The best restaurants serving Italian food in South West

Bland, basic and boring. First and last visit for us, shame as it’s so local, staff are rude and food is actually terrible I have had better micro meals

Totally disappointed with the service👎. The staff member was disrespectful. Ice creams were delicious but the iced coffee was disgusting. We had a group of 10 and all were extremely unsatisfied with her reactions.

It was a pleasure to have coffee that was full of flavour without tasting bitter. Home baked Welsh Cakes were delicious. There were attractive views into the Main Street. The Art Deco interior made the stay even more worthwhile. Comfortable seating and a very clean interior were also noted. Had we been later we would have tried the wide selection of food on offer such as lemon meringue pie.

We usually enjoy our visits to this garden centre and we did appreciate the many plants and flowers on display as we strolled around. But then we decided to have some refreshments. There is inside and outside seating and we chose inside. My companion wanted a flat white coffee and I ordered tea. After about 20 minutes I enquired as to whether they had forgotten us. They quickly brought our order and my friend's coffee was just right. However my tea must have been left standing, waiting for the coffee to be made as it was very very strong and almost tepid! The Cafe assistants should be trained how to serve different drinks simultaneously without leaving one of them to be standing too long, especially tea! I cannot abide strong tea and neither can my stomach! Very disappointing!

Great bread cakes and other bakery goods, amazing quality, staff are awesome, if u are going to eat bread buy here, don't buy supermarket rubbish. Puts hobbs house bread in the dark, hobbs house has got to big most of their bread is now frozen and then sold as fresh!! Please support guild of dough if u don't we will lose it, amazing fresh baked that day products. Ray

There are two ladies who work in here who are unfailingly polite, cheerful, unobtrusive and friendly. The reason for my adding of an extra star from my previous review is because of them. However, it seems that this branch of Costa attracts young male staff who are loud, use audible bad language and are over familiar (I object to being called ‘mate’). When I come to a Costa, I am expecting/hoping that I won’t be disturbed or distracted by very loud conversations, lots of ‘f’ words and inane ‘banter’.

Dr. Mattia and her fellow practitioners are absolutely amazing. However, Madison, dental assistant is phenomenal with children.

Tuvimos una comida fantástica en Zizzi Bournemouth. El servicio desde que entramos hasta que nos fuimos fue excelente. Tengo un bastón y pregunté dónde estaban los baños accesibles y nos mostraron de inmediato. (El baño tenía un espejo. Esto puede no sonar enorme, pero te sorprendería cuántos inodoros accesibles no tienen espejo). Nos esperaba Noah, que era excelente y nos proporcionó no solo un gran servicio personal, sino que también tenía un amplio conocimiento del menú, que nos ayudó mucho. El lugar estaba bastante ocupado, lo que fue genial para ver cuando un montón de lugares son muy tranquilos en la carrera hasta el día de San Valentín que fue unos días después. Recomendaría encarecidamente esta ubicación.
