Called in to share a pizza before going to Crystal Maze, Martin was really welcoming, friendly and attentive. Great service and the pizza was bang on. Peroni kept it's head till the last sip too 👍🏻

An amazing family dinner! I took my daughter for an early dinner just after visiting the Science of Museum and the girls love it. And they are very picky eaters. The Gelatos were a HIT! We will definitely be back again.

Ordered cocktails and even though the sign says 2 for £15 they charged us £20 for two of the same 🙄

Waiter charges 1.50 to bring you a drink, but when you go inside they try to charge you 2.00. I tried to open a tab, to save paying 1.50 every time I order a drink. And trust me I order a lot. But they say I can't open a tab outside. I wondered why it's sunny as....... but no one is in there. ....

We had a lovely time at this restaurant. We had made a reservation — which I definitely recommend — and everything was very clean and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and the waitresses were attentive and genuinely concerned about making sure everything was perfect for us. It was such a pleasant experience! I’m so glad I got to try the carbonara pasta and the profiteroles. We highly recommend this place — thank you!

Amazing food and great service!

We chose this place on a whimsical as we were strolling through Manchester. There were people inside, the vibe was comfortable but trendy. Our server, Erica, was delightful. She was attentive and kind. The food was delicious. We left full and satisfied. The drinks were refreshing and strong. Our dessert was creamy and rich. Highly recommend stopping in for a satisfying authentic Italian dinner. They don't take American Express so bring your Visa!

Not satisfied with the food First of all we went in to eat italian food. She didn't advise us that they didn't have ribeye. We ordered antipasto with mozzarella di buffola instead mozzarella we had zucchini and aubergine. We ordered 3 Carbonara and they were cooked with only eggs without Pecorino cheese. When we told her she told us that in Manchester they don't cook it the same like Italy, we're speaking about Carbonara! How can Carbonara can be cooked without Pecorino cheese. One of us ordered Bucattini reggiano special and it supposed to be served from the parmeggian wheel with a show . None of this happened. She gave only discount on the buccatini and antipasto but the rest we had to pay full price. The staff was friendly

Fuimos aquí para la noche de citas, ya que parecía un restaurante encantador. Habíamos reservado y fuimos recibidos por su nombre por la camarera increíble que nos sentó en una mesa encantadora. El restaurante no estaba demasiado ocupado a pesar de ser un viernes por la noche, pero Manchester en general era bastante tranquilo. El personal del restaurante era muy entusiasta y profesional. Nada era demasiado problema. La camarera parecía realmente feliz de estar trabajando allí, que es agradable un refrescante. La comida era excelente, preparada en una cocina abierta con pasta hecha en el lugar. El descanso del ajo estaba crujiente y picante y el pasado se hizo a mi gusto, a pesar de que no pedí pimienta negra, que estaba atendido. Este es un lugar al que sin duda llegaríamos nacl cuando estamos en Manchester, ya que era profesional, que gran comida y muy buena relación calidad-precio. Una comida de 2 platos para 2 personas con una botella de vino llegó a unos £ 88 incluyendo propina. ¡Muy razonable!

We had the salmon pasta and a vegetarian pizza and zucchini fries, all of the food was fantastic and not to forget Jenny’s brilliant service! We’ll be back!

I've only just ordered my food and drink in the first 5 minutes of arriving and I'm already so excited. I'm italian, the staff are italian and so so friendly. Waitress gave me her favourites with honest opinions and the menu looks divine. Will absolutely aim to come here again whenever I'm in Manchester! ❤❤❤ *Update: Salmon pasta dish was bloomin amazing, focaccia bread was 10/10. The dessert menu doesn't know what's about to hit it.

I ordered my food & drink in the first 5 minutes of arriving, staff is incredibly friendly, my waitress told me her favourites and what's made in house. Salmon pasta dish was just delicious, the focaccia bread was 10/10 and the Panna Cotta dessert was divine. I'll absolutely be aiming to return the next time I find myself in Manchester. Lovely lovely restaurant experience.

Always a perfect meal - one of if not the best Italian in Manchester!

We had an incredible dining experience and Felix played a huge role in making it memorable. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. His knowledge of the menu was impressive—he provided excellent recommendations, including the perfect wine pairing for our meal.

The restaurant has been renovated again, and the dishes have been changed. The pasta is delicious and made fresh in front of the customers. I will definitely try it again. The waiter, Fezix, was very nice and helpful.

Restaurant visibly looks nice BUT that’s it. As a solo female traveller I chose this restaurant as it offered gluten feee pasta. First impression was not good, when I tried to walk in, one of the waiter asked if I was okay as if I was lost or needed her help in some sort of way. Once sat, another waiter came over and offered an “off the menu special” stating it was cheaper than the other dishes. Yes it was a flash looking place and I may have been a little underdressed but I didn’t look poor. I know this was only a special offered to me because every customer that walked in after that was not offered this same special. The wine I ordered was meant to be a “large” one but after looking at the person next to who also ordered large, it was not large at all but I still was charged the large. The next issue was the water, once I had ordered my wine the waiter asked if I wanted still or sparkling water after no request on my behalf. I asked for still (this one is a little my fault) because I thought it would be tap water for the table but it was a £5 bottle of water. Then the food, it was okay at best. It tasted very bland but knew I had paid good money for it so I finished it off. Paying: my Aus travel card was an “invalid card” so it wasn’t accepted. Luckily I had my UK card I could use as well to pay. Overall this place made me feel extremely uncomfortable and taken advantage off. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all. Also adding to the terrible experience the table next to me asked if the 2 for 1 cocktails was still happening then the waiter replied with no. Only to then come back and say it is still happening after they had ordered and received their other drinks.

We visited whilst in Manchester with the kids and grandkids for the weekend so we needed somewhere that would suit the tastes of our advancing years as well as 10 and 12 year olds. This place did it in spades! The welcome was great althought it was already very busy at 6.00 on Saturday evening, a good sign. Service was amazing and attentive despite it being busy. I decided to have a starter and went for the garlic and chilli prwans which were very very good indeed. Given our party make up the pizza and a protion of chips were served at the same time for the boys - I have never seen them take to pizza like that as they'd never tasted anything like it. They did eat the chips afterwards.... Mains were of the same standard. My lamb was quite startling and my decision to try the Italian roast potatoes completely uneccesary. My lady's pizza was apparently excellent but the biggest suprise was her daughter's Carbonara. I saw her yesterday, almost two weeks after we ate the meal, ans she was still telling evertybody how great it was! Not the cheapest meal but very very good. Highly recommended

The main are all pretty fine, love the risotto. But we’ve ordered an appetizer which we are not really satisfied with. It cost 9 pound for a tiny little bread and 5 small prawns.

Went in Jan for 50% offer and didn't realise until after we'd paid and left that it wasn't applied to the bill. The food also took a long time to arrive. It was alright but there are better Italians in Manchester.

Booked a table for 5:30 on a Sunday, and waited about 10 minutes to be seated (which is fine). From that point on, it went downhill. We eventually had our waiter come to take our order, to only tell us upon ordering that certain food (we wanted) wasn’t available. This is something that, in our opinion, should be stated once they seat you and give you the menus. We asked for a couple more minutes to take another look at the menu. The waiter took some time to come back to us. When he did, we specifically asked for our starter to come out at the same time as our mains, and we placed our drinks order. It took far too long for our drinks to arrive. Our starter did not arrive until 6:30, and it did not arrive with our mains (despite my partner asking for that twice). We then were waiting for our mains to arrive - at this point, it was 6:45. All around us, we are seeing people being given their orders despite arriving a long time after we did. There was no communication from our waiter. If there had been, we would have waited a little longer. Instead, we hear him give another waitress attitude that it had “only” been 45 minutes since we placed our order. It’s not just the 45 minutes waiting for the main you have to consider, but the long wait we’ve had since we’ve arrived to even be asked what we wanted. Red flags were apparent while we were waiting for our meal too, multiple people complaining about their food, a waiter seemingly arguing with the kitchen staff. Overall, extremely disappointing, especially considering I’ve actually been once before and experienced no issues. We definitely will not be returning, and we do not recommend this place.

I came here a little while ago. The food was amazing and the staff were very welcoming. A staff member in particular, Jennifer, was very helpful as I had many questions about the menu, she was very patient and friendly whilst helping me out with this. There was also a member of staff (didn’t catch his name) he also worked on the bar, who very generously accommodated my insane amount of Parmesan cheese. Thank you to all and I will be back again!

We booked this Restaurant at random because we were just visiting the area. Unfortunately we booked the Great Northern Branch instead of Liverpool Street. Initially the Host couldn‘t find the booking but when he explained we were at the wrong branch he and his colleague could not have been more accomodating. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough! Everything about the whole experience was above and beyond. Fabulous staff who were friendly and professional without being intrusive. The food was exceptional! The pastas are made freshly on the premises and they are mouth-wateringly delicious. The focaccia is light as air and the wine list is extremely reasonable. Lovely ambiance and comfortable seating. If I have one complaint it’s that they don’t have a restaurant near where we live. Highly recommended and somewhere we will definitely go back to next time we’re in Manchester.

We walked in to this restaurant to celebrate my cousin’s birthday . It was a Sunday night. We asked for the recommendation but they didn’t answer. We asked for water 4 times, the staff didn’t give us. We ordered the food and waited 1 hour, and they said they don’t have the food we ordered. So we ordered the other food, waited and other 20 mins, still no show, but the customer next to our table have got the food while he came later than us. The staff never came to serve us and we have to ask them. We were so disappointed and won’t come to this restaurant again. I’m not sure if it’s because we are non-white or didn’t dress like a high class people. The male waiter was great while the other never wanted to serve us.

Great place :) all the staff was really nice. Food was 50% off which is why we decided to visit. The carbonara was really good, would definitely recommend.

The best Italian restaurant we have visited. Excellent home made pasta, pizza and deserts. If you like Tiramisu its one of the best we have tried. Martina and Jennifer are just great at serving people and making such a friendly and classy atmosphere.

They served up the best pasta we tasted on our recent trip to Italy and then England. Their Maître d, Felix, was a great guy who knows his stuff, the food was just incredible, the winelist expansive, and it didn't cost the Earth. We will definitely come back for another brilliant lunch there when we are next in Manchester.

Never hurts to try out an Italian spot whenever you visit new cities. Had the Antipasta, Lasagne and Crème Brûlée. All were very good. You be the judge of it for yourself!

Booked a table for 4 people at 18:00 hoping to leave by 19:15 to attend a concert at 19:30. We were told there was a 10 minute wait for our table. Sat down, offered water and then forgotten about. Raised this with the server after 20 minutes of waiting as we were then 33 minutes later ordering food than expected meaning we wouldn't have been able to make our next engagement. Manager came over and told us we'd "only" been waiting 23 minutes, that we already had drinks (we had water, no offer of wine or soft drinks at any point beforehand) and that we shouldn't expect more on a busy Saturday night. They brought the bill over to settle up, turns out the water was £3.95 a pop. Obviously didn't want to pay, so they said they'd compromise by making us pay for 2 of the 4 bottles they gave us. Bargain! Really poor service. 23 minutes is not really an "only" situation on top of already waiting 10 minutes for a booked table. Manager didn't seem to take any responsibility for it.
