Ordered food to the hospital someone not well told them the ward ect to go patients name Took the order money never delivered food even though send a email sallying food delivered Disgusting service wouldn’t be useing Sunday ever again after this and will be reporting to just eat and trading standards for having the check to take the money

Fantastic service and the sub is waaay better than McDonald's

Dave on the till was rude, obnoxious and gave me the wrong order and couldn't even get my drink right i had to go 2 more times to get the right drink, and i just settled with the sandwich just wanted to get out of there at this point, AND he overcharged me.

I Always have the meatball marinara, you should try it too.

Ordered from here a fair amount of times over the years. Salads are usually good. However last 2 times I have had subs and the bread is clearly stale! Many moons ago I worked in a Subway, so I know bread is meant to be baked everyday and bin the surplus of an evening. The bread was really hard and disintegrated, the bread is probably the cheapest part of the butties, just bang some fresh bread in the oven! The cost of a sub should mean you get one that isn't stale, we won't be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. The food was fresh and delicious, as always. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Staff were rude and obnoxious. Food wasn't the best, will avoid this subway in future.

Subway has always been our fave place to have a quick lunch. Well, the new menu beats the :do it yourself idea which subway build itself on. This shop has always lacked good customer service because the staff just cannot be bothered to be nice to you. Maybe invest in the staff instead of changing the menu and they could upsell items that are not popular. Ordered 2 lunches, staff was told NOT to put peppers, they done it anyways. I understand, u can't swap or add anything. But Just dont add peppers. What's the point of going to subway anymore, can just go to tesco and buy a made up sandwich that can suit me for less than 5£ that you pay nowadays on a 6inch at subway Waste of money and time. Also change the brunette behind the counter, put her in the back, she might be better working in silence there.

Great little place, good customer service and relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast: one foot long cheese and bacon and egg. Only one very slim slice of bacon. Never again

Arrived just before 12 on a Saturday, the shop was empty of customers. Three members of staff Were on shift. I waited at the counter and rather than acknowledge me, a rather disgruntled employee continued her rant about the Rota whilst putting crisps on the stand. There was a man behind the counter who she was complaining to, may have been her manager, neither acknowledged my presence, so after waiting a while I left. I won’t return here as customer service was dreadful.

They had no bread. How is that even possible for a sandwich shop?

This place is an absolute joke. We only ordered from here as no where else was available at short notice. Every time we've got food from here it's ALWAYS wrong. They gave us completely different bread, then they forgot the bacon, lettuce, and cheese on both, literally just gave us chicken on a dry baguette at £9 each!! I mean the order is printed on a piece of paper for Christ's sake. Either sort your staff out or just close the place. Please 👎

good sized store with extra seating upstairs ,the sandwich's were very good but no hot drinks available which cause a bit if a mix up with the pricing of the meal deals. as not fully explained so be careful

Came in 20th August @ 18.00 first time here, the staff were excellent and restaurant was very clean. Everytime a customer came in they greeted them professionally and very polite. If I could would like to give them a commendation for their service. Hope head office read this and follow up. Well done

This particular Subway was very substandard. We eat very regularly at Subway and over the years have had excellent service and food but this one in Prescott has a very low service and standard and we will never frequent it again. Very disappointed customer.

Got to be one of the worst Subways I've been to. You don't get what you ask for, you get asked questions constantly that you've already answered and it's still wrong. The 2 girls on today we're absolutely clueless, one looked hungover the other didn't know what day it was. The guy infront of me walked out because they got his order wrong, they made the order again....wrong again! I then ended up with his order on my tab at the bill. You couldn't write it, how can you get literally everything wrong for everyone!?

I would give 0 stars if i could... we had a very long wait in the queue only to notice the staff touching the meats and then dipping their hands in cheese and salad without changing their gloves, they were not using the measuring cups or tools, just dipping their gloved hand in. For me this was a big put off due to cross contamination, ultimately I walked out due to how unhygienic the staff were.

I love sub was. This brach always get what you want and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The temperature outside was 19° so the 2 lads with me said they'd prefer to eat indoors. They took a seat upstairs and waited for me to deliver their food to the table, at which point I found the 2 of them Freezing Cold as the Air Conditioning was on full blast and they said it was like sitting in a fridge. So we had our meals in the car instead.

Got served by 2 girls who had been on something

Ordered a mega meat but they couldn't give me one as they had no meatballs left, they couldn't give me a coffee as the coffee machine wasn't working and they couldn't take cash payments so had to pay with cash... Not impressed this time!

Amazing customer services from Emily shop was spotless and the customer care was amazing.

Been going here for 6 months, think there has been a change of management in that time as the portions are very small for salad items now and they refuse to give NHS discount, so in the middle of a pandemic this branch give the middle finger to nurses, absolute disgrace. Good news is there is another subway within a short drive that gives big potions and NHS discount so I’ll just go there each time now so no loss to me 👍

Went to subway on my birthday with the code and email for a free cookie. It was my birthday and they could see the email and code and still refused to give me a free cookie. This made me really sad :(

easy to get to, staff sometimes people will just start adding random things to your sandwitch but this one guy looks real cool making sandwitches so three

DISGUSTING TOILETS I visited the subway in Prescot today and ate in with my partner and 4 children On leaving I visited the gents toilet and was absolutely disgusted to see how dirty the whole facility was. It would appear that the toilet and sink have not been cleaned in months looking at the state of them The dirt was obviously very old . I tried to wash my heads but the tap did not work and there was no soap in the dispenser. When I went downstairs to leave I tried to use hand sanitiser but this had run out I had to use a filthy toilet and then had no way of cleaning my hands I would he disgusted by this under normal circumstances but in the current pandemic I assumed it was imperative in every establishment to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness !! Rest assured I would never visit this restaurant again, if the toilets are this bad how can customers be assured of the cleanliness of the kitchen area ? I was advised by my partner that the ladies toilet was in a similar state

One of the cleaner subways, can sometimes have a wait to be served but that is because of the quality of the sandwiches.

Really rude staff and very racist refused to serve us because I spoke my mother tongue to my family as they don't speak English but On the other hand I wasn't the only one to walk out as I don't think I ever encountered such rudeness

Poor service hurried and sloppy. witnessed staff member assuming customer in front of me wanted cheese on her tuna sub, when customer corrected her she just took the cheese off and placed it back in the container to be reselected! Half the veg had ran out and the till member of staff had zero manners. Avoid this place!

Tables were dirty food on floor teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce and natcho.s only had cheese on no chilli beef ! There was no hot drinks available due to a problem staff were not bothered never again will i go there no wonder they are closing shops all over if this is there level of service

Very disappointed in the service I received today.. a blonde lady served me and when I asked her to changed her gloves because she's previously handled meat and I'm vegetarian, she stormed off in a very rude manner an threw her gloves in the bin. It's common curtesy to ask especially when people's dietary requirements are different it's not too difficult really takes a few seconds.

Spent 20 minutes making it after being served, then burned it had to make me another which they put in there oven for 3 seconds was freezing when I got it and falling apart, don't think they know what they are doing

O.K. so it's a subway in a Spar/B.P station with a Greggs - big deal! Try it & see - staff are outstanding can't do enough & all were chirpy & friendly on both occasions we dropped in. Makes a great break in a journey to have good fresh no nonsense food served by young people who seemed genuinely happy to serve us.

Only one girl do all job rest just waiting for her:( She must be really hard worker and also too quiet to argue with those lazy ones. Also they don't do meal deals:(

Went for my lunch on Saturday afternoon. I had a salad with turkey breast. Very large portion. Friendly staff.

When your out shopping it's great to have a Subway to enjoy a meal or snack and hot or cold drink. This outlet has all the usual Subway menu range and offers.

Visited on Sunday for lunch with my daughters at 12 noon. There was an extremely small choice for bread available and in very low quantities... I asked the question “has any of this bread been cooked today?”, not wanting yesterday crusty leftovers... The answer which I got was “no we haven’t any fresh bread prepared yet today...” The store has been open for trade for 2hrs??? Sorry Subway. I don’t mind paying £12 quid for a couple of sandwiches but you could do me and your customers the curtesy and stick to your tag line of “eat fresh”... For the record we choose to go elsewhere with our business.

Helpful staff who enable you to purchase your sandwich or salad of your choice. Like most Subway stores it offers the standard subs but when daily subs are offered in only certain stores, thankfully this is generally one of the stores that participates in the offers, which is good!

Great choice of fillings and breads, service pretty good too.

Subs are good, and is generally clean inside. My main issue is the loss of the £5/5.20 meal deal, which for a sub and a drink will now set you back £6.40, which ridiculously you could get a meal at weatherspoons with an alcoholic drink for just 60p more

Threw my butty together like it’s something you’d feed to a dog, they got are subs wrong we had to tell them when it got to the salad part then when corrected they put less than minimum amount on. I recommend to go a different subway for better food

went on valentines day when they were offering buy 1 6incg sub get another free, so got 4 x 6 inch subs for £6. made a very nice lunchtime break with a lovely warming cuppa coffee on a freezing cold day. The offer was very popular as the café was packed with a huge queue. However the service was quick and we easily found a table upstairs. Only downside lazy people that left their rubbish all over the tables and floors, not bothered putting anything in the bins. Not the staff's fault as they were rushed off their feet and shouldn't have to clear up after these slobs!

Very poor service, staff served with common Scouse accent, very unhelpful, uncomfortable surroundings, poor food, their are much better subways in St Helens, would not use this one again.

It's OK. Mostly like any other subway. This time they didn't have bread we wanted or any milk for coffee. We have experienced some issues with the staff handling of vegetarian food after handling meat. However, staff is quite friendly and helpful.
