Bella Italia Liverpool in Liverpool

Staying nearby. Saw good reviews hence decide to make reservation. Went during dinning peak hour. Had very late lunch, so did not order any main but ordered dessert and drink to try; tiramisu and Aperol Spritz as don't wish cancel reservation. Was disappointed with taste for both comparing what I had before from origin place.

A lovely meal, our waitress ( Katie) was very attentive and friendly.

We had a lovely meal here before going to a Pantomime. Atmosphere was great, staff all friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.

As lovely as ever, being Gluten free can be really difficult so it's always a joy to come here with plenty of options. Our waitress Katie was amazing and so helpful with lots of charisma, really made our visit more special.

Food was absolutely beautiful our sever Anthony was fun and made the evening 10/10 all round!

We popped in late last Saturday night 7th Dec 2024, and we were seated straight away without any fuss, our friend has a cheese allergy and the staff couldn't help enough to make sure she had the best experience, if you like nice people and nice food then pop along people.

I am in a wheelchair and I was made to feel very welcome by the staff and manager.The staff even held the door open to me when entering and leaving the restaurant. The Marco Polo was amazing as was the calamari

Food was fabulous, so much choice for a coeliac. Gunar was amazing, so helpful and friendly. All staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was buzzing with happy chatter.

Heron was really welcoming and obv excellent at her job. Thank you. Really enjoyed the Xmas Veg Pasta :) 😀

Absolutely awful experience. Food was sent back multiple times it was just awful. Staff were so up the wall trying to do a million things at once. It's advertises that kids eat for £1 on a Sunday but that wasn't the case they payed full price. Waited about hour and a half before we eat. Honestly awful. Avoid.

Visited the Liverpool restaurant with my Sister & Nanna 26/10/2024, served by Antony , he looked after us really well, nothing too much trouble for him. Very friendly & smiley, made us laugh…Food was really good especially the mozzarella & garlic flat bread, we also had the spaghetti meatballs ,but our experience was made all the better because of Antony… Thank you Antony…

If I could rate this food a zero I would. We ordered our food with uber eats so maybe if we had went to the restaurant it would have been better. The pizza we ordered had no taste at all and we ordered double pepproni on the pizza and got barely any. We also ordered the pasta and meatballs which came to us cold and the meat balls did not taste like meat at all. The garlic bread was stale and the chicken was burnt. The garlic mayo tasted like mint.100% very unhappy with our food and would not recommend to anyone.

Bella Italia in central Liverpool was excellent. Anthony our waiter was the most friendly, hard working and loveliest person we have ever had in any restaurant setting. He is an asset to the establishment. We will definitely visit again. The food was delicious.

Beautiful food and service was amazing

Not the best Italian food we've eaten but most certainly up there. We were seated promptly to our table after arriving, a nice waitress came over and took our order who was very helpful with the menu. We ordered the steak and the carbonara. My husbands steak was cooked to a good level, medium rare is how he likes it however it appeared more medium. My carbonara was to die for. Would come here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Went here on my birthday had to wait over 30 mins for a table, even though there were free tables. ( was happy to wait) Had a birthday voucher thought restaurant did something for my birthday wrote happy birthday or bring something out which never. Food was nice, child was able to change the food as ordered the wrong food. Staff were polite - three stars for not going the extra mile with regards to my birthday like they did with other peoples

My meal here was incredible. The food was gorgeous and came shortly after we had ordered. The server we had (Ibrahim) was amazing.

Late lunch / early dinner. Ordered from the two course menu. Food was lovely and made so much better by fantastic serve from Anthony. He made us feel very welcome, made suggestions and really enhanced our visit. Thank you Anthony - a real credit to people in the hospitality trade. If only everyone was this good.

We were warmly greeted at the door by Alan who showed us to our seats before the lovely Gunna took our drinks order. She was so friendly & greeted us like old friends! Our night was made by this excellent server.....& the food was good too!

Walked in off the street and had not been to a Bella Italia in years. Great food, reasonably priced, fast service. Waiter was called Antony and was really friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and go back.
