Subway in Chesterfield

Sent wrong food then expected me to come fetch correct when I’ve paid for delivery so mine had to go in bin and also when I phoned to speak to them bout my £11 sandwich she hung up on me

Order a footlong sandwich they sent the wrong sandwich. Called and told manager would call me back ( he was collecting his children from school) this from the person that made the incorrect sandwich and there was a cookie in the bag that she didn't put in?? Manager never called back so sandwich in the bin and left out of pocket. Not good enough!

Ordered on uber eats, everything packed nicely, they even added a gift of an extra cookie, really recommend, order also came quick🔥

Ordered a foot long BMT and they gave 2 slices of ham (supposed to be 4) and 5 slices of salami/pepperoni (supposed to be 6). They then continued to toast my sandwich for 12 seconds when it’s supposed to be toasted for 23 so my sandwich was cold. I work at Subway and I think this is extremely poor service. I also ordered a cookie which was absolutely not baked that morning, when you’re supposed to throw old ones out the night before. Was also charged for a notorious BMT, which is £1 extra, and isn’t even on the menu anymore! From someone who works at Subway, I would avoid this place at all costs.

There’s hardly any fillings on the jacket potatoes and for over £7 I want lots of beans and cheese not like three beans and few pieces of cheese

The salad was lovely - the meat was even pre-cut and I've never had that from a subway before 😂 the meatball marinara was nice (according to my husband) and both made exactly as ordered. 💯 will order again when staying in Chesterfield!

Didn't get my oder right and but it was quick

had no jalapenos when i ordered jalopenos for my natchos. Plus my 6 inch sub had no dressing on that i ordered amd it was wrapped terribily , no presentation.of how food should be wrapped . The paper around my 6 inch sub allowed air to get into my sub where it wasnt wrapped correctly , very unhygienic indeed which could allow contaminates into the food.

Don’t waste your money here. Went to have a saver sub meal deal with my partner and was appalled by the state of the sandwich I ordered and the hygiene practices. There was hardly any filling on the sub and it was messily prepared by one of the staff who was less than customer friendly. All I could taste was bread. A tray that was already dirty was banged on the counter to remove the crumbs and then used to serve our food. I didn’t even want to pay for it. The majority of the drinks on the self serve were unavailable and the machine looked dirty and unkept. Won’t be stepping foot in there again.

Excruciating customer service by a disgusted server which was clear she did not want to be there, struggled to even answer my questions and even had to tell her how to do her job asked me if i want cold hash browns because she did not wanted to bother heating them, Told her what salat i want, she assured me she will at last and forgot to include it... Also took a knife to the footlong to cut in half and she cut only half way through the middle, we had to rip it afterwards, Last but not least she started touching my phone multiple times while trying to scan the new subway app qr code, telling me to add it to google wallet as theyir sysytem won't scan the qr in the subway app... not sure if this an actual issue or what but this is a dumb issue to have and she had the wrong approach to the whole situation. Are these people even trained in customer service? There is another branch nearby, do yourself a favour and go there instead of here.

I ordered a footlong sub and disappointingly the bread was noticeably old and stale. It was so stale in fact that actually eating it was a bit of an adventure. As soon as you took a bite of the thing it basically disintegrated into a thousand crumbs. Note to owner: There are many ways to control costs, but don't compromise the quality of your product in doing so.

I tried to pay for something with points from my loyalty card, gentleman behind the till (his name badge confirmed he is the owner) did some horrendous play acting “Oh no surely not” and told me the online points system was down and I would have to pay for the item instead. I asked for a receipt after purchase and it shows the points I gained from the purchase have been added to my card without an issue. Presumably this means the owner lied so he would be able to charge me for the item instead of it being free. Looking at the other reviews I’m not the only person he has pulled this trick with. I was also charged 30p for a bag despite not needing one (he has done this to me a few times and I’ve dismissed it). I’ve been coming here on and off for years, Im fairly easy going in general and don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for anything. It’s not a large amount of money but shameless lies like this show you the measure of the man. If he treats a regular customer like this, how will he treat you? I won’t be returning.

Order subway all the time this was the worste ever no sauce on my bacon and sausage and was dry as he'll I wanted a pot of brown sauce separate and u out it on the other tuna sandwitch so both have gone in the bin I want a refund last time I order from you again how you cam mess uo a simple order like that is beyond me

Sent a foot long folded in half in a box for 6 inches it just gets worse and worse we haven’t had subway in 4 years because all they did was get it wrong and oh look… again.

Despite ordering sub ‘melts’, the sandwiches hadn’t touched any kind of heat to melt them. The meatballs were ice cold, as were the crinkle chips. The order was missing cookies. Ice cold drink was placed into a bag where warm food should have been. Will not be using again.

Ordered 6 hash browns, got 4 with some undercooked wedges and a single chip. The sub itself was stale on the ends and was missing most of the salad.

Wrong crisps, wrong salad, no cheese, not toasted. Only thing they got right was the drink.

Handy place for a bit when in a rush; (so long as thers no Chesi ques) 😅 Hospitality 4.5 the manager a their team are always happy to help with all needs. (Sandwidge maker mistaked part of my order when I said 2 garlic a 1 magaretta snack, a swapped for 1 garlic, a 2 marg. Food 3.5/5 in subway, I always have side snacks. With this place however; looking at the margaretta image slice on the menu, I'm nor getting my full value for money for margaretta. (Plus I can taste too much of the bread) + other reasons though I'm too confused on to honestly share. 😶‍🌫️ Layout: 4.5/5 Great location on this side of Chesterfield. Has all the functions, a size for a good sub branch. Bathroom in good enough shape. Note that it has what feels like the world coldest hand dryer. (At least it's great for summer, a cooling piper hot cocos)🤣 Also, the taps could do with a warning on how quickly the warm one gets going.

Whole order was wrong sweetcorn came on partners sub (he’s allergic) my salad came with olives never asked for olives . Called store to then have the phone put down on me. Receipt had everything we wanted and was blatantly ignored…she tried to state the sub had sweet corn on the order it was sweet onion sauce!! Absolutely shocking waste of space!!

Just had a sandwich minutes ago from here. Had a 6 inch Baller. He asked me what salad I want which isn't a bad thing, but it's wrong because the new sandwiches come with a set salad. Next, I wanted to use my points and was told I can't because apparently the system was down even though my card still scanned and I received points for my purchase. And the guy who served me didn't even have a subway uniform on, just had t-shirt and jeans on. Overall terrible service and awful food. As someone who works at subway, that's not how it's done!

I was not given what I ordered and as I have dietary requirements, meant I couldn't eat all of it.

Called in recently for a lunchtime snack as we've enjoyed visits to other outlets in the franchise over the years. Initial impression on approach was that it was closed as it was hardly lit. On entry the eating area was adequate I have no complaints about the attitude of the staff during service. Food however was manipulated with bare hands and portions were mean with the thinnest sliced ham I've ever seen. It went into the oven/grill for only a small amount of time and this had the effect of warming it up a bit. There were only about eight sachets of sugar in the dispenser and all of these had dried out over time and being damp rendering them solid and unopenable. The staff weren't in any subway attire. The music being played inside sounded like it was via a mobile telephone and was south asian in origin and just not very good. This was made worse by the live music coming from outside and was just a mess of sound. Before leaving I visited the WC and saw the bowl of the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. Bearing in mind that its an eating establishment attention to hygiene should be paramount! If I'd have gone there first I'd have walked straight out!
