Very good hotel and restaurant! Rooms were super comfortable, clean and modern. With tea and coffee facilities (nespresso) hairdryer, toiletries, iron & board. Very good and soft bed. Breakfast and dinner also very good. Great atmosphere. Located in one of the high streets but very quiet. We parked in front of the hotel but I believe they have parking. WiFi also good.

Szabi was very attentive and made the kids extremely comfortable. My daughter turned 18 and they gave her a free drink and dessert. The food was amazing as always. We love FM in Ealing and have been and will be back many times. Thank you for a wonderful service.

We had a group of six and when we arrived at the restaurant in the late afternoon, it was nearly empty. We had no reservation but decided to try it based upon other favorable reviews. The staff sat us in a corner near a door on a very wet & chilly Liverpool afternoon. A few of the ladies were cold and when we asked to be moved, the female employee was not receptive to our request. Smile a little, you work in the service industry. After finally being moved to a warmer part of the restaurant and ordering, the pizzas arrived completely black and burnt on the bottom of the crust. We said something to the waiter and asked him to tell the chef, but he just laughed it off as if we were joking. Another member of our group ordered the Risotto which she said was bland and dried out, almost to the point of being inedible. She only ate a very small part of it. None of us would return to this restaurant. There are too many other options in Liverpool and if the weather was better on this day we might have ended up somewhere diferent.

Came here with around 18 of us on a family outing. All the food was nice except one of the dishes. The bill came to over £250 which I paid. The kid who served me behind the till was very rude and he lied about there being no manager around when I wanted to address the issue. He offered no apology, said that we had eaten the bad food and questioned why we didn't bring the issue up at the table. I returned to the table, collated the bad food onto the plate and took it to the till for him to assess. He refused to apologise still so we all left. As we were leaving, the now present 'manager' came to offer us a refund and started apologising. Brothers, it's not about the money - I was belittled and made to feel worthless. I wont be returning (by the way I recommended this place to many people before this incident). If you have a party of more than 5 or 6, don't bother with this place.

The Fettuccini Bolognaise had black pepper in it which overpowered any other flavours. Suggest for home delivery that chefs leave additional seasoning to the buyers who can add things like pepper to taste. Previously this dish has been delicious without overpowering pepper.

So visited for the first time today. Ordered food pointed out what I wanted on the menu from the fish section. I got what I ordered my partner got a starter. Samon dish was bland really basic. My parents king prawn starter ( witch she did not order) was awful greasy prawns the batter did not stick and was just greasy and awful. The haluma was just grilled not even cooked. First and last time I think

Me and my husband decided to treat ourselves this year to Christmas Day at Rustico! Staff were really pleasant and a drink was presented to us on arrival. All food was delicious and cooked to the right specification. Yes it was more expensive than any other day of the year… but on Christmas Day there’s so much more to consider.. staff wages and the fact staff missed out on time with their own families to accommodate us. Well done Rustico staff we will definitely return!

My wife and I had a date meal in the evening. I had Beef tortellini, my wife had the anchovy pasta. The menu was small with a few meals. This meant the food was freshly made and you could taste the freshly made pasta and it tasted lovely. The beef tortellini had a nice filling and nice sauce. The anchovy pasta has a nice fish taste. They even free of charge gave us some bread to mop up the pasta. For desert we had tiramisu and panna cota. The tiramisu was lovely made and tasted really nice with a light alcoholic. The Panna Cota has a nice lemon flavour. Only complaint the lighting was not great in the restaurant. Friendly staff and service was good.
