The Countryman in Copeland

Fantastic food which is well presented and plentiful. Husband and Son has the Mixed Grill which was huge but they both said it was tasty. The staff are attentive and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend eating here.

Amazing food which is reasonably priced and friendly staff. We ate here twice out of our 3 night stay in teh area. Definitely worth going to.

Amazing pub and restaurant. Mixed grill was massive but full of quality. Best Cumberland sausage I’ve had and fantastic gammon and steak. Pub has lots of character and the waitress was happy to spend time talking about the history of the pub and the work that went into the recent refurbishment. Kids made really welcome and a great experience for the family

This was our second visit to The Countryman. It is open all day every day, which is a big plus as we were in need of food about 3pm. The decor is very appealing and welcoming, the staff friendly. My Cumberland sausage meal, and my husband's pie of the day were delicious!
