Delicious Sunday lunch, Lamb rump was soo tender . Excellent customer service. We both left totally stuffed and will definitely be returning . This is now our go to for our Sunday dinner

Certainly! Here is the feedback translated into English: --- Unfortunately, this time the pizzas I ordered were simply not tasty. The crust was chewy, and the ingredients were not fresh. We live very close by, yet the pizza arrived barely warm.

Tandoori chicken was not freshly cooked. It was obviously reheated and dry to the point of being inedible. This supplier is inconsistent and unreliable.

My pizza was very dry so disappointed. I could have been eating the box it came in. Very dry no taste considering it was a Kiev NO GARLIC . Last one I got was fab hence ordering it again! Very disappointed

Brothers 60th Birthday meal, the staff were really friendly and helpful and meal was gorgeous, nothing to much trouble for the staff.would highly recommend it.

Just had a fab meal in Mambos. Food was spot on and the service was second to none. The only I could fault was the temperature. It’s was nearly very cold by the end of the evening. We left aro 9.30pm but it was chilly in there. Anyway, to get back to the food. It as just great and attention to detail ie my hate of garlic was great. The potato skins and dip were to die for and then the sea food pasta was just gorgeous. Great night out and lovely place. Thank you Mambos and lovely staff in Hebburn xxx

Great food as always but need to take notice of what's been ordered...I ordered chicken arriabata with chicken but turned up with no chicken in it but got a garlic sauce I didn't need. been here many times via app n in restaurant n it's amazing quality just gutted when ordered through app it always comes wrong!

Not one for writing reviews anywhere, but feel like I needed to. Ordered 29/3 and although food from here is generally very good, this has been by far the best meal so far. Steaks were perfect and seasoned to perfection. Whole food experience as well as reading the added notes were spot on. Also, nod to the delivery driver who is such a pleasant chap. Thank you 😊

Must have been an off night when we were here. Thursday early evening, only 2 staff on the shift, running around like idiots. The food wasn’t anything special, there was a group of annoying women in the corner, celebrating a birthday. There was a young couple deep on their mobile phones all evening, while their 2 kids jumped all over the furniture where people sit. We much prefer Tinos restaurant in Jarrow. We won’t come back here.

Always amazing could be more saucey but if you request it; they’re very compliant with adjustments to menu or dishes especially if it’s pasta or risotto. My FAVOURITE go too pasta place lush every time x

Had Sunday lunch. Absolutely out of this world. The only thing better than the food was the staff. So friendly and helpful.

As regular customers of mambos Hebburn we are always impressed with the consistency of the food . The service is always prompt and the staff hard working friendly staff Sofian , Mo and Charlotte , among others make the place special. TIP - Book in advance especially at peak times on a weekend as it is very busy .

food is very good and staff are very friendly and attentive to every detail, 2 starters 2 main courses 2 glasses of wine and a mojiti, £65 not to bad i know there are better deals out there but it was nice👍

Chips and potato skins very dry and starchy. This is nor the restaurants fault as it's down to bad potatoes. Lasagne also very dry and lacked sauce.

Cold, beef was straight out of a packet, awful. All items way over salted. Very disappointing

Lovely cosy atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. Perfect for a catch up with friends or family. The fillet steak pizza and lasagne were the perfect comfort food on a wet winter's night.

All good Italian experience. We ordered online and collected at the agreed time. The 2 course special is worth a visit.

We live local to Mambos, so visit quite often. Never had a disappointing meal yet, food is always spot on, good sized portions and competitively priced. Will be back soon!

Cold food so disappointed! Ordered at 11.30ish come quick but not enjoyable as freezing

Wont be ordering again. Food arrived lukewarm (don’t think it had been in an insulated bag in the car) and pizzas were underbaked (some cheese hadn’t even melted!) Also missing an item. Very disappointed, what a waste of some hard earned money.

I’m never one to complain as find it bad for business but feel I have to on this occasion, as this was by far the worst Sunday dinner I’ve ever had, the quality and portion size was shocking, the Yorkshire pudding smelt and tasted like it had been dropped in a cleaning product, shocking quality of Sunday dinner for the amount of times I’ve been to mambos. Won’t be returning after that.

Food and service were great! Our first beer was bad, but the staff cheerfully replaced it. The sweet potato fries are excellent!

Pizza was perfect tasted lovely and garlic dip is beautiful however lamb on dinner not so good and mash potatoe was lumpy

What insult to your tastebuds, the most shocking standard of food quality I have come across in. Shocking!!,

Shocking! Shocking! Shocking! The quality of the food was abysmal. The cheese on the pizza had fallen off the pizza and looked and tasted like square single cheese. The carbonara wasn't even a carbonara just penne in a milk sauce which was an insult to my taste bubs. And they sent the wrong drink and dessert. Shan't be orderimg from this establishment anytime soon. POOR!!!

Wow! What a bitter disappointment. I ordered a takeaway pizza and pasta from the establishment and could barely believe how poor the quality of the food was. If you value your tastebuds look elsewhere. Quite shocked as it has good reviews.

Probably one of the blandest Sunday dinners I’ve had. We normally order from Mambos Express but we decided to go with Mambos 2 as it’s local. The beef was processed, veg arrived stone cold and had to be reheated / was tasteless and the chicken had absolutely no flavour whatsoever. Will just stick to express in future as it is tastier and fresher.
