I walked into the restaurant today with my husband. I ordered a milkshake and he ordered a cake. The woman then soon after came to give us our bill. She suddenly looked me and said ‘oh god you’re pregnant oh no oh no’ and then walked off. I was confused and asked the issue. She came back and said they used soft ice cream with non-pasteurised milk and she only mentions it to woman who she can see their bump. She said it may have harmed your baby seriously or it may not. I’m 36 weeks pregnant - my bump is evident but regardless she said I was wearing a black dress so it’s hard to see. I questioned why it wasn’t on the menu or noted in any shape or form - and some people may not have an evident bump or ordering online. Or why she even mentioned it in hindsight referring to the possible ‘harm to the baby’. I explained to her that the issue is part about the lack of clarity on the menu but mostly that her panic and declaration that what I had just consumed might hard my baby, was quite upsetting to hear. She was clearly frustrated by my comments and said there was nothing she can do. She said a manager wasn’t available and to call in 2 weeks when the manager was back (ironically when I’m due). I’m not sure who or what I am frustrated with but It was a rare moment out of the home in the lead up to the birth and the words ‘that could have harmed your baby or maybe it won’t but it can be dangerous’ were not what I had gone out for.

I've been here a few times and must say it's one of the best dessert places in Northwood! However, the downside is their toilet. It's so disgusting and smells awful! Every time I’ve been there and wanted to use the toilet, it was horrible. Now, I highly doubt I will go back because of the smell. I really hope they take care of that area and keep it more presentable.

Yummy food and complete Ambiance at it Best. I couldn't leave due to the awe I had at this place and noone made a fuss. Thank you for you Top Class Hospitality

Krave isn't that craving! 😏Well, not bad. Average in all means. Decent quality of the food but higher on the price point & for small portions. Service is ok. Atmosphere is okayish. ✅

Eating in has been great - got a delivery last night which was supposed to be 15 minutes - took 50 mins! The waffles were hardly cooked and so much sauce it drowned everything! Wouldnt of got away with serving it like that in store so should be same for delivery!

I recently visited Krave dessert Café and had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Ami and Angela. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Visited the dessert shop , with my friend and had the best experience! Was greeted with lovely customer service by AMI and ANGELA and instantly met with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ordered a waffle and milkshake, Would recommend 100 times over to anyone seeking dessert in the other area .

The Americano tasted like Vending Machine Coffee, a bit powdery and a bit watery. The Mocha was tepid at best and not so great.

I've been a loyal Krave customer for the last 4 years - amazing service, and the most delicious food. We booked our daughter's 10th birthday food and desserts there, and Arabella and her team went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The most delicious food, and an incredible layered waffle tower for her birthday cake !!! I highly recommend them for their waffles, crepes and other treats!!! The service as always been excellent, and today the team went above and beyond. Thank you to Arabella... we will definitely be back!!

The food was good but the service despite the place originally not being busy was poor. It took ages for someone to take our order and the waitress had the ability to look over us when we tried to catch her attention.
