The best restaurants serving Italian food in North West

We had a lovely afternoon meal at Misto and it was a fantastic experience! We tried the spicy meat pizza and the funghi pizza, both of which were absolutely delicious. But the real standout was the halloumi fries – they were hands down the best we’ve ever had! The restaurant itself was clean, cosy, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We can’t wait to go back for another meal! Highly recommend this place!

Great as always. Staff are amazing. Always remeber you. Had an amazing discount on tuesday. Steak is awsome and so is the calzone and olives and hummous. Just wow

Lovey place was very busy but we were seated within 5 mins , food was excellent starters soup minestrone ,brushetta and mushrooms all lovely also had garlic bread with tomato to share , lasagne, carbonara, tagliatelle pollo, omg all brilliant so full coyly have eaten a pudding saw some coming out they looked really good will go again if we in the area staff lovey .

Great experience. Food was lovely, service brilliant, wine also great. Overall faultless experience would definitely recommend. We ordered garlic bread with cheese, arancini, lobster ravioli, chicken broccoli brandy cream pasta, tiramisu, sticky toffee pudding. Would advise booking on weekends, we called 2 hours prior and got a table but all tables full later evening so don’t miss out. Thanks to all staff we will be back again soon!

Noisy, crowded, too many tables in a small room. Starters were ok, pretty basic. For main course had swordfish, which was ok (oily, tasting of nothing but garlic) but all it came with was a small side dish of veg - which were so undercooked the carrots were hard, let alone the broccoli which was raw. Will not visit again.

Disappointed 😢food not tasty pretty high price for the quality and service. Not worth it , I will not go again

I had garlic bread for starters but there wasn't much garlic on the bread then, worst of all, I ordered a pizza and had to eat it with a knife and fork because it all slipped off the end due to having been frozen and reheated. The Tiramusu was very tasty though!

Small portions of excellent food, and good service. Also nice decor. I highly recommend this place for the Allerton Road area.

The food here was absolutely delicious and well presented. The early bird menu is great value for money and has a good selection of dishes on it. It was just less than £22 for 3 courses which is excellent. I had the bruschetta, sea bass and crembrule, each dish was very tasty. The decor was nice and the staff were friendly. Great experience.

What a great place first visit however best place in Runcorn read mixed reviews before going here , so was a bit nervous , however it was relaxing,friendly, polite staff ,food was tasty and hot the restaurant was clean it was amazing highly recommend but leave me a table will definitely be back thank you
