2nd time here and Roast was lovely and great atmosphere.

Delicious roast, well looked after by Rhys.

Booked a room for 14 people for my daughters 30th Birthday and all I can say is wow. The food was amazing, the staff couldn't do enough for us, especially Landi the manager who from booking the room a month ago, to us arriving and leaving went above and behond to make my girls day extra special, she is a credit to Arens. Would highly reccommend.

A must have roast! All the meats and veggies have been amazing every time we’ve come! Plus unlimited gravy! Shout out to Rhys our server who was super attentive and helpful - made us feel welcome!

Came Christmas Eve as a family of nearly 40 people all age ranges. Service was incredible and our server Landi couldn’t do any more for us, she was amazing and a credit to this restaurant. Food was great, everyone had a brilliant evening and will be coming back for sure!

Lovely food, the atmosphere was electric. Be mindful of parking in the evening times. Went with my family.

The Christmas decor was beautiful. To top that the service from Rhys and Stanley was excellent. The restaurant was super busy and for a family of ten it was impressive that we were done and dusted in under two hours. Thats all down to the attentive and efficient service. Thank you!

Gorgeous looking place, friendly staff and good food!

What a fab pretty place with such excellent waiting staff and management! And the food was delicious! We got truffle chips with cheese and you know the place is good when the cheese isn’t just at the top but all the way through! Ahhh divine! We went on a day they had the grinch visiting, it was a bit noisy with lots of kids running around but our toddler felt like she could also loosen up and get involved in the excitement. I imagine on a day when they don’t have a guest appearance it’s nothing like that. We got to spend enough time talking to the grinch and taking pictures with him without feeling like we didn’t get enough of his time. The staff were beyond friendly and incredibly hospitable. They apologised before we even got to our seat for the noisy environment that night and even though they were incredibly busy they never lacked in service at any point. When we left the manager was seating other guests but she still made a point to say, thank you for visiting to every customer as they left. When we first arrived there were quite a few cars blocked trying to get in and out but we saw a young staff member come out to help manoeuvre the cars. Honestly they did incredibly well on what was clearly a very hectic night. It wasnt a cheap at £90 for 2 and a half of us but it was memorable and we had a lovely time. Can’t wait to return! So glad we discovered this place !

Great plates, watch some of the starters which are massive when we went (halloumi sticks and Brie plates). Really yummy food. The drop of a star is because the service charge reportedly does not go to staff. We were so disappointed; so bring cash for a staff tip.

Had an incredible Sunday roast here for my Mum's birthday. Would highly recommend this place. The staff is so polite too and helpful. Beautifully decorated inside its truly a hidden gem. Rhys was fabulous and super helpful

Arens, what’s happened?! Your roast dinners used to be amazing at half the price! Honestly think it’s the worst roast I’ve had! Cauliflower cheese should be a side dish, only 2 people out of 6 likes it! You only serve carrots as veg? For £25.50 this is shocking! The roast beef used to be the best around, it’s now rubbery and thin sliced. Never again.

A lastminute.com meeting arranged at a convenient place led us here and what a lovely surprise. It is a fairly large place but somehow has a really cosy ambience. The tented section with bench type tables and benches to sit on was bright and warm. The food could have been average but I still would have enjoyed the place. I think an Xmas visit with the family is definitely going to be arranged. Also, the staff, especially the South African lady were warm and friendly....:).

Came for Christmas party buffet. The staff was good special mentions to Sidhu, he was very good and vibing guy. He clicked good pictures for all the staff and treated everyone with utmost respect and provided the bestest service. The overall food was good and the place was really beautiful decorated too.

It was such a beautiful place and the food was really good too. The service they provided was the best, specially Sidhu, who was very friendly and nice guy, he served us very professionally and vibed with as well. All the people who came with us was very happy with the service they were provided by him.

Interesting place. Booked a table for 10 in advance to arrive and find we had been put on two tables back to back - not quite what we had in mind. A party the opposite side of the ‘conservatory’ space were shouting and kids running everywhere, so not exactly the best atmosphere. Parking outside far too tight for the vehicles and I had my car damaged by a person trying to squeeze their car in next to mine - fortunately seen. The food was ok but massively overpriced and to add insult to injury 12.5% service charge added - this wasn’t worth the charge in my opinion. Sad times really as used to be a nice pub, but inflated prices for ok(ish) food, coupled with not being able to sit together properly, was disappointing I’m afraid we won’t be back.

Mayank made us all feel at home and was super kind professional and helpful.

Lovely warm feeling when u walk into Arens Bar. Staff always very pleasant in the Northwood bar n Grill. Food is tasty and the service is great. Lovely play area for kids and has parking. Very clean inside and out.

Perfect place, family friendly, great food

Stanley has done an excellent job serving us today. The food was excellent and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. Arens is an excellent place to spend time with friends and family.

Phys and yolanda were fantastic hosts for our birthday celebrations. We are a group of 30 and everyone's drinks where taken promptly and food was very well served and presented. Fantastic service and we look forward to visiting again.

Had some nice brunches and meals here. It’s a little costly, and there’s a bit of over-promising or false advertising sometimes. Have been before where we ended up waiting too long. Inconsistent.

Such a great venue and beautifully clean toilets and amazingly welcoming staff. Thank you Rhys being very warm and welcoming. I will be back.

Best service and food .. Attention Landi she was really helpful full

I’ve only been to the shisha bit and the place itself and vibes are really good. It’s a bit more grown up than most which is its appeal. The coals are changed regularly without you needing to constantly ask like most shisha places. They’re helpful when it comes to choosing flavour and happy to chat through different blends. The service for food in the shisha bit can be a bit slow and hit / miss. There was a large group of us and despite us using the QR code, every time drinks and food were brought over they had no idea who it was for when they got to the tables. Maybe small but it doesn’t feel as seamless as other places that use QR codes; disrupts conversations when the whole group has to stop to claim their order / pass it around across three tables ourselves.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, making a very enjoyable and successful celebration afternoon tea! Mayanlk was particularly attentive and helpful.

Landi was excellent. We were served on 28.11.2024 . It was my brother’s and dad’s birthday. Landi service details and her guidance towards the menu was excellent.

Do often visit this place for parties and the cocktails are great (offers available everytime we visit). The food is good too.

Went to Arens on Friday night. Lovely food, wonderful cocktails and all to the sound of a dj playing great 90s throw back music. The manager Landy was very attentive to my diety needs e.g vegetarian with a nut allergy. Can't wait to go again.

My wife and I went on a whim last Friday evening to see what Arens was like. It was lovely. Staff were very polite and attentive. The atmosphere was lovely too, with a smooth live singer singing great mellow songs. Added to this they serve 2 for 1 cocktails at a very reasonable price for which we were very grateful 😊. All in all a great evening was had.

Bottomless Brunch ( 2 Saturdays ago) really good👍. As usual Daniela our server was absolutely great. Nothing too much trouble, always on the ball. Thank you Daniela 👏👏👏👏

Went for a Sunday roast with a friend for the first time after driving by for years.. very nice family restaurant, rather expensive menu for a pensioner like me, but quality was noticeable, & service team was top notch. The food was very good, saving for the carrots which should be served as a dessert.. too sweet/sugary to be served with the roast.

This was a pleasant surprise; a friend of mine invited me over for a Sunday roast and I loved it all, from the location to the food, from the service to the pub itself. It's so elegant I was wondering if they organise events in it as welll, like birthday parties or weddings even. I was lucky enough to enjoy my meal on a sunny day, whilst my child was playing in the play ground and the restaurant wasn't too busy, the food was fresh and tasty, hot and well portioned so I am very happy with the whole experience. I'll be back and see whether it was just luck or the place really does deserve 5 stars :)

We loved our experience at Arens Bar and Grill. My family and i were served by a lovely girl called Alyssa. From the moment we sat down, she made our dining experience exceptional. Her smile and friendly vibe instantly made us feel welcome. Despite the restaurant being busy, she managed to make our family feel important. We will definitely be coming back as we loved the food and all the staff were so nice!

Brilliant restaurant, food was lovely and service even better

An impromptu family meal on a Saturday afternoon - what a treat! The lovely Daniela was out host and made sure we were looked after with a warm welcome at all times. She went to extra lengths to keep the little ones happy and we had great time. Children's play area came in handy and the setting is clean, modern and well kept. Would highly recommend the bao bun and seasoned fries.

Had burger and chips was the best I’ve ever tasted definitely recommend it and would advise u to go down there and try it excellent staff and service down there too
