Noi Quattro in Manchester

Went with high-expectations and the pizza did not disappoint at all. Wonderfully soft crust with great flavour in the toppings. Classic Neapolitan style pizza with a thin base. The Tricolore is fantastic (even better with added Italian sausage), but it was very hard to choose from the menu. Friendly service and up there with the best.

We did a pasta making course here today.. it was great fun and learned loads - thank you for a great experience

it was my first time having Italian pizza but went there because of the tiramisu that i saw in google reviews but it was nothing close to tiramisu just weeped cream really 😅😭

The food was nice enough for a pizza but the drinks were very expensive. But nice atmosphere.

A huge pity to have to put 3 stars as the quality of the food was 5 stars. The reason of the 3 stars is the complete unawareness of the service to the dynamic of our table, there was a pause between the starters and the main pizzas of more than 30 mins, and it is worth to highlight as the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday at 12:00 pm. A more attentive service would make this place a 6 stars pizzeria. What a pity.

Pizza was fine but the service really was poor, they were clearing our drinks and plates away so aggressively even when we hadn't finished. They didn't ask if we were done. I get it was near closing time but they could have just said to us that they are closing in 15 min or so and we would have more than happily finished up quickly. Didn't need to be so passive aggressive, would not come back

Went to Noi Quattro for the pasta masterclass followed by a meal at the sister restaurant, the pasta factory. It was a fantastic evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and funny and the ambience was great. The food was delicious too, and we learned a lot from the class. Would 100% recommend!

Super place for a Pasta Masterclass. Julia and her exemplary team were welcoming and so hospitable. We learned so much about pasta, got to try our own creations, take home a few souvenirs and indulge in delicious pizza. Grazie mille a tutti!

Excellent Italian food. Huge range of red and white pizzas, toppings, and starters, including different cuoppo, which we haven't seen on any other Italian restaurants in Manchester. Portion sizes are generous so it's great value for money overall.

Love this place! Very friendly service. Especially from Mia. She was very helpful in deciding what we want to eat. The Margherita pizza was very tasty. It's a shame I don't live in Manchester cuz I'd eat here every weekend.

The pizza was delicious, but we ordered truffled oil with one of our pizzas and we couldn't taste or smell it all all. Get the nutella pizza if you like sweet pizzas. Amazing.

Visited Noi Quattro at Society in Manchester and ordered the Veggie a vegan pizza. The base was great but the toppings were bland bland bland, absolutely no seasoning in anything, there were no fried courgettes, basil or olive oil as per the description on the menu, even the tomato sauce was bland..I left it as we were going to Bridgewater Hall for a concert. I love pizza but this was awful!!!

Encontré este lugar y es una joya. El personal es excelente, cálido, servicial y atento, creando un ambiente encantador para un número ecléctico de comensales. Buena elección de bebidas y a un precio razonable. Definitivamente vale la pena tener entrantes ya que son encantadores, en particular el melanzane todo parmigiana. Las pizzas son deliciosas y hechas como son en Italia. Tuvimos el Spianata y Dispensa, y estoy seguro de que las otras opciones son igual de buenas. Volveré a visitar cuando siga aquí.

I had dinner here with friends. We all ordered a pizza each, all of which arrived hot and satisfactory for everybody. The service was great and welcoming throughout the evening. The atmosphere of the place was cosy and pleasant. I do recommend this place as a relaxed spot to eat with friends and family.

Visitamos este restaurante porque estaba en el camino de nuestro hotel a Band On The Wall. No reservamos con antelación, ya que Google Maps dijo que no estaba particularmente ocupado. Y no fue así, pero nos hicieron esperar un poco antes de sentarnos, lo que parecía un poco teatral. La decoración era un poco extraño - parecía inacabado con una especie de divisores de metal. El servicio era bueno y pronto tuvimos nuestras bebidas. El menú era corto y no tenía ninguna de las variedades habituales de pizza. Tenía una pizza con salchichas patatas fritas y queso - una primicia para mí. No es algo que volvería a elegir, sorprendentemente soso ya que fue abrumado por el queso. Sin embargo, me llenó y pronto estábamos en camino. No volvería ni recomendaría. Demasiado estilo sobre sustancia.

Food is FANTASTIC, quality ingredients and beautiful pizza oven, leading to PROPER pizza. Service would probably be 5 out of 5 for a small group but with a large group it was harder for them to manage our pizza orders, but this is a fair downside in return for quality pizza. Atmosphere used to be more relaxed a few years ago. But they were playing dance music this time which makes me eat fast and feel stressed. Bit too loud as well. Shame.

A nice and busy Italian. Great card for great prices. You can also order various wines, this does not necessarily have to be a bottle. Service a bit messy, but very friendly.

did not enjoy this restaurant one bit. no sooner had we sat down we were being pestered to order repeatedly by a number of different waiters/waitresses. though these were individually pleasant, it was such a weird unpleasant experience, usually just 1 person waits table but here there were multiple people asking the same question one after the other which was strange. didnt enjoy my veggie pizza, it was very bland and tasteless, though my friends did enjoy theirs. to end the night the bill was just plonked on our table without a word and without us asking for it which was a new one on me. definitely wont be a repeat visit for me.

Couldn't possibly tell you how it takes TWO HOURS to make a pizza, but we won't be ordering from here again.

Went for a 6yr olds bday party, had a great time. The kids enjoyed playing with the dpugh and the staff were really accommodating to the kids light weight carnage. Pizzas were good too!

we ordered chicken pizza and it was delicious. The staff is smiling and friendly. there are places to sit outside but you cannot lean back so i definitely recommend it if leaning back is not a problem for you.

Me and my partner are big lovers of neopolitan style pizza so when we visit another city we will always try and hunt out the best pizza spot. Noi quattro did not disappoint and we would definitely come back. Ingredients tasted fresh, the dough was light and the staff were very welcoming.

This is a really amazing pizzeria, the best I have visited. There's a genuinely Italian vibe to the menu and the staff, and the food is fantastic. The selection of starters and pizzas is good, with both red and white pizzas on the menu. My scugnizielli and mozzarella starter was delicious, as was my parmesan and aubergine pizza. The cannoli finished everything off perfectly, it is nice to have something home made rather than bought in. Will definitely visit again.

Highly reccommend, really good food and proper imported Italian beers we don't get over here very often. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good prices and great value. Would rush back!

Awesome pizza, probably one of the best in Manchester. As an Italian I’m always so happy to taste such a good pizza when abroad. Tiramisu was a drug! The service was fast and cordial!

Wow! I can honestly say this is the best pizza I've eaten outside of Naples by a long way. Do yourself a favour and get the fried calzone too. Amazingly authentic soft drink options and brilliant desserts too! Just incredible all round.

Legitimately one of the best Margherita pizzas i’ve ever had in my life.

Firstly the pizza was delicious. Best I’ve had in Manchester. There was a long wait for the table, despite booking - and there was a queue forming by the door. There were also several delivery drivers hanging by the entrance being somewhat “assertive” and demanding time of the staff. Given the business and the amount of takeaway orders, service was fairly slow. Also our orders weren’t written down so some drinks were forgotten, and when we asked for them they took a fair while to come. My advice would be make sure to order everything up front, and be crystal clear. However, most importantly the pizza was fantastic and the drinks were lovely too. The atmosphere was buzzing, and once you were seated the frustration of the wait in the lobby washed away. Would come again.

Nowhere near as good as Rudys or Pizza Express. Ordered a mushroom pizza and specifically asked for extra mozzarella as I don’t like pizza with loads of red spaces and very little cheese. I’d already seen people pizzas when I walked in and the cheese was used very sparingly. I personally don’t think it was an unreasonable request. When my pizza came, it had less cheese than everyone else’s when I was the only one who asked for extra cheese. Then the waitress was trying to convince me, that the cheese I couldn’t see was extra…lol, and despite me pointing out that my fiends had more cheese when they didn’t ask for extra extra, she still didn’t understand! She was polite enough and took the pizza back, I saw her discuss it with the chef, who clearly didn’t look happy. Maybe the extra cheese came out of his wage? She brought the pizza back and it wasn’t much different! By then I’d given up hope, and didn’t want to delay eating my food. They don’t do dips! How can you not do dips?! Would I go again? Absolutely not! Stick to Rudys or Pizza Express

I was loyal to this place when it comes for pizza and yesterday i lost it completely, i placed my order as usual and with my seafood mix i received a one year old expired tartare sauce, lucky i noticed after i opened without taking a bite, this in unacceptable on so many levels, who knows what else is expired there

Delicious pizza with a lot of exciting options including vegetarian and vegan ones. Proper coffee after lunch, which is always a good thing in an Italian restaurant! The staff are really nice and attentive and the space is very large with lots of natural light.

Very good quality pizza, the secret is in the toppings. Although I didn't have one the restaurant offers Pizza Blanco they also have gluten free options.

Brilliant service - we booked for a group of 27 people and everything ran smoothly, the waitress with short orange hair was very polite and friendly. We were given two long tables at the back of the restaurant so we could enjoy ourselves all evening! The pizza was delicious, a huge range of veggie and vegan options available.

We booked a meal here at the last minute as we had been let down by another Italian who obviously changed their mind about opening their premises on the Tuesday after Easter despite taking bookings. Their loss as this place was so good we will be recommending this one in the future and there will be a definite return visit when in Manchester. The pizzas were delicious with a light crust and so many varieties to choose from too. Focaccia for starters with some grilled vegetables and dough sticks. Even had room for cannoli/ cheesecake for dessert. Couldn't fault anything and the service was so friendly too. Loved it!!

Dinner at Noi Quattro was as excellent as usual. They’ve been in Manchester for around 10 years now and are still arguably the best (along with Rudys). The Italian staff were great as always. The spianata pizza consistent excellent every time. Menabrea on draft ✅ and the tirimasu is excellent. They do an Italian version of chips to complement. Child and dog friendly. Recommended.

Went for lunch with a big group. As we arrived early the fryer wasn’t hot so some meals were not available, however we all had pizza which was delicious.

Really enjoyed this tucked away Pizzeria. We enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese sharing platter and had a pizza each. There's plenty of choice and specials. My husband chose this restaurant for the pudding menu as it had a pistachio cake. I'll a bit nuts about pistachios... We didn't get to pudding as we ran out of time as we were attending an event at the AO arena. That is the nice thing about this pizzeria, even at 6pm you can dine without any rush or being hurried along. We rang to say we were 10 late due to traffic but they accommodated this too. The staff are lovely. We will most definitely return... I mean I've the cake to try after all 😀
