The best restaurants serving Italian food in England

I visited last night with my husband (no booking) & we were seated straight away. The food was great, fast to be cooked and super tasty. Portion sizing was good too. Our server Mel was lovely and very friendly. The restaurant had a warm cosy vibe (especially as we had been out walking in the rain) making it easy to relax and enjoy our food. The pricing is very reasonable too especially for the quality of the food. I would definitely visit again in the future 👌🏻

Pasta dishes were really tasty, hot and nicely presented.

We went for a Christmas meal with my colleagues, understandably had a bit of waiting, but had amazing food and had a great time. It is decorated beautifully and we had a wonderful time.

If the scale was on a 100 i would’ve given a 100. Delicious food, amazing service, great atmosphere.

NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD! Waited over 2 hours and then the order got marked as “Delivered” without an attempt to contact me at all.

We visited this restaurant for the first time before we went to the cinema next door. We both had garlic bread, one plain and one with tomato. Mine with tomato was lovely except the middle was a bit undercooked. My partner had the chicken and chorizo paella which he said was just OK. I had the spaghetti bolognese which was tasteless and bland; really disappointing. Strangely we had to pay by bank transfer to a personal account which felt a bit dodgy to be honest. And the manager sits in a corner with his beady eye on everyone. Don't expect we will visit again.

Accepted my order on just eat, the delivery time kept increasing, then they cancelled the order after we waited 2 hours. Won't be ordering again

Disaster , food was so basic, we sat downstairs in the batsmen feels like in a take a way place , very disappointed!!

Had mixed reviews here. I have had two good meals, however it lacks finesse. The last time I came here with my partner for a simple coffee break in my lunch, it took 25 minutes to order a smoothie which then became out of stock then a peppermint tea took 20 minutes to arrive. Once I questioned the waitress whether I will be charged for the tea and not the smoothie, she assured me I would be changed for the tea. Of course this was not the case as I was charged for the smoothie. There are better places to go in guildford

Had a lovely meal before a show. Our waiter Henry was great he looked after us and was very pleasant.

Under Rated !! We popped in just before they closed on Saturday evening, the staff and manager were lovely even though it was so close to their home time. Really friendly with our two young boys and dinner was lovely.
