The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

It was cold in the room, lasagna was tepid and no meat to be found…just sauce and pasta. Pizzas average. Plus a massive service charge on bill. Don’t mind paying if warm, well fed and well looked after but won’t be going there in the future.

Booked in advance to come here on Friday night 7.00 with my partner ,we where waiting at the door while the manager got tables for other people ,we where left high and dry 30 mins basically at the door and he didn’t give any thought for us even though we had booked previously ,I can only describe the experience as organised chaos ,rude obnoxious staff also we had no option but to leave as we Wernt given any attention at all giving tables to customers who hadn’t even booked previously disgusting behaviour ending up leaving you all should be ashamed of yourselves inc rude customers who couldn’t wait , also the lighting was dark and customers seamed rowdy loud wrong place for birthday celebrations load banging of pans ,it’s not a nightclub ,manager seamed more interested in filling the place full of unbookings ,do not book because the manager doesn’t take you seriously or care and has an aggressive attitude towards his customers at all would much rather give tables to anybody on the streets the restaurant was far from quiet and had the wrong sort of people dining in there 👍 1 star 🌟 poor customer service, poor attentive behaviour towards customer bookings and losing genuine customers doesn’t seam to bother them !! Wont ever be returning you where lucky I gave 1 star review 😔

Fabulous food. Always a great set of specials - at some point, I will have the mains from the menu. Friendly service Relaxed atmosphere. Great little restaurant. And the wine list is one to work through. Niav was ace.

The menu on Facebook is old everything seemed good value. Until we got there. Most items 4/5 £ more. The food was ok nothing to crow about.we had pizzas, starters. And half roast chicken. Starter wasn't really memorable. Had to ask for more bread..service was good..wine was cold. Wasn't bad but not brilliant..then asked to move.before we finished. Would i go back.🤔 maybe.

A group of us went here for food, the pizzas and starters were ok. However my partner found a long black hair in his Arancini balls, which he complained to them and they took it off the bill, when we came to pay they were quite rude about the fact we didn’t want to pay the service charge, which we then said, why would we when we found hair in the food & the men’s toilet had loads of cigarette butts in the sink & no hand wash in the bathrooms. I’ll give an overall 2 star rating because some staff were ok at their job (apart from the red haired lady)& the starters were good.

We had a fantastic meal yesterday. The food was so tasty. The staff, although very busy, were helpful and efficient. This is our second visit. We were not disappointed.

Excellent Italian food with a Sardinian twist. The staff were great and the atmosphere was very friendly.

A high class restaurant, with a good choice of food, wine and cocktails. The service was a little slow, but suited us as a larger group. The quality of food was really good and I would recommend. A*

El personal era acogedor y encuentran una mesa de dos para nosotros sin reserva, nos vinimos para una cena rápida para Pizza y Tiramisu. La pizza estaba bien cocinada y era sabrosa, pero nada especial. aunque pedimos dos Tiramisu de postre, el menú decía "TIRAMISU - Postre italiano en capas con crema, café, mascapona y amarretto. . . Al estar en el restaurante italiano pensé que conseguiríamos un Tiramisu clásico muy agradable, bueno, eso no sucedió. Estaba muy decepcionado y horrorizado por cómo el chef podía hacerlo tan mal. Hablé de esto con Restuarant Manager y todo lo que ella insistió fue en Tiramisu repetidamente, dijeron que diferentes chefs tienen un enfoque creativo que no es lo mismo. Bueno, el Chef se equivocó con esto. Creo que la descripción del menú es muy faltante, lo que lleva a que esto sea Tiramisu. Esta fue mi cuarta visita y en las últimas dos visitas han sido realmente horrendas con respecto a la comida.
