Subway in Knowsley

NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD! Waited over 2 hours and then the order got marked as “Delivered” without an attempt to contact me at all.

As usual missing items, wrong items, I honestly don't know why I keep using this subway, obviously people working there need education in reading orders!

No delivery made, I have a ring a door bell as proof that no one has attempted to deliver but says it’s been delivered. Never ordering off just eat again!!!! 2hrs and waiting to be told it’s “arrived”

delivery was swift and efficient lovely delivery lady however when i opened my food i was missing one of my drinks and the other drink was the wrong drink i ordered. two misread mistakes on my 2 drinks when i’ve paid for the items. hopefully i get refunded correctly for these mistakes

Just been in to get a 6 inch sub can't believe I've just paid nearly 6 pound for it. Looked like it had been punched and they toasted it after putting the salad on 🤦 my order was placed by the till and still had to wait and I was standing right there. Another customer looked angry too having to wait ages for a order. It's by far not a difficult job,staff need better training. Only went in because Macdonald's was shut for refurbishment. Will not be using again. Unfortunately I couldn't give 0 stars so had to give them 1. Pathetic.

Missing item and the cookie was stale

came all squashed not toasted like I asked with all 3 no cheese on bottled drinks were sat on top of sandwiches all fell in apart couldn't eat it as it made a mess

Incorrect items delivered. Sandwiches constructed incorrectly with missing ingredients. Wrong meal deal items received also.

Food never arrived because the driver did not turn up!! Not the store staffs fault. Delivery was appalling

Kept changing the delivery time later and later. Footlong garlic bread slices were dry as a bone with a tiny amount of crusty hard cheese on top, they went in the bin. They put cold wet drinks bottles in with sandwich so was all soggy and fell to bits when we took it out of bag, half of that fell on the floor. It was all kind of just sad looking and soggy, didn’t enjoy at all

Ordered food to the hospital someone not well told them the ward ect to go patients name Took the order money never delivered food even though send a email sallying food delivered Disgusting service wouldn’t be useing Sunday ever again after this and will be reporting to just eat and trading standards for having the check to take the money

Everything was stone cold. Submelt was not melted or warm it was freezing

Never got the order I asked for. But yet they’ve still took my money. Won’t be ordering from here agai.

Delivery was on time - everything else about the order is completely up incorrect - completely wrong subway sandwiches, sides missing, crisps are completely the wrong crisps, drinks wrong, ice cream missing. Not the drivers fault as the correct receipt was on the bag.

Wrong food sent, cold food, paid extra for dips, none sent, no cookies sent with foot long meals, wrong crisps sent, absolutely terrible service, seems every time we order from here there’s always something wrong with the order.

Really annoyed the nachos were a joke there was no sauce or cheese on them and I even asked For extra cheese waste of £4.00

Dave on the till was rude, obnoxious and gave me the wrong order and couldn't even get my drink right i had to go 2 more times to get the right drink, and i just settled with the sandwich just wanted to get out of there at this point, AND he overcharged me.

No cheese on the sub ordered cheese bites got hash browns and the sandwich is freezing

Food was early, still lovely and hot when arriving and the cashier who printed my receipt went out of their way to wrote "enjoy" on my receipt which I thought was absolutely lovely it may of been a small act of kindness but it made my whole evening.

I Always have the meatball marinara, you should try it too.

ASKED FOR TOASTED. CAME NOT TOASTED AND ONLY PUT LETTUCE WHEN I ASKED FOR ALL SALAD.

Ordered from here a fair amount of times over the years. Salads are usually good. However last 2 times I have had subs and the bread is clearly stale! Many moons ago I worked in a Subway, so I know bread is meant to be baked everyday and bin the surplus of an evening. The bread was really hard and disintegrated, the bread is probably the cheapest part of the butties, just bang some fresh bread in the oven! The cost of a sub should mean you get one that isn't stale, we won't be back.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it. The food was fresh and delicious, as always. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Staff were rude and obnoxious. Food wasn't the best, will avoid this subway in future.

Subway has always been our fave place to have a quick lunch. Well, the new menu beats the :do it yourself idea which subway build itself on. This shop has always lacked good customer service because the staff just cannot be bothered to be nice to you. Maybe invest in the staff instead of changing the menu and they could upsell items that are not popular. Ordered 2 lunches, staff was told NOT to put peppers, they done it anyways. I understand, u can't swap or add anything. But Just dont add peppers. What's the point of going to subway anymore, can just go to tesco and buy a made up sandwich that can suit me for less than 5£ that you pay nowadays on a 6inch at subway Waste of money and time. Also change the brunette behind the counter, put her in the back, she might be better working in silence there.

Great little place, good customer service and relaxing atmosphere.

Breakfast: one foot long cheese and bacon and egg. Only one very slim slice of bacon. Never again

Arrived just before 12 on a Saturday, the shop was empty of customers. Three members of staff Were on shift. I waited at the counter and rather than acknowledge me, a rather disgruntled employee continued her rant about the Rota whilst putting crisps on the stand. There was a man behind the counter who she was complaining to, may have been her manager, neither acknowledged my presence, so after waiting a while I left. I won’t return here as customer service was dreadful.

They had no bread. How is that even possible for a sandwich shop?

This place is an absolute joke. We only ordered from here as no where else was available at short notice. Every time we've got food from here it's ALWAYS wrong. They gave us completely different bread, then they forgot the bacon, lettuce, and cheese on both, literally just gave us chicken on a dry baguette at £9 each!! I mean the order is printed on a piece of paper for Christ's sake. Either sort your staff out or just close the place. Please 👎

good sized store with extra seating upstairs ,the sandwich's were very good but no hot drinks available which cause a bit if a mix up with the pricing of the meal deals. as not fully explained so be careful

Came in 20th August @ 18.00 first time here, the staff were excellent and restaurant was very clean. Everytime a customer came in they greeted them professionally and very polite. If I could would like to give them a commendation for their service. Hope head office read this and follow up. Well done

This particular Subway was very substandard. We eat very regularly at Subway and over the years have had excellent service and food but this one in Prescott has a very low service and standard and we will never frequent it again. Very disappointed customer.

Got to be one of the worst Subways I've been to. You don't get what you ask for, you get asked questions constantly that you've already answered and it's still wrong. The 2 girls on today we're absolutely clueless, one looked hungover the other didn't know what day it was. The guy infront of me walked out because they got his order wrong, they made the order again....wrong again! I then ended up with his order on my tab at the bill. You couldn't write it, how can you get literally everything wrong for everyone!?

I would give 0 stars if i could... we had a very long wait in the queue only to notice the staff touching the meats and then dipping their hands in cheese and salad without changing their gloves, they were not using the measuring cups or tools, just dipping their gloved hand in. For me this was a big put off due to cross contamination, ultimately I walked out due to how unhygienic the staff were.

I love sub was. This brach always get what you want and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The temperature outside was 19° so the 2 lads with me said they'd prefer to eat indoors. They took a seat upstairs and waited for me to deliver their food to the table, at which point I found the 2 of them Freezing Cold as the Air Conditioning was on full blast and they said it was like sitting in a fridge. So we had our meals in the car instead.

Got served by 2 girls who had been on something

Ordered a mega meat but they couldn't give me one as they had no meatballs left, they couldn't give me a coffee as the coffee machine wasn't working and they couldn't take cash payments so had to pay with cash... Not impressed this time!

Amazing customer services from Emily shop was spotless and the customer care was amazing.

Been going here for 6 months, think there has been a change of management in that time as the portions are very small for salad items now and they refuse to give NHS discount, so in the middle of a pandemic this branch give the middle finger to nurses, absolute disgrace. Good news is there is another subway within a short drive that gives big potions and NHS discount so I’ll just go there each time now so no loss to me 👍

Went to subway on my birthday with the code and email for a free cookie. It was my birthday and they could see the email and code and still refused to give me a free cookie. This made me really sad :(

easy to get to, staff sometimes people will just start adding random things to your sandwitch but this one guy looks real cool making sandwitches so three

DISGUSTING TOILETS I visited the subway in Prescot today and ate in with my partner and 4 children On leaving I visited the gents toilet and was absolutely disgusted to see how dirty the whole facility was. It would appear that the toilet and sink have not been cleaned in months looking at the state of them The dirt was obviously very old . I tried to wash my heads but the tap did not work and there was no soap in the dispenser. When I went downstairs to leave I tried to use hand sanitiser but this had run out I had to use a filthy toilet and then had no way of cleaning my hands I would he disgusted by this under normal circumstances but in the current pandemic I assumed it was imperative in every establishment to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness !! Rest assured I would never visit this restaurant again, if the toilets are this bad how can customers be assured of the cleanliness of the kitchen area ? I was advised by my partner that the ladies toilet was in a similar state

Thank you to the woman who served me today (16th jan 2020) I’m pregnant and craving gherkins and she put a load on my sandwich for me and at the end without me asking put a load of gherkins in a little bag for me as a little surprise! One of the cleaner subways, can sometimes have a wait to be served but that is because of the quality of the sandwiches.

Really rude staff and very racist refused to serve us because I spoke my mother tongue to my family as they don't speak English but On the other hand I wasn't the only one to walk out as I don't think I ever encountered such rudeness
