Bella Italia Liverpool in Liverpool

Absolutely awful experience. Food was sent back multiple times it was just awful. Staff were so up the wall trying to do a million things at once. It's advertises that kids eat for £1 on a Sunday but that wasn't the case they payed full price. Waited about hour and a half before we eat. Honestly awful. Avoid.

Not the best Italian food we've eaten but most certainly up there. We were seated promptly to our table after arriving, a nice waitress came over and took our order who was very helpful with the menu. We ordered the steak and the carbonara. My husbands steak was cooked to a good level, medium rare is how he likes it however it appeared more medium. My carbonara was to die for. Would come here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Late lunch / early dinner. Ordered from the two course menu. Food was lovely and made so much better by fantastic serve from Anthony. He made us feel very welcome, made suggestions and really enhanced our visit. Thank you Anthony - a real credit to people in the hospitality trade. If only everyone was this good.

My meal here was incredible. The food was gorgeous and came shortly after we had ordered. The server we had (Ibrahim) was amazing.

Walked in off the street and had not been to a Bella Italia in years. Great food, reasonably priced, fast service. Waiter was called Antony and was really friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and go back.

We booked 3 Sept 2024 for a table for 12 ladies. We would like to thank Guner for her assistance, she was very helpful and took our order in a very friendly and professional way. There was an additional lady that joined us and Guner set up an extra setting without any fuss.

Fantastic food, excellent service. Lots of gluten free options. The staff are very careful with allergies and food restrictions. Highly recommend!

Went here to have a Birthday dinner for my husband, we always liked Bella Italia, however we will not return here. Our pizzas were like wafer thin pieces of cardboard, I picked of the pepperoni, I've never seen a pizza so thin, total disappointment and unfortunately won't be going there again, I was told by the assistant manager the chef had stretched the base too much, Really!!!, also I've never had garlic bread with cheese and sweet onion which turned out to be ploughman's pickle!!!!, this was a softer base but quite sickly as there was a lot, my friend had lasagne there not long ago with very little meat in. The staff and management were very polite

Our server anthony was an absolute star, made us feel very welcome throughout the whole experience and managed to have a laugh and a joke with us before and after food, was a great help and without him we wouldve most likely been lost!!! make sure this is seen to him, he deserves to know

I have been here many times and have consistently enjoyed my food, on occasions they can be slower to serve but they are usually polite and friendly so this cancels it out.

Right in the city centre so in terms of where we were staying on the Albert Dock, it was easy to find and reach, via a short walk. Lovely food and ambience. My little boy loved it, especially the cookie dough for dessert. Huge place with a large seating area upstairs also. It was quiet when we went on a Thursday night so we got in no problem with just the three of us. Imagine it gets a lot busier on weekends, so probably wiser to book

I had a two for one voucher, taking the price away the food and service was great at the Liverpool branch. All the staff seemed in sync and very helpful making for a great date night with my wife. The Gamberoni and Pollo Cacciatore were excellent.

Poor staff service. Literally denied claim for the free galeto scoop that they marketed. Manager Katy’s itself denied to give by lying the ice cream is out of stock, while we could literally see the ice creams in fridge. If the company cant accommodate such marketing campaigns, please do not do it and waste people energy and time. Never coming to have food in Bella Italia Ever.

Went for my husbands belated 60th with myself ,my 91yr old mum, my 2 daughters and partners, with grandchildren 10 of us in total. From the moment we went in all the staff were so helpful and gave 100%. However they are aways polite and helpful. Thank you once again.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on Saturday 27.o7.24 we where greeted with a warm reception and was quickly seated. Our waitress was Katie who looked after us very well and was very helpful and attentive nothing was to much trouble and she was friendly, and the food as excellent,looking forward to returning to restaurant next time we are in liverpool.

Attended with my daughter and autistic son, who was in the process of a melt down, as hungry, unfamiliar with the restaurant, and anxious. Eve was our server, who was very pleasant, helpful and patient with our situation. This meant following our meal we all left happy, and my son willing to come back in future.

Our server Guner was so lovely and helpful - she made our visit so much more enjoyable. Food was piping hot and tasty. Can’t praise enough.

The food was excellent. We were a group of five and ordered lasagna and Lentil Ragu, both of which tasted fantastic.we ordered also Pea &Crg Risotto, however, the taste was not as impressive. What stood out even more was our waiter, Anthony, who was exceptionally kind and cheerful, providing complimentary pasta for the children. If I return to Liverpool, I will definitely revisit the restaurant because of Anthony.

I called into Bella for a quick meal between a ferry and train journey. Time was short due to catching a train but the staff at Bella were brilliant, assuring me they would get my food to me in plenty of time. The waitress Eve was attentive, helpful and really personable and the head chef Jack brought my food out to me! The food was really tasty and fresh, the service brilliant and it was a really positive experience. I’d highly recommend Bella Italia Liverpool.

Visited after watching a show at the Empire. Booked online in advance as there were a few of us. Nice and straightforward. The lovely Eve was able to seat us half hour early and provided colouring sheets etc for the kids. Very friendly and patient - thank you! Great service. Food was ideal. Would definitely recommend

On our wander around Liverpool, popped in here for dinner. Welcomed by a server and taken to our table. Firstly, an noticeable smell of dampness was noted. Even upstairs when I went to the loo. Drinks ordered both fine. One chicken and pasta dish, with literally 2 small pieces of chicken. Not the best tasting chicken either. My pizza was fine tho. 45 pounds for 2 drinks and one course, was pricey in my view.

Had bruschetta which was the worst ever.Then lasagne for main course.It was very poor.Like a cheap microwaveable meal.Barely any meat in it and just not very nice.Overpriced and for what I got not very satisfactory.£25.The girl serving was very pleasant but that’s where the good ended.Had to go to McDonald’s after it because I was still hungry.

I was really looking forward to this italian style lunch with my family and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and left us all feeling amazing, particularly the kids. The server Patricia was lovely and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and really made us all feel so welcome. Haven’t had an experience at a restaurant like this in a long time. We will definitely be returning.

Me and my wife June's 1st visit in the Bella Italia for our 10th wedding anniversary it was a gorgeous experience can't wait to come back to try something else from a gorgeous looking menu I'm thinking the spicy sausage from the pasta section, highly recommend Bella Italia to friends and family

Busy night but made to feel welcome. They accomadated my friend who uses a wheelchair very quickly and the food was excellent and a lot quicker than I th ought with how busy they were. Service was was really good. Damon our waiter was excellent and again very accommodating Would def come back again

Excellent gluten free pizzas. Pleasantly surprised after reading one of the bad reviews. The staff were excellent and labelled our table as allergies. The pizza base was much nicer than Pizza Express or Zizzis. Really light and much more topping on. Best I had in a long time. The dessert menu for gf was amazing. My mum had gf sticky toffee pudding and I had the baked lemon cheesecake. We used Tastecard deal which made it cheaper. The staff were all happy in their job and extremely friendly. Service was prompt too. Only fault was that the toilets were dirty, toilet paper all over the floor and no toilet paper available in one cubicle so clearly not checked. This did let the place down a little. Would definitely recommend though.

First time at this Bella Italia. The greeting was very welcoming. Shown to a table and served drinks quickly. Food arrived, hot and very tasty. Overall service excellent, thanks to a very new member of staff and another server. Really enjoyed this visit and would come here again.

Went there as I could not get a booking to the restaurant I wanted to go to. Good news - service was pleasant and beer and wine were fine - bad news - food was truly awful - pasta was borderline inedible and the pizza appeared to be on precooked bases with unappetising toppings - one of the worst meals I have had in a long long time - and my friends were incredulous that I had booked the restaurant.

The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff colleague was really friendly and helpful. My husband and myself really enjoyed our meal at Bella Italia, Liverpool. We find that Bella Italia is absolutely excellent and marvelous service ever. And we would definitely will come and dine in again in the near future.😀👍👍🌟🌟🌟
