The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Italian food

Really poor food and over priced in my opinion. Got barely any chips and pizza was so undercooked and soft I had to air fry a couple slices at a time just to eat it. Will never order here again. This is your business?… you really should do better.

I loved the dish I ordered, it was really good, but the service wasn't that great. The person serving me seemed like he was in a hurry for me to finish and leave. Excellent food, terrible service.

Stopped off in Keswick for the evening. Booked online and the reviews didn’t disappoint. Lovely people serving excellent food with a warm atmosphere across the restaurant. Highly recommended, very tasty and the deserts menu is a must! 10 out of 10, will visit again!

Went here for my grad dinner and it was quite a lovely meal. The truffle fries really stood out!

The manager in lucia Wine Bar was very attentive and very professional. Food was very delicious and presentation was extremely good..if you want to dine with your family Lucia is the best restaurant to go.. highly recommended

Booked for Easter Sunday lunch 17 of us. The staff were amazing, then came the food. Delicious I had chicken and my partner had lamb all was cooked to perfection. Don’t get me started on how yummy the cauliflower cheese is. Thank you for making our friends catch up perfect. Will be returning soon to sample the Asparagus menu. Simply Italian is very aptly named. The food is delicious & affordable. The carafes of wine are a lovely touch. We had lobster 🦞 ravioli and goats cheese pizza.

I ordered a pizza that wasn’t quite to my taste, and although I didn’t say anything, the staff noticed and checked in with me. When I told them, they were incredibly understanding—took it off the bill and even gave me a complimentary carbonara, which was delicious! The service was thoughtful and genuinely caring, which is why I’m giving five stars.

Friendly staff who make you feel right at home, and food that hits all the right notes—fresh, flavorful, and seriously satisfying. Will definitely be coming back soon.
