Be very careful when ordering from here!! Very rude staff on the phone. Be careful if you order from here as they keep changing the prices as and when it suits them.Very disappointed.

Caprino sounds Italian. But it’s all halal fake stuff. Pepperoni = pork not turkey. Ham = pork not turkey Bacon = pork not turkey Sausage = pork, not chicken Salami = pork, not beef and chicken Call it Mustafa pizza or something. It’s not Italian. But most importantly, and I can’t express this enough, add heat to the base. Nobody likes a soggy bottom,

TERRIBLE OVERALL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered 14/10/23 Took 2 hours to come, they delivered the WRONG pizzas. I ordered for myself, and my friend who is a vegetarian, supposed to get 2 x 12” inch pizzas - one margarita, one pepperoni. The meal deal we got, you got 2 small sides, 2 desserts, a bottle of pop + 2 dips. In the end after TWO HOURS, we were delivered a TEENY TINY pepperoni pizza (box said 7”) and also a small (9”) MEATY BBQ PIZZA. Unacceptable, especially with vegetarians. When I rang the restaurant the guy was majorly rude and unhelpful, said the driver “said” he delivered the right pizzas (how would he know unless he opened the boxes?). And kept arguing with me over the margarita pizza, he argued I did not order a vegetarian pizza - which i technically did as margaritas are suitable for vegetarians? I was trying to communicate it was unacceptable to send a meat pizza to a vegetarian, to which his reply was “no you ordered a margarita”. I KNOW I ORDERED A MARGARITA I DONT HAVE A MARGARITA. And over and over again I said even my own pizza was the wrong size. £30 for a 9” and 7” incorrect pizzas. Massive rip off. Guy said he would ring me back to speak to his manager (he never did) when I rang back a third time he said he was sending out new pizzas (he never did, we waited another hour) no apologies nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could because the sides were cold and stale after waiting 2h anyway. Only enjoyable part of the meal were the two desserts (and how can you mess up two tubs of ice cream). My friend ended up hungry as we ordered for tea time (8:30pm) and by the time we gave up waiting it was 11PM. I don’t know why the guy on the phone would promise new pizzas if they never even ended up doing that. False promises, would have rather been told they were too busy to send out new ones and issued a refund. Wish we just ordered from somewhere else after the fact. To the unhelpful rude server on the phone - VEGETARIANS CANT HAVE MEAT PIZZAS. Also we still haven’t had a refund and pretty sure Caprinos have blocked my number.

Gorgeous little pizza .. just wish I'd have known that a personal size pizza is just a kids pizza! I'd have ordered larger had I have known. 🤣 No complaints though, will deffo order again 😋

Let me tell you about not just a pizza but an experience. A real feast fit for a king. Always extra sauce to feel extra special. Delivery time faster than lighting McQueen himself. Super low prices for those desperate times and they have their own design on the pizza box. The vegan pizzas are fantastic and is great for those with lactose intolerance. Cured my depression and I’m definitely going there in person next time to thank them myself. Thank you God for Caprino’s it truly is a place where joy is made.

Absolutely banging pizza, introduced to me by a vegetarian friend. My new go-to for takeout. Great flavour and an amazing option for vegans, vegetarians and lactose intolerant people. Extremely polite staff - easily the best service in Liverpool. Very short waiting time. Such a good price for something so fantastic. Honestly I really struggle with my mental health and Caprino’s pizza really comes through and makes my day so much better every time. Caprino’s is truly the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time). Simply ground breaking.

Was going to order but it’s more or less the same price as Domino’s so stick with them

First time using this place food came early which was good and nice a hot the pizza was a touch burnt but OK to to eat the only thing was the pizza was 7.99 then if you wanted the 12 inch it was 6 pounds extra with 13 14 pounds the curly fries where 4.99 I think it was a bit pricey we got three iteam and it cost over 20 pounds

We ordered from here for the first time today and it was fantastic. I've been in restaurants and the pizza wasn't as good. The ingredients were good quality, very well cooked. It arrived within half an hour and was pipping hot. The delivery driver was really polite and friendly. Will definitely order again. Thank you.

Good quality. Free limited Parking spaces available. Many off Street parking available. Best thing is crust and edges are well done compared to other branded pizzas. Vegan options are also good. Service is good. Staff is friendly and listen to customers. No dining area. Need to add fries in the Menu. Open late

Wait nearly 40 min and the shop was empty, spent close to 40 quid and didn't give a garlic bread like most places and after waitin so long all the pizzas where on wrong crusts, taste OK. First and last visit

Would have have no.stars but doesn't allow it. Shop is clean just staff need training on cleanliness Will not be going there again went in tonight ordered and male member of staff was sitting under shelves eating and female staff took.a bit of his food put it in her mouth and didn't wash hands. Gave wrong person a pizza and when person came in she went to car got the pizza and gave it to the right person. How does she know that the other person didn't touch it. Sorry in my eyes they should have made another pizza and threw that one away.
