Really nice food, decently priced. Atmosphere and decor was really lovely. Staff were happy to help with anything. Would definitely visit again!

Food was terrible, not Italian food as advertised.

I strolled past this place and decided to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely fantastic, especially the Buttermilk Chicken Burger and Classic Spaghetti Pomodoro – both were spot on in taste and presentation. The service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend it!

The worker at the liveepool one with her lashes looking like shes going to fly away is one of the rudest an not down to earth girl iv met in me life.

Liverpool Restaurant Waitress with black hair and long eyelashes one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life, walked into the restaurant and nobody was stood at the front desk so walked past the bar to go and find a seat, woman at the bar was lovely. As soon as I found a seat the rude waitress snarled me and said I should have waited at the front of house because there is a ‘WAIT TO BE SEATED’ sign but I went to look and there actually wasn’t. She then went to the bar and hid trying to look at me for the rest of my time there. She doesn’t know how to be professional in her job clearly.

Really impressed with this place, very friendly staff and very tasty food. Lunch menu value for money. Great dessert

I went to the Wildwood Restaurant Liverpool as it’s one of the best restaurants in the town. I always love the staff and management specially the atmosphere of here. I love here So I took my girlfriend and I proposed her and she accepted 🥰.so nice of the manager as they made our special night so special as they gifted us with make our bill free🙏❤️🌹😍😘

First the (i'm guessing ten percent) service change in the middle of the day for two people really took away from the meal (was going to tip until this happened) Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough and where all chat Unusual location inside a part of an old shopping centre (explained to us by the waiter), but a bit too open and lacking in atmosphere Tasty food on the set lunch menu, with big portions and plenty of options Would've said recommended until they took almost 5 pound extra on a service charge

A wonderful ambience to the restaurant, with a friendly greeting and option to sit anywhere (I was the first customer of the day). The food, service and wine were, as always, second to none. No wonder I keep returning: this really is an excellent place to eat and drink and only a few yards from Central Station in the heart of the city.

A very clinical environment. Friendly staff, but the food fell short. The pizza was unremarkable, and the chicken burger was both overdone and undersized. The inclusion of a service charge was particularly irksome, as it didn't reflect the quality of the meal.

The service was phenomenal—everyone was super friendly and attentive, even bringing dessert menus to tempt us! The atmosphere was just perfect for a relaxed evening. the pizza was cold but I have to say tasted great the lasagne and chips was also Luke walm and the lasagne looked like a dogs dinner looks like had been thrown around on journey but again it tasted great so I think needs to be packed a bit better

So starting from the initial friendly welcome from Mareta and taking us to our seating area and taking our drinks order was outstanding. Then Emma took our order and again the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Wildwood and looking forward to our return visit.

The food quality is good ,it tastes good, and the delivery on time but I ordered - and paid for - pepperoni on the prosciutto cotto pizza, but didn't get any pepperoni. Details matter. And if one pays for something, one should get it. I tried to spec

Had a very tasty full English breakfast this morning, great service, lovely waitress who was attentive and friendly.

Food arrived late resulting in pizza being stone cold and not able to be eaten. Desserts were beautiful!

I ordered the Prosciutto cotto pizza WITHOUT OLIVES. The pizza arrived stone cold, squashed at the side of the box and covered in olives. The pizza was therefore inedible and I had to throw it all out.

Wildwood Liverpool is a delightful spot for Italian-inspired dining. The menu offers a great variety, from wood-fired pizzas to hearty pasta and grill dishes, with vegan and gluten-free options available. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The stylish interior, featuring a high glass atrium and cascading lights, adds a touch of charm to the dining experience. They offer really nice soft play area for kids. We had margarita pizza, beef lasagna and pasta. All dishes were excellent. Really recommend it.

I recently stopped by for a date night and I was really impressed! The food was fantastic, especially the salmon & smoked haddock fish cake and chicken piccata Milanese – both tasted amazing and looked great too. The atmosphere was lovely, and the place was spotless, which made for a nice relaxing dinner. The only hiccup was a slightly longer wait for our mains, but the friendly service more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be back for more!

We've eaten there three times in the last week. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food (pizza and pasta dishes) were very good. A special plus is the play area for children. We can absolutely recommend the restaurant and will definitely visit again on our next visit to Liverpool.

The waiter brought me a spilled coffee, he didn't even bother to clean the cup/plate. Also, a candle was lit at each table, excepting at our table. Moreover, we ordered a tomato soup, but they didn’t mention it would be very spicy. We needed a lot of bread to be able to it, and guess what: they put us pay for all the extra bread. Bonus: the 10% tip was already included in the bill, no question before. Horrible experience!

Website for collection orders not entirely functional as the tracking is faulty. Food not worth it in my opinion but service was great both in person and over the telephone.

The place was lovely and the staff friendly but the food experience wasn't great, and I'm no food snob myself. I ordered pasta from the "light" menu, a smaller portion that comes with a side salad. Well they still brought a full pasta portion, which I didn't want but ok whatever. My issue was with salad that was completely undressed and unseasoned. Literally just chopped lettuce with a couple of tomatoes in a bowl. I asked for some dressing, anything, like some oil and lemon or vinegar, but only got a bit of oil. So now I had lettuce with some oil and no other seasoning. Got forbid a restaurant has heard of a simple vinaigrette or dressing. I've seen some unloved vegetables in the UK but this was really sad to eat. Pasta was ok at best. We had a lovely time regardless but I won't be rushing back there to eat.

Popped in for late lunch before heading back to Yorkshire. Warmly welcomed by our server (i neglected to get her name) professional and very informative. She was from Skipton. We had 2 course set menu, I had the Tomato and Pepper soup, my partner had Pate. Both really good. We both had Lasagne again excellent. All staff friendly and courteous. If we venture to Liverpool again will definitely return here.

Small on the outside but huge once you get in. My grandchildren loved the playroom on a previous visit. Good, fresh food at average prices and a good selection. Mainly Italian food on offer and a children's menu

We came for a day out and decided to get something to eat before our journey back home. We didn't wait long which was good. We had chicken & mushroom penne. It was ok but it was dry, not much chicken in it and barely any creamy sauce in the dish. Disappointed really. Another person had spaghetti Bolognese and was average again. Drinks took ages to arrive on our table. The meals we paid for weren't worth that.

Excellent service and the availability of a table without having to book was much welcomed. The service from the staff working there was fantastic and the food also was excellent. Would highly recommend

Had a good range of gluten free options and loved the lighter option of having salad with the pasta. The cocktails were delicious and good value. The staff were friendly and efficient too.

It was absolutely delicious, we had takeaway and were absolutely surprised, the meals were still warm and as already said, very delicious!

Although a little noisy, we had a most enjoyable meal, prepared and served to perfection.

Had a fantastic meal today with my friends....lasagne was really tasty and the lemon pudding was scrummy! Lovely waitress who was extremely helpful with recommendations and didn't hurry us. Will definitely go back!

Fairly generic inauthentic Italian offering at a higher than expected price

We really enjoyed our food. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We started with a nice breakfast and went back for a diner later that day. I recommend tuna steak. Next time we are in Liverpool we will go back.

None of the offers on the window were given to us, no 20%off for NHS and certainly my children didn't eat for £1 and then 2 courses for 13:95, but failed to put a burger on this offer instead we paid full price for a burger, felt totally ripped off in Liverpool, wouldn't use this company again

Nice restaurant/pub in the centre of Liverpool. Friendly staff,good prices,I had a very good cheesy garlic bread with caramelised onions and nice mixed olives. Nice atmosphere

Went here with my girlfriend for the first time a few months ago, after walking past several times and wanting to try, and it's quickly become one of our favourite spots. Staff are always friendly and helpful, service is quick with food and drink coming out very promptly. The atmosphere is lovely, especially when it's quieter, and the restaurant is very nicely decorated. The food is absolutely brilliant; I've had the pizza Margherita, the Bolognese and the lasagne and all were impressive. Portion sizes are perfect, and they always taste great. Good dessert options too. Price is very good, surprisingly student-friendly for the experience you get. The lunch menu is particularly good (two courses for £14 and a discount on drinks) and is our go-to when we eat here. Overall, I'd recommend Wildwood Liverpool to anybody looking for tasty food and friendly staff without going over your budget - excited to try the Primavera pizza next time!

Just walked out ,sitting for 25 minutes after we ordered and still not even our drinks.

Enjoyed the primavera risotto and the seafood risotto. Food was good, enjoyed our cocktail.

Our services Rach was amazing. We came on a busy Saturday night and we understood she had a very busy section. She still managed to be so attentive and lovely to me and my mum. I’m a restaurant manager and would happily rob her from wildwood if I could. She’s amazing!!!

Lovely place and excellent friendly staff. Little disappointed this time, ordered fishcakes and got 2 small ones with a mound of lettuce, so not worth the money at all. Tasted nice though and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere

Nice, bright restaurant in the center of Liverpool. The place is cozy, we were served in a short time, and the food was correct. We had spaghetti and grilled tuna and everything was great. If you don't want snacks or sandwiches, you can try this restaurant.

Charcoal delivered directly to your door. How careless does the kitchen have to be, to send this out?

It's used to be great here. It's just sad as this is our favourite goto place in town. The bolognese was the worst. It doesn't have a flavour and the pasta doesn't have good texture. The buttermilk chicken burger is ice cold. The chips are rock solid. Why didn't we call the attention of the servers you may ask? Because the tables beside us already sent their food back and we just felt bad doing it too. I've never made a bad review in my life except today.

Following an overnight stay in Liverpool, we enjoyed a fab breakfast here…AND we were the first ever breakfast customers! Eggs Royale, sides of halloumi and hash browns were spot on, washed down with a couple of lattes each. Service was great and server Liv was exceptional, taking time to chat with us which really made the perfect ending to a great night away. Thank you ☺️

I am so very disappointed. Me and my husband whent on Saturday. The food as gone right down. And when we ask for are bill there was 11 service charge.we did ask them to remove .we always tip We have never had this before in this restaurant. And we have been meny time before .sorry yo say we won't be coming back .such a shame. Has it use to be realy good .

A picture says a thousand words. Minute steak (order was medium rare) which came well done after almost 1.5hour of wait. Was seat at 1:05pm and food only came 2:20pm despite on asking numerous occasions. Severely understaffed in the dining area whilst chefs inside, I don’t know what were they doing inside. Steak was more well done than a McD cheeseburger patty. Soggy calamari, burger was meh. One would expect the food to be awesome after a lengthy wait. Wouldn’t recommend. Many dining options around the area.

Arrived and was seated, however, no one came over to us for over 10 minutes to order drinks. Food arrived cold and was not enjoyable as we watched it sit on the side for atleast 10 minutes going cold. The bell was ring twice from the kitchen and all waiters ignored and continued setting tables

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was in Wildwood Liverpool. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious and my latte after the meal was perfect.

Pizza that looks like cardboard with frozen buffalo mozzarella on top.. probably pre-cooked.. a bottled poretti for 7 euros.. and a watered down coffee of about half a liter.. for a change of 35 euros.. place for tourists

Were here for an early pre-theatre dinner. It was mid-week and not so busy at that time. The restaurant hsa amodern feel, light, airy, and with a good ambience. The menu is essentially Italian, but with some other dishes included (eg burgers and steaks). Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Food was good ... noy amazing ... but perferctly good, and we thought the prices were very reasonable. Great value

Very disappointed, ordered a chicken burger and fries, cost £18 and a chicken mayo from McDonalds would have been better, tiny burger in a small bun which was Luke warm and small portions of fries, would not recommend as plenty of takeaways near by with better food for a third of the price, have been here before and it was fine, sad to see how it’s gone down

The food was excellent quality and served promptly. Disabled Access was good and all the staff were polite and helpful. The dining area has a high ceiling and there is lots of light making for a pleasant atmosphere. Perhaps a little more expensive than some other restaurants nearby but the quality is very good and worth paying for. Overall an ideal place to eat. I would recommend it.

It’s our second night in a row to have dinner at the Wildwood in Center of Liverpool. Tonight the service was super , the food is amazing. We had a visit by Reece ( excuse the spelling) who welcomed us with another amazing warmth and sensitive. Our waiters Bailey & Lewis were very knowledgeable and suggested wonderful choices that really teased our taste buds deliciously. Thank you again for the wonderful experience a big thank you to the chefs and entire staff.

What an amazing restaurant. Our waitress Lilly was courteous and very attentive. Reiss was very inviting and welcoming. The food choice is very appealing. The pizza was out of this world. Everything was just right that we decided to return back the following evening for dinner. Excellent value for money…

So great to have the play area inside, great kids menu and we got a seat near the play area. Nice to have somewhere suitable for kids and a nice place for adults to eat too.Kids get crayons, blocks, cars and Lego to play with at the table too! Good tasty and good service, I would come again! They could make even more child friendly by not putting steak knives on the table and providing kids drinks in cartons or cups with lids as they came in a cup which spilt easily

2 hours for a 2 course meal, not ideal with young children. A great team let down by one poor waitress. Food was OK, the children enjoyed the pizza and burger.

Avoid this place at all costs if you want to avoid food poisoning! My friend got food poisoning after eating the beef burger and the cheese on my pizza was stale. We were also charged a forced service fee which we were not notified of earlier by the waiter. The attitude of the waiter did not make things any better.

Food was 2 hours late. When it eventually arrived it was not only ice cold but also drowned in pepper which made it inedible. So disappointed as Ive had the same dish in the restaurant and it was amazing. Might as well have thrown my money in the bin as thats where the food went

Staying for an engagement, Sunday we went to a great restaurant in the center of Liverpool! My mother and I ate well there, my mother a good lasagna and I a good Pizza Margherita. I had a mojito cocktail it was so good

Food was 30 minutes lates - unsure if this is due to restaurant or delivery cyclist. Delivery cyclist did not update their tracking status and we were not able to wait for them at the doors. Delivery cyclist also did not update tracking after delivery.
