also on everything else.Mattel did a great job in serving us, making us feel like if we were home!Overall we truly loved it!Surely will come back!

We came here recently for a birthday party and had a lovely, relaxed time. The surroundings are cosy , tasteful and authentic (for Canford Cliffs) and the food was delicious especially the sharing boards and garlic prawns.Staff were friendly and not interrupting every five minutes to ask if we were enjoying the food.I would heartily recommend Baffi for a relaxed time either as an evening for two or for a larger number of people.

Called into Baffi at Canford Cliffs between Christmas &amp; New Year to take advantage of their very excellent Baffi Hour”Baffi Hour is actually everyday between 3-6pm. You can have any of their BH pizza’s for £6 and their are “deals” on drinks. Staff very welcoming &amp; friendly. It was very quiet when we visited, but due to the rustic decor, it still felt warm &amp; welcoming. Food &amp; drink all good (although a couple of pizzas had probably been left in the oven a little bit too long)

We visited this restaurant on Saturday at lunchtime, the restaurant was quite busy but the service received by Matteo was extremely attentive. I have never seen anybody serving so quickly and well as he did.The food was fantastic too, we had gambari as a starter followed by lasagne and the Special Pizza as recommended by Matteo.We will definitely be back very very soon!

Yes we enjoyed a family meal at Biffi with no problems and just over 200 pounds inc drinks! Fully recommended! Baffi Hour is 3 to 6pm

Baffi in Canford Cliffs is one of our favourite restaurants and we go there regularly with our two year old. The food is of excellent quality and is delicious. The service is brilliant. An attentive, accommodating and efficient team, who always make us feel welcome, even with a small child, which is not the case of many local places. The music is also very good, giving it a great atmosphere. Overall it is a great place to go and have very good food, as a family, a couple or a group.

Had not been for a while, went with friends for lunch. Only 4 of us there but service was quick and efficient.Menu had changed, had a new starter and the special pizza of the day. Both very good and all four of really enjoyed our lunch.

Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. We were the only diners in the restaurant so service was quick and efficient! Pizza was absolutely delicious but I wasn't sure what to make of the garlic bread, which was essentially a small marinara pizza and not what we expected. Very expensive, for what it is - three pizzas (inc one margherita) and the garlic bread came to £40.50.

Me and my wife had dinner in BackGarden on Tuesday , was really cold outside but we had a very warm welcome from the Romanian guy with "long hair" and made our evening special he was really fast and took care of our food and the service was really professional.

A place i for sure recommend with confidence. Amazing pizzas, great Garden atmosphere and fantastic service. Went on Sunday afternoon with my family and felt like home, well done to the Bogdan guy, rocking the terrace by himself on a full pace and always laughing and joking with us all.
