The best restaurants serving Italian food in South Tyneside North East

Reasonably priced food and a good selection is available. The cheesy garlic bread and pepperoni pizza were really nice. The chips were a decent portion size too. The lady serving on the till was friendly and the shop appeared to be very clean. We will return.

Booked Christmas dinner with family, four adults and four kids. Table was beautifully decorated, dinner was absolutely lovely - everything cooked to perfection ( and plenty of it ! ). Staff were very friendly and very efficient. Couldn't find fault if we tried - even came away with a couple of tupperware boxes of vegetables for a fry up on Boxing Day. Well done to everyone for a wholly enjoyable meal.

Pasé una tarde de sábado encantadora aquí para celebrar el baby shower de nuestra amiga y fue maravilloso. El lugar está situado justo en el puerto deportivo con vistas irreales, el escenario perfecto absoluto. Los chicos eran increíblemente amables y fueron más allá para asegurarse de que todos tuvimos un tiempo fabuloso. La comida era deliciosa, la pasta para untar era variada con un montón de opciones sabrosas para elegir. El bar está bien surtido y a un precio razonable para la zona. Recomiendo encarecidamente darles una visita a estos chicos, ya sea para una celebración o para tomar algo de comida, no te decepcionará.

Despite it being Spring (allegedly), we had wanted a lovely take away Sunday lunch after a trip to the tip and garden centre. Our go to in the past has been Gallo Nero, so ordered online for a pick up. Our order was ready for collection, staff were prompt. Two beef dinners (loads of tender beef), two yorkies each and a variety of veg, plus gravy. We ordered extra gravy but didn’t need it as there was plenty. (It’ll keep for pie, chips and peas tomorrow night.) very nice lunch, recommended

Lovely food, service extremely poor. 6 Adults . 1 child . We were shown to our table and asked if we would like any drinks, great start …..food order taken , arrived in good time and presented by a very nice friendly waiter, everything was very nice and well presented, then it all goes wrong , sat with empty plates for a very lengthy time, the table next to us was emptied cleaned and reset. When they eventually cleared the table all the glasses were empty, we weren’t asked if we would like anymore drinks or desserts, we went to the reception area to ask for the dessert menu to be told they are over there, ( 3 members of staff chatting at the bar ) waited a while for the order to be taken, they arrived in good time and were very nice Been a while since I have visited Pacinos and sadly I won’t be back anytime soon .

Booked last. Minute. And what a great idea. I ordered a Fillet steak with oven cooked chips with a Dianne sauce. Id go as far as say the best steak I’ve tasted in years. This place just never disappoints. An owner who certainly knows how to run a restaurant and a chef, well the food was to die for.. the service 10/10

Cheap and cheerful. Been here several times and the place is always full, so I would book if you're thinking of going. Visited for our granddaughters birthday. Staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. On this visit I had a delicious steak with all the trimmings and big fat crispy chips. Childrens meals are very reasonable with ample portions.

Absolutely amazing authentic food! Very reasonably priced too! Took my daughters here tonight, such a lovely atmosphere for a Sunday. Amazing Staff! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

I bought chips and kebab meat with 3 garlic sauces Only one came so missing 2. Its first timevits happened lost out on £1.60
