Amazing service by Ryan, this is the second time he has been our server. Credit to Zizzi. Exceptional for helping people who are gluten free. Enjoyed the food too. Bit pricier than some pizza places, worth going mid week if you can if you have a tastecard, but we will return. Can be tricky to park as no restaurant parking.

Matha the waitress was absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful soul. Atmosphere was bad due to some loud mouthed people. Apart from that everything was good. Choose Zizi over Preszo.

This is one of the best restaurants on Banstead High Street. The staff are excellent also. We had a large group and food came out on time and was nice. I tried the new lamb ruscitta pizza which is recommended.

Had a lovely meal at Zizzis. We've been many times as we really enjoy the food, especially the king prawn linguine, and the overall experience. Marta and Kieron were great and looked after us well.

As usual we got very good service from Marta and we had a lovely meal. We go regularly about every 4-6 weeks.

We have been eating here for years now but the latest visit wasn't great. Several mistakes with our order, soft drinks delivered to the table in bottles without glasses, despite our server reminding the bar person. Items missing from our starter, wrong main course order etc. Also, we have a tastecard which apparently Banstead branch dont accept (although the tastecard app states they do??). However, our server was very pleasant and apologised numerous times for the errors and gave us a large discount (which I did not ask for or expect) as she was obviously embarrassed. All in all the discount made it bearable but the overall experience wasn't smooth or comfortable despite the discount, so probably won't re visit any time soon. Food was average and has dropped in quality in our opinion.

Brilliant service from Marta 10/10 come again

Me and my 11 year old daughter had a meal here last night and the staff, specifically Marta were so attentive to her in particular and nothing was too much trouble. I had the salmon risotto which was delicious and piping hot.

I took my niece in today for lunch and I want to personally thank our server dayna, she went above and beyond to make my little niece smile and laugh which made her really happy. Food was amazing we all enjoyed every part of it. :)

Standard pizza/pasta restaurant with a couple of additional salad and cooked options. Service was very hit and miss - we had to leave our table to find a waiter on a couple of occasions. No parmesan was offered with the pasta dishes. Desperately understaffed and reliant on part-time juniors. Not an experience I would like to repeat.

Dead atmospher. Very slow service and the food is diabolical. My son ordered a carbonara and it was fried pancetta with the pasta cooked in the oil. No cream sauce when I complained and asked for it done properly please. They grumbled took the food away but never sent a replacement. This was bad last time but we gave benefit of the doubt. Really gone down hill. No wonder not busy anymore. Please close down and replace with a decent restaurant!!

Service was great, people are friendly and it looks great, prawns tasted too fishy in the pasta, my fault I didn't complain and have been ill all day.

We regularly visit the Banstead restaurant even though it is not the closest, the staff are very good in particular Marta, it’s actually worth the extra drive for the service you get from this lovely lady, always get a warm greeting with a smile, she’s friendly and helpful genuinely makes you feel that it’s important to her that you enjoy your meal, sadly you don’t come across that much these days so as long as Marta is working at Banstead Zizzi’s we’ll be dining there :)
