Imaginarium Bistro Prescot Absolutely terrible considering bought gift voucher for people! Beef tough, roasties and Yorkshire pudding like bullet's , just thrown on the plate too. Sorry I bought vouchers! Poor service, staff weren't interested in comments when asking how was meal? Its gone right down hill since we went March!

We had the set menu, three courses for £27. The staff were friendly and surroundings pleasant and vibrant. The food was good as was the service however it was very inflated price wise. They then try to say that a £9 tip is suitable (odd as this is my choice). They got zero , the price hike ate it.

We have been to gusto many times over the years it used to be a go to for any kind of celebration. However recently we have seen it decline. Not only have the prices increased a fair amount the quality does not reflect it. The portions are also tiny particularly the carbonara. The garlic bread starter was cold and dry like cardboard. The mains took an hour to come after the starter which although busy to begin with it became quiet and we watched multiple people come after us be served before us. 2 of us ordered carbonara that looked slapped on the plate. One drowning in sauce and the other bone dry. No consistency and left hungry afterwards. No apology for the wait either. Sad to say we probably won’t be back

We had a group of six and when we arrived at the restaurant in the late afternoon, it was nearly empty. We had no reservation but decided to try it based upon other favorable reviews. The staff sat us in a corner near a door on a very wet & chilly Liverpool afternoon. A few of the ladies were cold and when we asked to be moved, the female employee was not receptive to our request. Smile a little, you work in the service industry. After finally being moved to a warmer part of the restaurant and ordering, the pizzas arrived completely black and burnt on the bottom of the crust. We said something to the waiter and asked him to tell the chef, but he just laughed it off as if we were joking. Another member of our group ordered the Risotto which she said was bland and dried out, almost to the point of being inedible. She only ate a very small part of it. None of us would return to this restaurant. There are too many other options in Liverpool and if the weather was better on this day we might have ended up somewhere diferent.

This restaurant is a convenient way to spend time if you have a long wait for your train. As a displacement activity it's probably more cost effective than eating multiple fast food options standing or sitting in the over-crowded concourse. However the food quality is perfunctory as is the service, but then, there's unlikely to be repeat business. I was a woman on my own and as is often the case they parked me next to the wall by the toilet, so I moved to a more central location. By the way, if you have to wait, the seating area in this part of the station is very quiet - no-one seems to know about it.

Unfortunately, my friend and I were made to feel very uncomfortable throughout our dining experience at Cicchetti Manchester. From the moment we walked in the door, we had staff members pointing at us, laughing and whispering to one another. As two 22 year old girls who were excited for their first visit to Manchester, this is not something we expected from a restaurant claiming to be ‘exceptional.’ We really enjoyed the food so to have our evening ruined by the staff was very disappointing. For this reason, we wouldn’t return.

We tried the bottomless brunch & it was disappointing compared to all other experiences at Gusto. Some of the food menu options weren’t available & no alternatives were offered the servers attitude, was very much “computer says no!” Not smiley or cheery at all. We arrived at 3 & by 3:34 we’d had 1 glass of Prosecco! I’ll go back to Gusto again, but definitely not for the bottomless option, they sap all the fun out of it.
