Love this restaurant. Been going there for years. Good food and good service. also has a nice layout.

Love this restaurant! I visit regularly with family, travelling from Ireland and Norway. The staff are exceptional, friendly and attentive, in particular with regards to my brother, a wheelchair user. The food is very good indeed with plenty of choice, we never get bored when we visit several times over a weekend. The tiramisu is to die for, and they do wonderful cocktails. I always look forward to my visits to Redhill and dining at Prezzo. Thank you

Prezzo is my go to restaurant whenever I crave for some good pizza and pasta. What's great is that you can always find a branch near you!

Staff were really welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very busy yet they were attentive and keen to ensure we had our meal before we needed to leave for the cinema. Two pasta dishes were excellent along with the side salad. Perfect! Thank you!

I like Prezzo, for a chain it’s pretty good. Staff very welcoming and we had some lovely cocktails before getting into our 3 courses :) Food was grand. I will be here again.

Visited this evening. Food and service really good. Friendly welcoming staff. The Calamsri starter was well cooked and hot and the dip is yummy. Our mains were really good too. This restaurant is consistently good.

We came here on a Friday evening in early April, were given a warm welcome and shown to our (already reserved) table in the window. Our waitress was friendly and professional. With our supper we drank a bottle of Italian wine which went well with my absolutely delicious crab and lobster ravioli with king prawns and my husband's large and tasty pizza. We would definitely come here again if we happen to be in the area. We recommend.

Service and atmosphere was fine, staff pleasant enough. The food in the chain is just poor compared to its competitors. The starter was as plain as plain gets, mozzarella not even a garnish or rocket to add to your palette. Pizza was dry, 2 basil leaves & flour grains stuck to the bottom. Overall just poor food. Maybe the pasta is better, but it’s competitors offer much more quality led food for the same prices.

Such an awful experience this evening due to rude argumentative waitress .Have been visiting the restaurant for at least 7 years regularly .However the last few experiences have been well below average due to rude inexperienced waitresses .Not greeted with a smile .Flippant remarks which the manager put down to being a “Cultural”thing .Very poor excuse in my opinion .Manager tried to intervene but the waitress was having none of it .Get rid of her ! We do not expect to pay over £100 for a meal and feel that we have to not upset the staff by asking for some ketchup .Absolutely disgusting customer service .Sadly I think probably people have this experience but are too polite to complain .You must complain and write a review in the hope that the management will provide some kind of customer training for there abominable waitresses !

After a long day at work Anna made sure that we were thoroughly looked after. She made good food recommendations and was very efficient. She’s excellent at her job and truly a credit to this company. I could overhear some difficult other customers to which she truly didn’t deserve. Anna thank you for making my evening a good one. Thank you Redhill Prezzo I’ll be back

Cancelled our inline order and no one to answer the phone to explain why. Don't use this restaurant.

The food was nice but the service was so bad it was funny. I arrived with my son and the waiter blatantly ignored me, made himself busy before reluctantly showing us to a table. He was chatting and friendly with other customers but for some reason he changed his face every time he spoke to me and was rude and unpleasant. When I got my bill he had added an extra coke which we hadn’t had or asked for, I pointed it out to him and was then questioned on how many cokes we had had and then he said “do you want it to take away then”. That’s just brilliant! We won’t be visiting again.

Booked a table for lunch, good move, not a spare table to be had by 1pm. Excellent food, starters and mains arrived piping hot and tasted as good as they looked (I would thoroughly recommend the smoked salmon penne pasta) helpful and attentive staff, will be booking again for the near future.

The waiting staff were very friendly. I have dietary requirements, which were all catered for. A delicious meal. My only criticism is the gluten free pizza base was perhaps too hard. Other than that, the taste was delicious.

We went here with friends last week one evening. What a difference to our previous visit to Prezzo. At Kings Lynn Norfolk. Staff were really friendly and the Penne Alla Rusticana was really tasty. We will be going back here in the near future.

We recently had lunch at Orezzo in East Grinstead. The food is mostly italian with tasty pizzas and pasta. The vfood was very good and the service was friendly. A satisfying meal.

Can’t acclaim them enough. The caprese salad has haunted me ever since. I have tried to recreate the simplicity but alas I cannot and therefore remain a loyal customer. Kudos.

We always love eating here and the food is generally great. However, since having to go dairy-free, the menu is so limited it’s shocking. So many things on their menu like risotto and roasted salmon have dairy in them. Absolutely unnecessary, and Prezzo need to address this. Whilst I’ve given 4*, sadly we probably won’t go again.

The square pizza was amazing. Thanks chef. Loved the mushrooms too. Great service, good price. Well worth going and will be back.

Food is just not restaurant quality at all. If I would buy lasagna in supermarket and warm up it in microwave it would be better meal. Wine is just not horrible!

We have had a dinner and lunch here in the last month and on both occasions there is an issue with lack of staff.The food though has been really good and we have enjoyed both visits but the most recent when we went for lunch there was only one waitress and I think her name was Hannah. I felt for her as she was pretty much looking after all the tables and it was busy to. I think she deserves a medal and did everything she could to keep her tables happy. But this staffing issue may cause them problems going forward. Well done to Hannah though...

Very disappointing evening.Inedible starters but couldn’t catch a member of staff to discuss this. Long wait for our main course will no explanation from staff at first.When the main course did turn up it wasn’t hot. It was explained they were short staffed and very busy..not much they could do about it. Very off hand staff who were clearly stressed and just wanted us to shut up. Such poor customer service which completely ruined the evening Will not be back.

Went for an unexpected lunch yesterday. Very friendly staff with a brilliant menu catering for many dietary requirements. Service was fast and the general ambiance was great. Better than other Prezzo's I have been to in the past. We will certainly come back.

We went to Prezzo in Redhill for our group's pre-Christmas lunch. With a group of some 18 of us, we did of course pre-order, which was relatively easy given the refreshingly small size of their menu, perhaps a choice of only 6 meals within each course.As is nearly always the case in such instances, most of us had no idea of what we had chosen only 2 weeks or so earlier, but that was not a problem for the very efficient and resourceful serving staff. Within minutes, we had all received the correct orders, and were impressed with the quality of the food, as well as the excellent service. The process weren't bad wither.

Lovely staff, very friendly. However, pizza itself was disappointing, bought a take away, was cold, bland tasting, toppings thin and was expensive.

Our family went for Lunch on a horrible rainy Saturday. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, light and noticeably clean. We particularly liked the window into the kitchen and watching the chefs at work, they certainly seemed to be enjoying themselves! It all added to the cheerful busy ambience which was very welcome on such a miserable November day! The food was really delicious, we had salads, pasta and very tasty bruschetta! I would highly recommend this restaurant, it is most definitely superior to other chains. Truly excellent!

Great relaxing dining area, after our drive round the M25 we needed to chill and eat. It was our first visit, the staff were friendly. Our food was good and we both drank Speckled hen, unusual drink for an Italian. We will return, thank you.

To be honest we were rather reluctant to return ( October 2018) as previously the service was dreadful.

Iara was a wonderful server! I just had to ask for her name. She was living,kind, friendly and engaged is friendly conversation with us. Honestly it's nice to be served by people who brighten your day and make the night more memorable. Really appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

Very disappointing visit with my daughter to Prezzo Redhill today 29th July 2019 at lunchtime, we decided on the set menu. It didn’t start well, we were seated without being offered a drink and then just left, when the waitress finally came to take our order no apology was made. After our main course was finished yet again there was a long wait for the waitress to take our dessert order, again no apology and only then advised that certain desserts which were part of the set menu were not available, we ordered something else and asked for the bill as I was now late returning to work and again another long wait for dessert and again had to ask for the bill. When we complained about the service and asked for a discount the waitress just looked at us blankly and walked off to speak to her manager, tbh the food was also pretty mediocre this visit. I would like to add that it wasn’t that busy so really no excuse for the shoddy service. We did feel at one point would they have noticed if we just left without paying. I am so disappointed that I will not be visiting again and will not recommend to my friends and work colleagues.

We decided to have lunch out after a busy morning shopping and couldn't have made a better choice. The food - chosen from an extensive and varied menu - was really delicious and food value, and the staff welcoming and helpful. On a baking hot day, our waitress suggested a table in a cool, airy spot, which added to the enjoyment.

A group of more than 12 of us came for a meal last night. The table service was excellent and the food was delicious, I had mushrooms for my starter, chicken with mushrooms and a rocket salad for my main and a caramel and white chocolate bomb for dessert. I can honestly say that a couple of times I have visited previously, over a year or so ago, I wouldn’t have given a five star review but last night you did brilliantly, especially considering the size of our group.

We ate mid afternoon so not busy but we know people who had meals there in the evening when it was packed. Because we ate at that time the service was fairly quick and I had Carbonara and my wife bolognese , both meals really nice. We had the meal and drink which cost £9.99 , really good deal and value. Enjoyed.

Great restaurant considering it’s part of a chain. Food was delicious with a great selection. Excellent Ambience. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful Highly recommended.

Staff excellent. Ambience very noisy due to hard surfaces. A vegetarian pizza Fiorentina had non-vegetarian Parmesan cheese put on it before service. The crab/lobster ravioli was not in the usual saffron sauce but drowned in tomato sauce so no taste of crab or lobster, only tomato.

We took the grandchildren there for a mid-afternoon Sunday treat. We had booked, which was unnecessary, there being few other customers at that time of day.

I'd reserved a table for seven of us a Saturday evening meal together, a family get together in one of our favourite places to be. Service was great, as ever, with the amazing Joanna looking after us all. The VIP Pizza rocks!

Definitely recommend Prezzo, food quality is excellent and loved the ambience in the restaurant. Will definitely visit again!

Came in for a meal with my mother our food was delicious the manager Luis was very friendly and attentive without being invasive the atmosphere was lovely, also the restaurant looked very clean which is refreshing to see. Lovely meal Thank You will definitely be back soon!

For all the years I've lived in Redhill this would be my first visit to Prezzo, and boy have I missed out. The staff were lovely the gluten free options were numerous and varied and the food arrived in good time with a smile. My pizza was very tasty and I had a cheeky mini pud and coffee afterwards and this all came at a very reasonable cost. Definitely worth a visit, I know I will be returning.

My wife and I came here for lunch today. The Resteraunt wasn't very busy intially, but did pick up by the time we left.

We visit Prezzo in Redhill every couple of weeks. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. Their Posh Pepperoni Pizza is mouth-wateringly good. Soft dough, great toppings.

Visited this prezzo last month and was very pleased with the result so decided to come back. And once again everything went great. From greeting, to service to food can’t really point any faults Thank you again and see you soon

Booked this restaurant as near to the theatre. Both of us chose a pasta dish on this occassion and both meals were good. Too full for a large dessert so we chose a mini pannacotta with a hot drink - the pannacotta was certainly mini, but it meant we could still have a little dessert without feeling too guilty or full! We received a friendly welcome and service remained good throughout the meal. We had Tastecard with us and this was honoured without any problems. A good meal - will book again when in Redhill next year!

I have been eating dinner with my friend in Prezzo Redhill last Thursday. To be sincere I expected less than I received. Our waitress Joanna was really helpful and thoughtful. Her recommendations about food and drinks were just perfect for us. We love Italian food and it was really good. We will come back for sure.

What a lovely restaurant, the decor is simple but very nice but the real beauty is the food. We eat here regularly and always get a consistently great experience and nice food. ,I don't think I've had a pizza loaded with so many toppings.The food is always cooked. The best restaurant ever.

Went for lunch, 3 people. The service was ok, nothing too terrible, the food was so boring and uninspiring. Italian food can be so full of spices and flavours, well quess what - not in this place. We had stuffed mushrooms for starter, bland. Spagetti Bologhniese was watery, chicken breast in marsala souce and spinach...well... there was 'a souce' but i am sure it didn't contain marsala. the chicken was dry and bitter, the souce was bland. The fries it came with were Mcdonalds grade. Risotto with squid and prawns was overcooked and tastless. Such a shame.

A decent 2 or 3 course menu is available for £11.95 (2 courses) or £14.95 (3 courses). The food was pretty decent although the pea pasta was somewhat bland and uninteresting

Went here for my daughters birthday. Lovely food & good service. Food was nice & hot & well prepared. Even though the restaurant was very busy, the wait times between each course was good. Stella looked after us well & kindly put up some balloons & banners for my daughter.

We were visiting Prezzo to use Redletterdays vouchers (owned by the same company as Buyagift do identical.) 1. The staff had absolutely no idea what to do with the vouchers and kept trying to tell us it was a gift card and we had to eat from the main menu - not correct at all and would have resulted in us paying for the food (which is already paid for!)

We visited Prezzo as we had been given a voucher for Christmas. Booked on a Monday night and therefore it was very quiet. This meant that the service was excellent and courses were brought out very quickly after the previous one was finished. All food was pretty good and portion sizes were decent. Menu was very limited in terms of options, but that was because we had the menu that came with the voucher. Overall, a very nice evening

Went here for a friends outing for the set menu meal during a December luncheon. The food was as expected typical Italian meals, but a slightly different take on the Xmas meal.

4 of us came here for dinner whilst working away. We all went for the set menu there was so much choice - we were really surprised that we all had 2 or 3 dishes for each course we would have happily had. It was also great that it was open so early - we got there around 6:30. Reasonable price drinks too and very handy for the Travelodge where we were staying, Would definitely come again if I was staying in Redhill.

We came here on a Friday evening with our two daughters and had the set menu. We expected smaller portions but they were plentiful. Our waitress was a lovely lady who couldn’t have done more to help us and was very attentive. We had a much better experience than expected and would gladly eat here again.

I arrived earlier than my friend, and was shown to the table, with the offer to get my drink whilst I waited. The staff were friendly and polite. I chose chicken and asparagus risotto, which was pleasant, but slightly under-seasoned. Just a little bit looking as if had been kept on a heated plate rather than fresh from the pan. The waiter couldn't seem to understand the request for hot milk with my Americano, and brought a jug of cold milk. All served speedily, enabling us to get to the theatre in good time.

I went to Prezzo Redhill for a pre-theatre dinner. Our meal wasn't inspiring. My friends' Calamari was greasy and my mushroom starter consisted on five little mushrooms filled with breadcrumbs. all our mains were so so but but my friends' Chicken, Bacon and Avocado salad appeared with the Avocado half rotten. She sent it back and it was replaced with hard inedible Avocado. The chicken was dry and the dish looked very unappetizing. My friend went to the theatre hungry. The waitress, Stella was charming and helpful and passed on our suggestion that my friends' dish be deducted from the bill. They did indeed do this. As this is about the only restaurant in Redhill town centre, it feels like Prezzo do not care what they serve up as they have no competition. I doubt if we will risk it again.

Had a very good meal could not fault the food or the service. Had a risotto and it was the best I have had in a long time.

Saturday lunch. Not too busy. Friendly staff and the menu is quite varied. Set menu of 2 or 3 courses for a decent price. We chose to share a vesuvio pizza and classic caesar salad. The pizza was tasty, but the salad was a bit disappointing It was small and had eggs in it? Good location.

We came here tonight - it was fab to have a very attentive waitress (Gabby). She was very knowledgeable about my gluten free diet and even made recommendations as to amendments I could have from the menu, she checked with the chef in the kitchen who confirmed what was suitable for my diet. The food was first class as always :) My friend and I had a great evening out.

We booked a table for 10 people on a Wednesday evening and the whole experience was great. Service was not rushed and they kept checking if we were OK. Not everyone arrived at the same time and every time someone new arrived they would come back to get the drinks order, which is nice - rather than having to catch their attention. The same happened for the food, they seemed to get our orders in the right time. I ordered the gnocchi which was delicious but would not recommend if you are really hungry as it's not really enough, maybe have a starter or a dessert to compliment. I really liked the drinks menu, they have many varieties that you don't find everywhere. The atmosphere was also great, not too loud - just perfect.

A last minute booking on a Monday evening, worked out very well. The restaurant wasn't too busy and the food and service were good.

Friday evening, about 8, and luckily there were plenty of tables available, that should have been the first warning sign.

Almost never leave reviews but guys, dont bother going on a sunday night.

Very disappointed,we have been eating out for so many years , I have never seen a empty restaurant that would not except any customers due to short of staff , couple of times we been to this restaurant we have been told that they can not seat us because they are short staff. Unbelievable.

We have visited Presso on a regular basis and loved it until our last visit. We booked a table for 7 last weekend, after arriving and being shown our table we waited over 15 mins to get a drink, it wasn't busy but only got served after asking the manager. He offered no apologies and looked miffed that he had been asked for service?! A different waiter then served us thereafter, only problem was, he had a personal hygiene problem that marred the eating experience. Lastly, on visiting the previously clean toilets, they were out of order & all very dirty and in desperate need of a good clean. This lack on cleanliness also seemed apparent from the crockery used..overall a very disappointing experience from what used to be our favourite local restaurant?! Regrettably, new staff and new management don't live up to previous visits?

Great food, wine & service. Very nice decor, very clean. Now if all the waiters could pronounce the name correctly PreTzo.

Saturday lunch - looked maybe 10% full .

I attended here on a Saturday with my friend and to my surprise the restaurant was fairly quiet not that im complaining as it was nice to actually attend a restaurant and not have to shout to have a conversation! Im not usually one to be wowed by service but our server (Phillipe) was so attentive and really made us feel welcome. The menu has alot of Italian names (naturally) so it was nice that Phillipe helped us with what each dish meant and was going to contain. I have to say also his recommendations of the calzone and "Build your own pizza" were spot on. Food quality was fairly good and priced reasonably. Just a quick watch out on parking as the restaurant is surrounded by double yellows so will need to park in the local multi storey.

3 of us walked into Prezzo at around 8pm. Half the restaurant was empty (not an exaggeration) but we were told they were fully booked. We said we’d be really quick if that was an option, then we were told actually they were short staffed and wanted to close at 10pm so couldn’t seat us! So which one was it? Fully booked or short staffed?? Staff were rude and uninterested. That is not how you run a restaurant! Would not recommend.

Very nice food and very nice staff.Friendly environment and nice prices.I recommend it as it is the only nice restaurant in Redhill.

No trouble booking. Summer meal deal offer still on. I chose the garlic bread with mozzarella. Not enough cheese, too dry and not much taste of garlic. The humus chosen by my husband was good though. Main courses were both very good. I also had Tiramisu which was quite dry, nowhere near as nice as before. The inclusion of a drink made the price quite good value overall though. Service, as usual was very good and staff are very nice.

Popped in to Carb load before a race the next day. There was a good choice of pasta / pizza dishes. The food was nice and as we arrived quite early in the evening service was quick.

A very busy restaurant in the middle of the town, need to book really. A nice bar area as you arrive. A large and airy restaurant, service can be slow as it seems only one waitress really serving. Good food and good cocktails.

Took my other half here for his birthday, booked for 7.30. Arrive on time and wait 10 minutes to be seated. Drinks and starters arrive promptly but starters were luke warm and average at best. Didn't complain as didn't want the dramatics for a birthday meal. It is now around 8. Gets to 9pm and no mains in sight. I ask and they say its a problem in the kitchen, although everyone else's food was coming out promptly. After me getting up 3 times to chase our food we eventually received it at 9.30/9.45 for one order to be wrong. They took it back to 'remake it' as we asked but all they did is take some toppings off and Chucked some cold vegetables on and gave it back to us. We didn't pay for the mains. Actually told some other customers arriving as we left not to bother. Usually absolutely love their food as was a regular visitor but not anymore , food was awful and don't appreciate being lied to.

My friends and I keep hoping that this visit will be better, that we won’t end up being made to feel uncomfortable by one of the staff, but unfortunately it doesn’t happen. Yet again we left feeling as if we’d been told off and were not happy. My friend’s order was incorrect. Instead of apologising and offering to re-make or comp the dish, the waitress fetched the original one who took the order who brusquely told my friend that that was what she ordered and walked off. Left feeling like she had no choice my friend ate her meal. I was unhappy but at least thought they’d sort it out with the bill. No. They put the incorrect item on the bill, which was a few £ more expensive! I requested that it was fixed so the bill came back again but with the dish she’d wanted on the bill! They didn’t even take it off! We were a large table so I just couldn’t believe the cheek. Not sure we’ll give them another chance now (last time a friend asked for her salad dressing on the side, but when her salad was brought without the waitress said “You said you didn’t want any”, my friend corrected her and was given a set of oil and vinegar from a nearby table - to make her own I suppose - and no apology)

Great food, lovely service and used the Meerkats 2 for 1 for the first time. No need to book, just rock up. Excellent value for money.

The food was amazing! I had sea bass with pizza fries and it was really delicious. Very friendly and polite staff.

The food is always good and you get great value/service during the week however service isn't quick enough during weekends. Management needs to invest in more qualified waiters/waitresses for the weekend only. Staffs are generally helpful and friendly, clean and nice location. This is also afamily friendly restaurant. Apart from home cottage and this there's not much more in Redhill at present when it comes to fine dining.
