What a lovely place to eat. The waitrons were very friendly and helpful - always ready for a conversation that makes you feel like a human being rather than just a table. Food was great and the service was super fast. Definitely go back again.

Firstly the food is great. That’s no issue and if you’re there for a normal menu then you will have a lovely time. The staff/offers are really poor and I’ll explain why. The ‘kids eat for £1’ is an offer that everyone uses in half term which we also did. However we ordered from the set menu and the bill came down incorrect. When I asked about the offer the server already mentioned the terms and conditions before I’d finished talking. Sounded like someone had said it before… When I asked to query it with the manager he rhymed off this same speech about the terms and conditions, about blue light offers, about telling every table, about how long it would take etc. I said every family here with kids were for the same offer and he said no. It’s half term. Every single table had kids. Seriously. The way they hide offers, t&cs and wait until the bill to argue it is so cheap and nasty. It’s really disappointing. They clearly have the same argument with everyone and don’t provide the customer service people deserve at the start of service. It was the sake of about 7 quid which is nothing in the scheme of it but the principle feels like tricking people into spending money and argue if you want to disagree. Incidentally 2 other tables as we were leaving were checking the small print of their bookings…. Such a shame. Honestly. Customers deserve better and 7 quid is a lot of money for some people.

Did not expect a lot as we stranded at the restaurant in lack of alternatives for food. Pasta was mediocre, and pizza less so. My kid even got sick and vomited about an hour after eating. Will never go again.

Food was lovely but we felt a bit rushed, as soon as starters were finished the mains were set down.

1st time in the city and 1st place we went to after getting to Hotel.We felt at home straight away after the friendliness of the staff.

We went to have a meal. The service was fine. So when we were asked to pay the bill, could we pay the tip separately which I didn't have a problem with until I got home. So the bill was £72.50 And we were rounding it off to £80 so the should of been £7.50 but they took £8.50 and never gave me the slip for the tip. Now you can say it was an accident but I believe that it wasn't. Please make sure you ask for the slip or don't pay separately. I will not be going again but anyone who is I will be telling them. It might be only a £1 but if they do this to anyone paying with card it mounts up

Starters came quite quickly and they wer lovely But waited very long for our mains and no waiter came over to check or give us any info which was strange as when we arrived they wer very accommodating.

Came to Bella liverpool just by chance as I had gotten off at lime street station. Ordered a few dishes to try, I do have some dietary requirements which was handled very well by the waitress. Laura was so bubbly and nothing was too much trouble. Food was tasty and well priced.

Food was so good , i just felt it was missing a bit with carbonara not the same as it should be but overall experience very nice

Clean throughout. I wasn't impressed with food to be honest. Loaded fries - the cheese really tasted overwhelmingly artificial and it ruined the whole dish. Pizza was really quite bland and the garnish was browned off like it had been left out for days (see pic). Service was good from staff, but there were multiple technology issues when it came to paying the bill. Card machine held together with sticky tape, taking a few attempts to complete the transaction etc.

ordered 3 different pastas and garlic bread the pasta bolognese never came my son had to share mine an his dad's meal and we never even got out garlic bread the portions were very small considering the price don't order from here am descusted

Horrible horrible service, the lady server was being nothing but rude to me when i walked in and giving me a stink eye, on top of that a bowl of pasta took 30 minutes to arrive!!! Have previously been a regular customer but will never visit again not worth being treated like you are not wanted in a place.

I e ordered from this place a few times round now and never dissatisfied., only tonight I have ordered 4 spaghetti bologna’s and ve basically got 4 bowls of full pasta!! I’m so annoyed I’ve spent 40 pound on a this! I’m so disappointed there is no meat in our bowls literally just thrown the whole food in the bin! What a waste of money and my time

Staying nearby. Saw good reviews hence decide to make reservation. Went during dinning peak hour. Had very late lunch, so did not order any main but ordered dessert and drink to try; tiramisu and Aperol Spritz as don't wish cancel reservation. Was disappointed with taste for both comparing what I had before from origin place.

As lovely as ever, being Gluten free can be really difficult so it's always a joy to come here with plenty of options. Our waitress Katie was amazing and so helpful with lots of charisma, really made our visit more special.

We popped in late last Saturday night 7th Dec 2024, and we were seated straight away without any fuss, our friend has a cheese allergy and the staff couldn't help enough to make sure she had the best experience, if you like nice people and nice food then pop along people.
