Recalled by the name and the excellent reviews we decided to be Italians on holiday and our expectations were rewarded! Excellent pizza, generous portions, kindness and professionalism... pussy is always a certainty!

A Cena es un restaurante maravilloso que recomendaría encarecidamente. Mi marido y yo comimos allí la semana pasada cuando estuvimos de vacaciones en la zona y disfrutamos de una deliciosa comida de gambas mariposa ajos para empezar, después de lo cual tuve la lubina súper sabrosa con verduras sabrosas y patatas salteadas y mi marido tenía una excelente costilla - filete de ojos que era semi asado y muy tierno. El postre de merengue de frambuesa complementó los platos anteriores. Además de la comida de primera clase, el servicio y el ambiente era perfecto. Estamos tristes de vivir a cientos de kilómetros de distancia. Esperamos que lo volveremos a visitar pronto!

Well it's been about 10 years since we ate at 500. The same warm welcome and friendly staff . A smaller menu but the food is very good. There's a good wine list too. All very reasonably priced.

I've been a patron of Carluccio's for several years now and in all that time it's been consistently high quality in terms of the standard of food and drinks that it offers, and the wonderfully engaging staff who work there. All of which serves to make it one of the top tier restaurants in Beverley. Open from 8 til late, you're assured of a lovely welcome whether it's a quick coffee to launch into the day, or a more leisurely meal with friends and family. Though as a lone diner, I've been invited to join people for a coffee or a drink sveral times now. A testament to the type of clientele that Carluccio's attracts. They often have great deals on for food, and regular guests are given a 'bounce-back' which is discount off the bill. And they never complain when I spend ages writing in there! A great venue that's very easy to love.

En primer lugar me gustaría decir que metí la pata en la reserva. Pensé que había reservado la mesa para las 7: 30 y en realidad reservó la mesa para 7 por error. Apareciendo a las 7. 20 no era ideal y honestamente pensé que la mesa se había ido, El personal era fantástico y muy servicial y se las arregló para conseguir una mesa un poco más tarde. Muy agradecidos por eso, ya que el partido de fútbol también estaba en marcha y se precipitaron. La espera valió la pena ya que la comida era increíble 👏 El personal era fantástico y muy amable. No puedo agradecerte lo suficiente por hacer que sea una noche especial. Sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes italianos de la ciudad. Muy recomendable. Sin duda volveremos en un futuro próximo bajo el tiempo de reserva correcto 😂 Gracias ☺️

Order couple of pizzas for work colleagues. Arrived very quickly and everyone absolutely loved it!

Very disappointed. Scoozi in Ormskirk was closed (wouldn’t let us order online and opening times on their website were updated), so ordered online at the Aintree one for collection instead as their opening hours said they were open today, let me place my order online and pay with Apple Pay. Turned up to collect my order and it was closed!!

Very disappointed with the tomato garlic bread … all crust and no tomato and very little garlic . Clearly cutting back on product as have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and this bread is always the family favourite . Chicken Kiev was dry calamari was very chewy and sauce was without substance , real shame .
