Subway in Chesterfield

Woman tried to put salad on and then toast it..... she also had an alarm going off from her phone constantly which was annoying

Delivered wrong drink, barley any sauce in the pot, garlic bread slice hard enough to knock someone out with it, can’t even bite into it, and sandwich is cold and looks like it’s been thrown into a box.

Very friendly and polite lovely fresh food. Clean seating area and toilets. Will always come back.

Handy place for a bit when in a rush; (so long as thers no Chesi ques) 😅 Hospitality 4.5 the manager a their team are always happy to help with all needs. (Sandwidge maker mistaked part of my order when I said 2 garlic a 1 magaretta snack, a swapped for 1 garlic, a 2 marg. Food 3.5/5 in subway, I always have side snacks. With this place however; looking at the margaretta image slice on the menu, I'm nor getting my full value for money for margaretta. (Plus I can taste too much of the bread) + other reasons though I'm too confused on to honestly share. 😶‍🌫️ Layout: 4.5/5 Great location on this side of Chesterfield. Has all the functions, a size for a good sub branch. Bathroom in good enough shape. Note that it has what feels like the world coldest hand dryer. (At least it's great for summer, a cooling piper hot cocos)🤣 Also, the taps could do with a warning on how quickly the warm one gets going.

We had a 2 6"meal deal and was charged wrong. Didn't realise til I check my online banking and the atmosphere was shocking.

Ordered delivery and the gave me a cold and squashed sandwich

Just had a sandwich minutes ago from here. Had a 6 inch Baller. He asked me what salad I want which isn't a bad thing, but it's wrong because the new sandwiches come with a set salad. Next, I wanted to use my points and was told I can't because apparently the system was down even though my card still scanned and I received points for my purchase. And the guy who served me didn't even have a subway uniform on, just had t-shirt and jeans on. Overall terrible service and awful food. As someone who works at subway, that's not how it's done!

Do your managers know you're closing early at arbitrary times?

Had a turkey salad box which for those slimming world members is free of syns as long as you have no dressings, no olives and no cheese unless you count itt as a healthy B. This was very appetising and tge staff were helpful and polite

Not good. Asked three times for no jalapeños, he puts jalapeños on 🤣. Scraped them back off when I mentioned it. Didn’t ask me any questions, just wanted to shut shop I think. Chucked chicken and bacon on, had to ask for him to warm it, scraped that back off 🤦‍♂️. Nearly asked him to stamp my ration card with the tiny amount of cheese he put on. If Irfan put as much effort into his salads as he did trying to shut shop, they’d be onto a winner 🤣

Always love the salad in a subway its the main reason I go but unfortunately they did not give out much salad at this venue so I will not be returning. Disappointing

Can't beat a subway but had to ask for someone to clean the table

This Subway was recently refurbished, and it’s made such an improvement! The interior is bright, airy and clean. The food is freshly made and delicious. I can highly recommend their salads, as the portions are huge and so filling! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

It's Subway, exactly what you expect. Consistency and variety. If you want a bunch of salad with your bread it's a good way to get it.

Food is always spot on but the only downside is they don't do salt and vinegar squares

Nice addition to the menu with Tiger Bread!! If like me you have all the salad then you will suffer from sub disintegration three bites in...the tiger bread lasted five bites. KUDOS

Not really a fan. Food should be nuch healthier.

Rather disappointed with the service I received after asking for a bread I wanted to be told they wouldnt have any for 15 mins which was ok until the person behind me got the bread I had wanted. Sandwich was ok but not what i wanted such a shame as the subway on whittington moor go out of there way to get you everything you need

In my journey through the nitty infested chesterfield town centre I have found the legendary sandwich known as “chipotle double cheese” a sandwich of my own making that the fine people of subway beautifully crafted before my eyes. And now I have the energy to move mountains. Thank you subway, not all hero’s wear capes. Yours sincerely London Town

Subways are great One problem they count 4 if everything you want on a Sub Weather 6 inch or ft long wraps are the best

Met up with a friend in Chesterfield on Saturday. We went into Subway for a sandwich & drink. Really enjoyed it too

It wasnt very nice we left some. The bread all broke up and the chicken filling was hot in some parts of the sandwich and cold in other parts. Worst weve ever had in subway and we go quite frequently

Brilliant service, gets ABIT crowded at lunch time but is to be expected and the question goes down quick, really nice place to eat

Great place with friendly and helpful service. The selection of sandwiches is great with a variety of toppings and condiments to go with your sandwich. There is seating both up and down stairs with easy access to toilet facility's for all.

Very nice. Food is quick on the mark and very fresh. All I would ask for is a gluten free range without wheat or barley since my sibling can get really ill from eating food like that. Thank you.

I love Subway. The food is brilliant, great choice plus its healthy. I go for the £3 meal deal where you have a 6inch sub with a good choice of filling including any salad ingredients you want and a refillable drink

Worse subway I've ever been in. Floors filthy. Every table in there filthy. Staff miserable stood around with faces like they lost a fiver and found a quid. Appauling. Should be a sign up please wipe your feet on the way out! Note to all homeless people ...if ya need feeding there's at least 2.50s worth of everyone's 3 quid meal deals on the floors!!im sure the staff will appreciate the help of a free clean up.I've seen better hygiene in the portaloos at Glastonbury!this place is seriously grim!warning to all people with a site impairment..don't approach unless you want to go skidding out the door into someone's market stall on a tomato!

I love subway because you get to choose whatever sandwich you want and I especially like the meatball marinara because it's my favourite, would definitely recommend coming to this Subway again!

Very friendly staff who were helpful and patient with my rather large sized sandwich request. The preparation area and adjacent seating are were all very well cleaned and maintained. The food was really nice and tasty. Ingredients were all fresh and it didn't feel like every promotion under the sun was forced down my throat. Must recommend this to anyone who fancies any kind of sandwich they can think of.

went to subway today and had a 6 inch bmt sub and a latte coffee and i was met by a firendly cheerful staff and was served quickly and efficently as well,the meal was excellent and great value for money and the staff even said goodbye and wished me a happy new year as well when i left.

I love Subway as its always delicious plus its healthy. I have a six inch meatball sub on herby italian bread and it is out of this world. I have it everytime I go. The staff are really friendly and give good service.

A perfectly standard Subway... which is exactly what I expected. The serving staff were helpful, and the food was fresh and pretty good value. No complaints.
