This review is based on 3 separate visits to this location. Overall, the service has been good on every occasion, and the staff were attentive, however, they did look like their patience was wearing thin, and they looked tired towards the end of our visit as they were not as cheerful as when we initially went in. I really like pizza, and there of loads of independent pizza shops that make stunning pizza, much better than Pizza Express, but as we wanted a quick bite and this was the option around, we decided to go here. The food was only ok. We were warned on this occasion that there was a wait of about an hour on food which was fine with us, ended up being 1hr40mins. Expect delays every time, and be prepared to not have anyone check on you until after your food has arrived. This is a recurring theme of this restaurant. There was a loud, continuous sound, like a siren which was on throughout our visit, when I was talking, my wife asked me why i'm shouting, and it was because I couldn't hear myself think, I could not hear my wife across the table either. So, I decided to download a decibel meter app on my phone. The background noise of that droning siren was 74Db ... I couldn't hear the music over it. Finally, dessert. I wanted an ultimate choc cake, but as everything was so late, I ordered it to take away. No one told me there was a normal choc cake, which is not the ultimate choc cake! So when I got home, I got to look forward to a box of ultimate disappointment. The choc cake is like a slice of cheap supermarket cake for twice the price, just go to a supermarket and enjoy the whole cake for half the price. Also, I did try and take the best picture I could of the cake. Overall, extremely expensive, we did manage to get hold of staff when we needed them, the wait for food was too long, felt exhausted after my dining experience. Should've got a hotdog at Ikea! As an independent small shop owner myself, I get edgy if we haven't served a customer within 15mins of ordering, and will always serve something complimentary and personally apologise.

Tengo que decir que estaba muy decepcionado con este restaurante. El tamaño de la porción de la pasta que pedimos no era lo suficientemente grande para alimentar a un niño de dos años. Lo que era aún peor era que el camarero trató de justificar el tamaño de la porción y dijo que era el tamaño correcto para un entrante. Pedimos más pasta y, para añadir insulto a la lesión volvió con 5 piezas de pasta (espaguetis) y unas almejas. Qué insulto a los italianos que son generosos con sus porciones. Quien sea el dueño de este restaurante debe prestar atención a lo que el personal está haciendo ... es un nuevo negocio para arrancar. Caro también.

Avoid This Place – Rude Management, Overcharging, I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, making us feel uncomfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was tense, and it was not a pleasant place to dine. On top of that, they tried to overcharge us by adding items we didn’t order and sneaking in high service and cover charges. Worse, we were even given fake bills, which is completely unacceptable. If you do end up here, double-check your receipt carefully! The food itself was disappointing—not worth the hassle or the price. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Was recommended this place but was very disappointed, from the moment we arrived we was greeted by a wanna be John Cleese followed by a gen z millennial who was to stuck up to fetch us a another bottle of wine as she just delivered the food and said she wasn’t a server! Starters arrived with a side of main landed on top! Once the bill was called they decided to add every other tables to it and then ask us to work it out….wont be going back…bon appetit!

The biggest scam in London. It is mandatory to pay for a stale bread and dip of oil +vinegar. Ridiculous! The pizza was soggy and nothing special. The waiter was wearing gloves like he was going to do a surgery. The worst pizza place in London.

Terrible servicio, esperamos más de 25 minutos en la entrada de la puerta principal para nuestra mesa reservada. (el restaurante no está lleno o ocupado). Mesa sucia, platos sucios, trato desdeñoso y arrogante a la camarera. Esperamos largos minutos por nuestros platos. No levantaron nuestros platos vacíos después del almuerzo y no nos ofrecieron café ni bebidas. Nos trajeron el ticket de pago sin pedirlo y la APP no funcionó. ¡Nunca volveremos a este lugar!

Warm and inviting interior decor on Kensington High Street. Service was very mediocre, waiting almost 15 minutes before being asked for drink or water. Desirable tables were denied due to reservations, but one hour later, most were still free at 8pm. Wine by the glass list was limited but acceptable selection. My ordered food was very good and served hot. Try to avoid tables by the entrance as mine was because wait staff traffic is like a motorway around your table. I like this restaurant despite the service challenges and will try again.
