The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

Another wonderful evening at Rapallo on Saturday. Although very busy the staff were attentive and polite. We had Ribs and garlic bread followed by Fillet Steak and Seabass cooked to perfection. We then ordered cocktails from the menu they were delicious. Although a table close by were rude to the staff they remained professional and polite throughout. Well done to all at Rapallo top marks 👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fabulous impromptu lunch with my sister and mum earlier today. Often come here in the evenings, so a lovely change to do lunch instead. Gokhan (hope I’ve spelt that right?!) and the team went above and beyond in making us feel welcome as ever. Perfect 😍

This place has amazing food with very reasonable price. They don’t add service charge so you can save some euros there. Staff are nice and friendly and overall this place has an amazing atmosphere. This restaurant is closer to the station so it’s quite convenient to get here. Overall quite impressed with the quality food, the price and customer service.

Went to Rudys today for a lunch time meal and it was delicious! Amazing service too. Thank you!

Our second time here and on both occasions it's been really great. Garlic mushrooms were lovely. The garlic bread with tomato was very nice but the main of Cod with Italian tomato off the specials board was amazing! Great service, atmosphere, and very welcoming. The byo is a big plus also. Con todas las obras viales de la ciudad no debería haber sido sorprendente que éramos los únicos clientes. Pero igualmente podría deberse a que el restaurante estaba muy frío, y el personal trataba desesperadamente de ignorar mi sentado con mi abrigo alrededor de mis hombros. Sospecho que tuvimos la suerte de ir por los “especiales” de almuerzo de £ 10 no el menú principal con la pasta principal rondando justo por debajo de £ 20. Mi compañero disfrutó de su pinsa pero me costó el plato de pasta de calabacín, acompañado de col rizada flácida crujiente y dos trozos de seco, duro (¿crujiente? ) Parma. El personal de camareros pasó por preguntas obligatorias pero no se interesó en la respuesta. Sí, solo gastamos las £ 20, pero podíamos entender por qué no - nadie más estaba allí, y lamentablemente no vamos a volver.

Lovely intimate restaurant, just the right amount of tables for the right atmosphere. Very friendly service and delicious tasty fresh food. Everything you need for a perfect dining experience.

The worst pizza in Manchester. We ordered pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni for additional £2. And we received this joke!

Awful from start to finish. Young girl waitress jumper covering hands and pink crocs on. All drinks from bottles and cans! Poor olives. Waited far too long for god awful dishes. Seafood risotto was chewy and inedible. Cannelloni meat tasted like dog meat. I'm going to guess frozen, reheated in the microwave which we saw, then in oven to make like lava. Mondello should not call himself a chef serving the nonsense we just saw. I hope people read this and stick to an actual Italian.

My bf and I tried this place on 15/2/25, Saturday, they have loads of bookings but we were able to squeeze in. We were attended to by a lovely server, I was seated facing the oven area. I saw a pizza on a plate for a good almost 8-10mins but the 2 chefs there didn’t call the attention of any server.. and it was for my boyfriend.. but prior to that i was told that mine will be behind without much explanation though i chose a different pizza base. When it came, i couldn’t put my finger but i knew something was not right.. then i checked the bottom of the pizza, it was still very doughy..my bf made me wait for the server and it took us about 3-4 mins until i caught her attention. And i showed her, she apologised and said she’ll get me a fresh one.. also at that time a female chef was behind my bf talking to the 2 other male chefs. The server showed the female chef and the server went to the back kitchen. But i told the server i would prefer a dough similar to my bf. ( as she said she’ll get me a fresh one) NOTE: it took quite a long time for mine to arrive hence if she’ll get me a fresh one, i’d rather have a quick one coz my bf is almost done eating already. Then 1 of the guy chefs started attacking me, “questioning my judgment about the dough, telling me it was really like that small and thick, how would i know if i have not tasted yet”, i was calm telling i know a dough, and i know a cooked one and told it was inedible.. then the female chef and the server came in. And i said i a feeling overwhelmed, and the female chef took charge the situation and asked me what do i want and they’ll give. And I just lost my appetite with the whole situation.. an take note up until this time. NO APOLOGIES were given. I decided not to make a fresh one and just cancel as i am really uncomfortable. She said not possible, and I told will just take the pizza and l left my bf to take his as well and left. Horrible service. We all make mistake. We just need to be humble enough to accept if we make mistake to grow from it. Per my bf, the server was the only one apologetic about everything. As she knows customer service, apart from her. Chefs are chefting🤣🤣🤣 Will never come back

THE best Pizza in the area, bar none. We know our Pizza, we have had them all from far and wide. Serrano’s is right up there - the best I’ve had in this country, the delivery drivers are superb. We are quite remote and to say the food has travelled, it is always fresh and delicious. A huge thank you and well done, you are the best.

Esta fue una deliciosa comida fresca, mi amigo lo sugirió y vaya que gran elección el antipasti era tan fresco que pedí el Fried Calamari & Prawn y tenía un sabor tan fresco y crujiente, los tamaños de las porciones eran geniales, así que tuve espacio para mi principal a veces pidiendo un entrante que siempre me hace terminar mi principal! Mi amigo y yo pedimos un espagueti clásico y pedí la pasta frutti di mare (mariscos) ambas pastas eran ingredientes deliciosos, saludables y frescos, la pasta de mariscos iba a morirse y no puedo dejar de pensar en ello, precioso! El servicio también fue maravilloso el personal es muy amable 10 / 10 cena.
