Great pizza, good serving, pasta is alright, but not great. Cozy atmosphere, can recommend.

Pizza parlour that's bang average. Doughballs were lousy and pizza was just ok. I won't be bothering again.

Used to be one of my favourite places to eat but I ordered last week and got food poisoning, today I found a hair in my food.

Seriously awful attitude on some of the staff, especially a female with blonde hair who had an awful attitude, called ahead to ensure I could get served and dine in, This was atleast 20 minutes until closing, I was told over the phone "we will serve up until 11pm" I was asked If I was to sit down could I "hurry up and order" and was told "go on then sit down" like I was a huge inconvenience. Then "well if you don't finish will you be alright to take it away" Despite being seated,it took 13 minutes for a member of staff to come and take my order, despite saying I already knew what I wanted The food looks amazing, BUT I was not the only customer who was being rushed Food looks fantastic but the customer service leaves an awful lot to be desired, if the shambolic service can be sorted this place would be excellent!!

La base es perfecta y sabores realmente encantadores y tan frescos. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente para las familias. No tienen un menú específico para niños, pero hicieron pizzas de tamaño infantil, así que fue perfecto.

Beautiful gluten free pizza, freshly made - no frozen pre-made bases! A lovely welcoming atmosphere and great service.

The BEST gluten free pizza with freshly made pizza dough. Absolutely delicious. Lovely friendly, helpful staff, quick service, great environment, the list goes on. What a fantastic experience to end our trip to Liverpool. If this establishment was in my home town - I would be there every week. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Went here for my grad dinner and it was quite a lovely meal. The truffle fries really stood out!

I used this restaurant on my trip to Liverpool. The music was loud and loud at all the restaurants, but this one had a very cheerful male staff, good beer, food, and a great atmosphere.I ordered a Caesar salad, and that alone was enough to fill me up. He also gave us beer recommendations. It was comfortable. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the toilet, which was the only problem, so the atmosphere was negative.

The pizzas are very good. Huge portion sizes and they taste great too. Authentic looking and authentic taste. Proper pizzas. The orechietti pasta was a simple, delicious affair, nothing too complicated. Gets a bit noisy for a conversation but otherwise great.

Our family really do like coming here. My daughter is coeliac and they always make her a gluten free pizza and chips! When we come over to Liverpool we have our tea here and come back the next day for lunch 🥰

nice place to grab a pizza, busy but nice.. service was ok, just a shame the delivery drivers keep standing in the doorway with the door open in winter.. did ask the staff to close the door but ended up getting up and asking the delivery drivers to close the door myself...

I don’t normally, write bad reviews but Crust used to be one of my favourite places on bold St, and when me and my partner visited a couple of weeks ago, it seems different the food wasn’t as good the starter we had was p prawns on bruschetta, it wasn’t that nice and it was £10 it wasn’t worth that. I also had a mojito that was £10 and I wouldn’t have got it if it was that much. The pizza was quite nice. I certainly won’t be returning for a long time.

Los que tenían pasta estaban satisfechos con sus comidas, pero las hamburguesas eran grises y parecían haber sido hervidas o cocinadas en el microondas en lugar de asadas a la parrilla. Parecía que ponían una salsa tipo carbonara en la hamburguesa lo que hacía que supiera raro. El servicio era un poco lento y no particularmente personal.

One of the best pizza places in Liverpool! The food taste is a 10/10, and the prices are all right. It gets very busy, which is why sometimes it takes longer for the food to be ready, but if you are a patient person you should definitely visit Crust.

We were made to feel very welcome & all the staff were great with our young children. The pizzas came bigger than the plates. There’s no specific children’s menu but several of the pizzas and pasta dishes are made smaller for about £7 for children. The kids pizzas weren’t much smaller than the adults and we needed a take-a-way box to bring it home to finish the next day. It no wonder they won 2024 Best Pizza in the UK at the Italian Awards.

This place is really a dead place , very careless management, after paying 6 pounds for car park for 2 hours to have a meal in this place with my family and grandma, then we waited over 1 hour for our food , only to speak to someone and they said that they are just getting to know about our order now , I’ve been before and this is our second time but never ever will be again… time wasters

Went here twice during stay in Liverpool. First time got pizza which was lovely. More disappointed second time when tried carbonara. Was quite bland unfortunately.

The best of the best in Liverpool. Not just for the food. Manager of the restaurant treated us like vip guests when we returned second time. He treated us with appetizers every time while we waited for the main course, each waiter greeted us, chitchated, us we are theirs :) All guests feel very welcome and the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is so good that we didnt explore new restaurants but returned to Crust our entire stay in Liverpool. +10 stars for sure. Hugest recommendation ❤️

Really amazing proper Italian style pizza. Really tasty gluten free pizza (in pic) and some nice mocktails made by Kit! Bit loud but it was a Saturday night. Lovely date night with the partner and will likely bring the parents sometime. Definitely going to try their takeaway for a great GF pizza and pasta! Very very tasty truffle and parmesan fries

Brilliant pizza and a very good range to choose from. I had the Pizza Straccetti which was lovely, the filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Nice atmosphere and good service. It's also still serving quite late which is a real bonus.

Living in France and on vacation in Liverpool with my girlfriend, we discovered this restaurant by chance and we loved it! We were particularly well received by the staff who were warm and attentive. We had a pizza and a plate of pasta which were delicious and plentiful. We recommend this place 100% if you want to eat good Italian food for cheap. 👍

Questa sera abbiamo provato con la pizza Da crust è stata una piacevole delusione. Il menu rispecchia fedelmente i “must have” delle pizzerie veraci italiane (con alcune eccezioni come la “piccante”), così come gli ingredienti, la cottura e l’impasto. Ottima anche l’offerta e l’attenzione al gluten free, con cottura in forno dedicato. Purtroppo, come il preambolo, sembrava proprio di essere in Italia. Good job guys! Buona fortuna!

Bread of the pizza is good. The carbonara is lightly flavored. I love the lasagna more. The sweetness of the tomatoes was there.

Went on Sunday afternoon without booking, we were gladly served. The pizzas were amazing and fresh. Our service was very friendly with us and we watched her being the same with everyone else, while singing all the time :D Sorry forgot her name though! Walked in, was seated promptly and ordered two pizzas for takeaway. After 40 minutes of waiting (trying to be understanding that it was busy) I asked a member of staff if they could check on our food, moments later they arrived at our table, cold and the girl who brought them didn’t say anything, just put them down and walked away. Must have been sat on the side for a good 15 minutes, bitterly disappointed by what is advertised as one of the best places in the centre.

went for food and took a while to be served. others came in after us and got seen before. food was lovely until my vegetarian friend who got a margarita pizza took a bite and found ham in the pizza. manager asked if it was ham from my other friend's carbonara which was upsetting to hear as my friend literally had the ham in her mouth and had to spit it out. will not be coming here again.

I quite enjoyed the clazone and desert and the atmosphere was quite nice. Overall the stay was amazing especially due to Nadias incredible day and really made the day for us.

Cozy restaurant, clean and with nice decoration, very friendly and professional staff, food and desserts with very good flavor and well presented, (we did not try the pizzas, but they had a good image), to put something negative, we thought the volume was a little high of background music, which makes customers speak louder and creates a volume in the atmosphere that is somewhat annoying for a restaurant, but ultimately how important the food and service are, excellent. PS: Thanks to the entire team.

Exceptionally good pizza (I had the gluten free) and incredible service! For anyone with allergies, they have a great menu. For regular folks, their menu is extensive and delicious! The food is incredible and Nadia, my server, was the loveliest and kindest soul! She set the mood of the room, floated between tables, and chatted with everyone. I highly recommend stopping by!

Tried it for the first time last night and it was amazing. The dough has some kind of crack in it that I’m sure keeps you coming back. It was so good! Service was great too. Will be back! I had the garlic bread, Caesar salad and my husband had the gnocchi and shared garlic bread.

Popped in mid-shopping with wife for a bit of lunch. Delicious steak pizza wrap and chips with cheese and pancetta were genuinely amazing. Great service and a good vibe. Looking forward to coming back soon

Very impressed by the fresh, gluten free pizza bases. I had a margarita with added ham and pineapple. Plenty of toppings came on the pizza as you pay extra for them which is great. My only problem was the pizza sauce on the gluten free bases was very thin and didn't taste of much making the base itself quite soggy. It was very tasty but a bit of a let down. Service was friendly but not the quickest however, we visited on a Friday night so nothing untoward. I would visit again but choose my pizza wisely.

Pizzas are really very very good and great value (especially before 5pm as half price) and I found the staff really friendly. Recommend A++

Waiting 3 hours for cold pizza via deliveroo. Why?

Ordered online at 6pm. 3 pizzas arrived after well over and hour. All cold. Three more pizzas arrived after nearly 3 hours. Stone cold. Absolutely awful and this should be refined. Tried to phone. They did not pick up. emailed. No reply. I’ve eaten in which was great. Delivery is dreadful. If they can’t fulfil the orders then they shouldn’t take them. They might say it wasn’t them it was Deliveroo which is not going to cut it.

My friend and had a fantastic meal and would highly recommend it.
