Chips were cold the pizza had 3 pieces of chicken on it and the wrap was basically a salad wrap won’t be ordering again

shawarma blast was not that as I expected and having not any authentic taste of caprinos.

Too much bbq sauce on the bbq chicken pizza, there’s literally more sauce than anything else, completely overpower anything. Curly fries look like they were cooked for about 5 minutes in a frying pan. Normal fries & garlic herb dip is 💯.

Fries were soggy and tasted awful. Pizza was overseasoned, couldn't tasted sauce, cheese, or toppings, just herbs. Wrap was delicious and a decent portion, dunno how they managed to mess everything else up

The doner wraps wouldn’t even fill a toddler up they are that small full of lettuce and about 5 pieces of doner per wrap chips burnt and didn’t listen to instructions on wrap avoid

Nothing has been delivered! It’s now over 30mins past the latest estimated delivery time and we are waiting to go to bed. Rang restaurant multiple times and keep picking phone up and putting it down. Won’t order again.

Utterly disgusted with how you treat your regular customer. Wings severely undercooked with no flavour. Called you they argued with me then said would call back. Nothing. I have 5 stamps and not for the first time. I won’t be using them.

Not a lot of food for the money! Pizza tiny and wings burnt to a crisp! Not to self stick with the places you know and don’t try a new gaff!

I got a donner wrap … wow it was disgusting for the price of it aswell what ever the meat was there was hardly any there . You want to be ashamed of yourselves for sending that out. Frozen like just scraped it off a microwave meal or something there where two different types of meat one was little chunks and the other like little squares.. no thanks never again

Disappointed! Food is usually really good. We counted 3 pieces of pepperoni on an 8 piece pizza 😂 and a sprinkling of spicy beef. Ordered fries. got cold, burnt curly fries? Not good 👎

Caprino sounds Italian. But it’s all halal fake stuff. Pepperoni = pork not turkey. Ham = pork not turkey Bacon = pork not turkey Sausage = pork, not chicken Salami = pork, not beef and chicken Call it Mustafa pizza or something. It’s not Italian. But most importantly, and I can’t express this enough, add heat to the base. Nobody likes a soggy bottom,

TERRIBLE OVERALL DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Ordered 14/10/23 Took 2 hours to come, they delivered the WRONG pizzas. I ordered for myself, and my friend who is a vegetarian, supposed to get 2 x 12” inch pizzas - one margarita, one pepperoni. The meal deal we got, you got 2 small sides, 2 desserts, a bottle of pop + 2 dips. In the end after TWO HOURS, we were delivered a TEENY TINY pepperoni pizza (box said 7”) and also a small (9”) MEATY BBQ PIZZA. Unacceptable, especially with vegetarians. When I rang the restaurant the guy was majorly rude and unhelpful, said the driver “said” he delivered the right pizzas (how would he know unless he opened the boxes?). And kept arguing with me over the margarita pizza, he argued I did not order a vegetarian pizza - which i technically did as margaritas are suitable for vegetarians? I was trying to communicate it was unacceptable to send a meat pizza to a vegetarian, to which his reply was “no you ordered a margarita”. I KNOW I ORDERED A MARGARITA I DONT HAVE A MARGARITA. And over and over again I said even my own pizza was the wrong size. £30 for a 9” and 7” incorrect pizzas. Massive rip off. Guy said he would ring me back to speak to his manager (he never did) when I rang back a third time he said he was sending out new pizzas (he never did, we waited another hour) no apologies nothing. Would give 0 stars if I could because the sides were cold and stale after waiting 2h anyway. Only enjoyable part of the meal were the two desserts (and how can you mess up two tubs of ice cream). My friend ended up hungry as we ordered for tea time (8:30pm) and by the time we gave up waiting it was 11PM. I don’t know why the guy on the phone would promise new pizzas if they never even ended up doing that. False promises, would have rather been told they were too busy to send out new ones and issued a refund. Wish we just ordered from somewhere else after the fact. To the unhelpful rude server on the phone - VEGETARIANS CANT HAVE MEAT PIZZAS. Also we still haven’t had a refund and pretty sure Caprinos have blocked my number.

Hi my food was never delivered

Had many pizzas from many places but this is definitely my favourite go to pizza place.💯

Food was lovely. Only minor disappointment was it wasn't as hot as it might be, but I share that burden as hadn't realised how far away they are. Can't complain, would defo use again if I was nearer

There are lots of options and pizza is delicious.

Pro’s: Nice pizzas, hot and well presented. The cookies are delicious too! Cons: Delivery was 10-15 mins late. Toppings on pizzas are a ‘minimal’ Overall we thought the food quality was nice enough but we’ve had better from elsewhere.

This place never disappoints 😊 lovely pizzas every time and those little squishy cookies are to die for 😋

First time ordering and can honestly said it was lovely. One thing I could comment on is there isn’t enough chicken on the medium pizza. Could of counted 6 small pieces on one and the same if not less on the other. Shame as it’s really nice! We had the chocolate cookies which was amazing, totally sticking to the hips 🤣 will definitely order from here again

Where to start ! inconsistent answers everytime trying contact about the order, came late and its absolutely bland and pizza was all got upside down looked like it had been on a,roller-coaster before delivery , they don't really have slightest care about their costumers especially if you already paid on advance as j would never recommend as you can't even cancel cos they are gonna refuse to refund. Never tasted a food like horrible as this. Seriously unreal Stay well clear. Am new area will check or order before read the reviews and hijen ratings. All gone in thd bin Seriously money and time wasted and went to bed with 2 peace of toast!

My usual pizza place was closed, so I thought I'd try this place out. Not disappointed in the slightest, even ordered again the next day. I think this is going to become my go-to.

Always spot on, foods hot, tasty and fresh. Prices are a tiny bit steeper than other takeaway places but its well worth the extra couple quid. The difference in quality to any other takeaway is massive ! Keep coming back. Amazing pizzas!

Let me tell you about not just a pizza but an experience. A real feast fit for a king. Always extra sauce to feel extra special. Delivery time faster than lighting McQueen himself. Super low prices for those desperate times and they have their own design on the pizza box. The vegan pizzas are fantastic and is great for those with lactose intolerance. Cured my depression and I’m definitely going there in person next time to thank them myself. Thank you God for Caprino’s it truly is a place where joy is made.

Absolutely banging pizza, introduced to me by a vegetarian friend. My new go-to for takeout. Great flavour and an amazing option for vegans, vegetarians and lactose intolerant people. Extremely polite staff - easily the best service in Liverpool. Very short waiting time. Such a good price for something so fantastic. Honestly I really struggle with my mental health and Caprino’s pizza really comes through and makes my day so much better every time. Caprino’s is truly the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time). Simply ground breaking.
