The Americano tasted like Vending Machine Coffee, a bit powdery and a bit watery. The Mocha was tepid at best and not so great.

Great dessert. My favourite in the Pinner area! Get the cookie dough with vanilla ice cream. Coffees are good too!

A truly wonderful experience. Amazing staff especially Ambika and her welcoming smile towards visitors was very warm! Not only the pie of waffle but also the milkshake and smooth soft ice creams is mouth watering. Can’t wait to go again soon.

The food was good but the service despite the place originally not being busy was poor. It took ages for someone to take our order and the waitress had the ability to look over us when we tried to catch her attention.

I've been a loyal Krave customer for the last 4 years - amazing service, and the most delicious food. We booked our daughter's 10th birthday food and desserts there, and Arabella and her team went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The most delicious food, and an incredible layered waffle tower for her birthday cake !!! I highly recommend them for their waffles, crepes and other treats!!! The service as always been excellent, and today the team went above and beyond. Thank you to Arabella... we will definitely be back!!

We visited as a family yesterday and were quite disappointed with the service on offer. No smiles especially from the person taking our orders, had to keep asking repeatedly for water with reminders, orders took forever to be fulfilled and generally the staff looked very stressed. Perhaps they are understaffed. The place itself has started to show a bit of age with wear and tear especially to the sofa seats. The menu we received was showing age and one had a page missing with stains all over it. No savoury food on offer after 4pm to balance the very sweet desserts. The desserts themselves are decent, look appealing and presented attractively. Overall a disappointing evening and would not return especially because of the service on offer.

I’ve been to Krave a couple of times, the desserts are nice but i’m usually not met with good service. But in this particular situation, I ordered 2 pancakes via uber eats and ensured not to add nuts as a topping as my mum is severely allergic. Once the pancakes arrived, not one, but BOTH were completely covered in nuts. We had to throw them out immediately. Horrible experience.

Our go to place for sweets! They have the most delicious food. Me and my family love going here to treat ourselves.

Krave Dessert Cafe is a cozy and stylish place that offers a variety of decadent desserts, gelato, waffles, crepes, and more. We ordered the Choc Royale sundae, the Nutella crepe, and the strawberry waffle, and they were all delicious and generous. The service was excellent, especially from Georgiana, who was attentive, helpful, and cheerful. She made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a great asset to the cafe and we appreciated her kindness. We had a fantastic experience at Krave Dessert Cafe and we highly recommend it to anyone who loves sweets
