Sandwiches were Soo thinly spread you couldn't see or taste what was actually on them! Egg? Cheese? Who knows!! Embarrassing! Parma ham bruschetta bites were extremely chewy! Good job the view and cakes made up for it

My experience was terrible, staff were so rude when we entered. Not really acknowledged, the lady said ‘where am I putting them’ sounded very unwelcoming and rude asif we were a hassle to the staff! The lady then proceeded to walk off not telling us to follow her to the table. Absolute lack of manners! I’ve visited before and never had bad service from here so I’m very disappointed! We had afternoon tea the afternoon tea came before our ordered drinks. We weren’t offered our cup of tea that was included in the price we had to ask for this. The tea arrived with no mention of milk or sugar. The waiter was not checking in on us regularly at all meaning we had to go up to the bar and ask for this! We had someone ordering from the tapas menu. The lady didn’t even ask to take her order we had to ask for them to come over once our afternoon tea arrived for the rest of the group! Meaning we had to eat at different times. Overall such bad service, very unwelcoming and rude staff. Overpriced for such a poor service!

Brought my 80 year old mum here for her mother's day treat. Mum was gutted that Gino wasn't there but had an amazing afternoon tea and staff were so lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and look forward to going again thanks you x

Came for drinks with my partner, they created a new cocktail especially for my partner (chocolate orange espresso) really enjoyed it, staff were lovely and atmosphere was great

Went here with my girlfriend on a Saturday night after booking our table in advance for 9.15. The main selling point for us was the promise of 360 degree views of Liverpool. Unfortunately, we were sat at what I can only describe as the worst seat in the house as the chairs were so low down it felt like we were sitting on the floor, not to mention that fact that we were sat in the middle of the floor space and not next to a window. The only views we could see were that other people sitting by the windows enjoying the cityscape. As soon as we were seated we asked our waiter if we could sit somewhere else and were told no. We then proceeded to stay for 50 minutes watching multiple window tables remain unoccupied the whole time before we left. The music was also way too loud. We were sat across from each other on a small round table and had to pull our chairs next to each other to be able to have a conversation without shouting as a speaker situated directly above us blared incessant house music. The younger blond woman who greeted us at the restaurant host stand was very welcoming but apart from her the service was average, certainly not deserving of the automatic 10% gratuity that is added to your cheque. The man in the bar who checks ID's (what I can only describe as the bouncer) was not welcoming towards us and even after checking our ID's continued to give me weird looks from across the room and when he walked past. My girlfriend enjoyed her cocktail but mine was average, although this is personal preference. Overall a disappointing experience which could've been a lot better with simple adjustments.

The bar has great potential but is let down by poor service. We went for dinner and drinks, great atmosphere and views and the bar is nicely laid out. Although it is a mix of hightop chair and low couch seating so I doubt would be very accessible for people with mobility issues. Our food and drink orders were taken shortly after arrival, food arrived hot and was pretty good. Unfortunately we were then ignored for nearly 2 hours, was very disappointed as we wanted more drinks and desserts but were just left with empties and couldn't flag down any staff. There is a mandatory service charge on the bill at the end (if you can find a server to get you a bill, good luck) which is cheeky as little to no service actually provided.

The sky bar was great, the food in the restaurant, wasn't good apart from the wife's but mine wasn't good at all, had to send it back twice, first time wrong pizza, second time around, it was flooded with purée, ask for extra cheese, not extra purée , in a nutshell tomato soup on bread, it just needed a Straw, extremely disappointed with the food, sky bar made up for it with a couple of free drinks, manager very understanding., this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant and they can't even get a pizza right won't be going again, if only Gino new

Just had the most amazing time at the sky bar in Liverpool. I made a mistake with the booking at first and was a bit disappointed I wouldn't get the afternoon tea I was looking forward to having with my godmother who came all the way from Brazil. We were served by Niko who was able to accommodate us and we ended up getting the afternoon tea which was absolutely delicious. Not to mention the beautiful view from the city. All staff were super friendly and polite, I would definitely come back again!

Really snazzy and far too sophisticated for a scruffy old git like me. I even had my first ever cocktail here! The staff are stylish and friendly. The prices are certainly not eye watering. As you can see from my photos the view is memorable! Loved this place. Bravo Gino! Highly recommended!👍

Great food , met on arrival by a stressed out employee, manager made excuses for her unacceptable hospitality which I found unprofessional, that aside views , food , and location was stunning. However she would be the reason we wouldn’t return

I recently dined at 360 sky bar was disappointed by the manager's unhelpful behaviour. Despite requesting a table change and receiving the wrong drinks, the manager was dismissive and failed to address our concerns even though the table just beside us was empty and was not reserved by any one. Rather than remaking the drinks, they served the same incorrect ones, displaying a lack of customer focus. A more attentive and customer-friendly approach is needed for an enjoyable dining experience. Had incredible experiences here before but never expected this could happen. Managers in-charge were Fedrigo and Nicco

Beautiful food, highly recommended the afternoon tea!! Happily made my mum (who doesn't like salmon) something different with no hassle. Everything was freshly made you could see it being prepared, happily refilled tea pot with hot water. I would go back! 😍 feels so luxurious.

I live local so I use the bar as my local! 1 reason Tia and her staff behind the bar! The staff are fantastic make you feel immediately like good friends. Behind every good team is a good leader and Tia is amazing and when you see putting the graft in at closing time! Great bar to drink in!

Cocktails at the sky bar - November 18th 2023 Visited the sky bar for cocktails to celebrate my retirement. We were greeted by Eleni and shown to our table, she was so pleasant and welcoming. We were given menus and served quickly by the very nice waiter. A number of waiters and a waitress checked that we were ok and whether we needed anything. Eleni returned a number of times to check we were ok, she was constantly smiling and so attentive, not just to me and my husband but with everyone. I cannot praise Eleni and the other staff enough, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and were made to feel special- we will definitely return.

Wanted to go to a rooftop bar in Liverpool and randomly ended up here. It was perfect. Nice, cozy atmosphere, great views and "If my grandmother had wheels" is genuinely the best cocktail I've ever had. ❤️

Views are unreal! Pints are £6.25 which is absolutely fine for the setting, and you also get speedy table service. Avoid the Morretti on draught. This is the second time I've had it there, and it's been flat. Just not enough gas! Stick to bottles. I commented to the waiter about it, and he recommended another lager, which was slightly better but again not crisp enough. Excellent place to visit! Book to avoid disappointment, but your passing on the fly, you can ask at the restaurant reception desk and if there is space they will take you up in the elevator. My favourite place for a drink in Liverpool 😁

Booked a table for some food and drinks , it was like they didn't want us to eat there , we had a drink and left , the music was extremely loud we couldn't talk at all, even the waitress commented on it

Visited in March this year for afternoon tea and my wife and I had a lovely time , both with the food and the service Returned this week with the wife for afternoon tea a birthday present from my daughter. We were shown to our seats and waited in anticipation for this wonderful afternoon tea , It came looked really nice until we were informed “ no cream for your scones sorry but we’ve given you more butter “ Below the restaurant there are local supermarkets which probably would have sold some sort of cream , but this may have been an oversight by the restaurant management Unfortunately we won’t be returning. Some may feel this is a simple mistake that could be overlooked But until I see afternoon tea on a menu , which doesn’t includ cream i stand by my comments

Very nice place for a drink while watching the city of Liverpool.

Booked in at the 360 bar for my wife’s birthday meal. We arrived at 19:15 in the 360 bar to be advised we would need to leave at 20:00 as we had 2 of our children with us, 14 & 17. Frustrating but understandable. They kindly moved our reservation to 20:00 in the main restaurant. All well and good we thought so had a lovely drink in the bar and made our way downstairs to the restaurant. Only to be told the booking had not been transferred! The restaurant front of house said there was no table ready and they could arrange one within 10 minutes. So far, we’re fast approaching 20:30, we still haven’t got a table! Not the greatest way to celebrate a birthday! Communication should be far better than this in a restaurant of this quality. Luckily we are staying at the Meliá hotel so we don’t have far to travel. I have awarded 2 stars due to the hope that we have a pleasant time when seated.

The Bar has great potential, but it's let down by the slow Service and poor seating arrangements 🫤. The Bar has a nice feel about it and has great views. It could do with adjusting the Tables to make the most of the views...perhaps adding more Tables that are longer, seating more people, rather than the existing low Tables that sit just 2 people (that are too spaced out)? Drinks are good and reasonably priced, if you can actually get one 🫤! You have wait ages to try to get the attention of the staff, it isn't busy, but they just don't seem to be very fast at providing drinks👎💤💤 Would I go again..? I might do, but it needs to 'up it's game'

Definitely worth a visit while in Liverpool The view is incredible, you can see all parts of the city A good cocktail list and the taste will not disappoint If you want to visit on a Friday or Saturday evening, you should book a table

The food was okay. Was dissapointed with the baby roast potatoes which were very difficult to eat as they were hard and mashed a bit too much. I really like Gino's recipes and he does a great job with the baby potatoes that he has on the several television programmes. I wish the restaurant could take a cue from the many recipes that he reveals. The slow cooked beef was good and the prawn linguine was not too bad.

Got a bright sunny day so could see for miles. Nice way to spend an afternoon, nice Chiccetti menu…. Basically small plates/ tapas style

Been a few times and when it's warm it's amazing to sit outside and watch the view with a cocktail or two, food is amazing highly recommend the afternoon tea, and staff are lovely and helpful, place is very clean and stunning views.

I went for lunch today with five friends. The view is spectacular and the food was delicious. But the star of the show was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and accommodating and welcoming First class. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

Ok ...but a bit you expensive ..Well I paid for 3 bottles...but cocktails was better.. For food - not sure if I will return for food..if so will be the beef ( itcwas tender and nice flavour- congratulations.. Very expensive nigth ..over £450.00 . But I did enjoy the nigth. Tks for all good customer services. P.S.- I will not put paper napkins...a such nice place like that should have a netter napkins- better quality or different ones.. X tks

Great views, good cocktails and surprisingly tasty food. Service a little slow, but not an issue as it fits the relaxed atmosphere in the middle of the afternoon.

Back for the second time. Fantastic views. The outdoor terrace is a particular highlight. High quality drinks selection at a reasonable price.

Food was good but service was shocking. Even with a booking it took 40 Minutes to be seated, cocktails watered down and when a waitress dropped a glass on the floor it shattered whilst bouncing, landed in my partner’s hand bag and on the table. I understand accidents happen but The manager and waitress didn’t apologise or even acknowledge it had happened. Walked away. Need a swap of floor staff and management as they seem to argue with each other a lot whilst working which wasn’t professional either.

2nd time visited here in 3 months. First experience was very positive however the venue needs to decide who it wants to cater for as there was a distinct change this time around. If you're north of 30, then you might question where you've arrived. The volume off the DJ music was horrendously loud. You'd have thought you'd entered a London nightclub! The lady on reception was first class, very apologetic and whilst said feedback was important, and that she'd mentioned to the DJ to turn it down ever so slightly, there was no movement from him. Clearly didn't take kindly to the observation. We had a table seating area, had guests over from Italy, and couldn't hear each other talk. A complete no therefore from us all. We didn't stay beyond the one drink. This is supposed to be a high end cocktail bar all about the 'experience'. If I wanted club music I'd have gone to one. Lesson learnt 😌

The experience at sky bar is exceptional. The restaurant is beautifully laid out, the tall large glass windows with the bird’s eye of the city is truly exceptional. The staff are polite and courteous. Do try the Tiramisu there, it needs a special mention, it was supremely well done. The food and amped up cocktails marry very well with the ambience and the vibe of the whole place. Me and my husband had a memorable experience there on our first wedding anniversary.

I booked Afternoon Tea in the Sky bar yesterday. From initially dealing with the maître d' Alina who was brilliant and finalising the booking, to our server Slywia who was delightful. Pleasant and attentive for the whole time we were there,nothing was too much trouble for her. It was a treat for my mother's birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The place it is lovely. You can see the whole city and even pop out onto the balcony to see across to the wirral. The price was reasonable for Afternoon Tea. We were full when we left. I loved the blind scones! I will be back !

Very bad experience and service. Booked a table in advance. Waited 40 minutes for someone to take our order, had to get up and ask staff twice to come to take it. Finally half our drinks arrived, the other half we had to get up again and ask for - they arrived 15 minutes later. No apology from staff. On way to toilet I saw all 4 staff members on shift taking a shot together. We got some money off our bill after complaining. Avoid - much nicer sky bar available in Liverpool.

The views are great but the service is shocking. Visited the bar twice during our stay at the hotel both times it took 30mins+ for two drinks. The second time it took so long we got up and left, just to be chased out the bar by a waiter accusing us of not paying for drinks we haven't even had. He then said they were ready so we sat back down, asked for the bill just to be charged for 4 drinks when we only had two. It was all resolved in the end by another waiter but really the service was appalling. I'm sure there are other roof tops in Liverpool with much better staff.

I can't review the food as the service was poor we left. The bar itself has some beautiful views of the city, but it's all it's got.

The cocktails are good but the staff is rude. They complained because one person in the group was wearing a hat, when there were people in jeans and t-shirts. Having removed the hat they still showed rudeness, so much so that we were leaving and wanted to go around and see the view (it's a 360 degree bar for what else?) and the second waiter told us "the exit It's here please." The total ride took 1 and a half minutes! Let me start by saying that we were dressed very well, shirts for men and dresses or long skirts for women, but in any case a priori this is not the way to treat people. A little humility is much more elegant than a fake dress code that only applies to some people.

It's Ginos half way up a hi rise. Views are good but the quality depends on which table you get !! It's a good option for informal eating but probably more suited to having a drink and then eating. Becomes an expensive option if you want to feel fed :) :) If you are into rewards you need a new App and start collecting separately to the Di Campo card.

Afternoon tea in the Sky Bar feels like a special treat with the amazing views over Liverpool. The staff were all very welcoming and available. Gerry was especially attentive and offered great service. Sudi made me a birthday Mocktail, not too sweet and delicious. The decor and atmosphere is First class. I will definitely go back!

There was a lot of sky and there was a bar. What a marvellous place to enjoy a drink, some great food and a beautiful scenery of Liverpool. The service was great and everything was top quality. I cannot wait to go back!

My daughter gave my mum and I a voucher for high tea at Gino's sky bar. I couldn't get a date within the time frame of my voucher due to other commitments. The staff were so helpful and extended the expiry dare by a week. I was impressed with the food, the atmosphere and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. My mum is nearly 84 and was treated so kindly. I loved the space and decor, and had a very enjoyable relaxing afternoon. Thank you

Booked a table for 2 to celebrate a birthday. We were shoved in the corner on the east side, and when I asked to move to an empty table on the west side to watch the sunset we were told no because it was "booked", even though I had no choice of table when I booked myself. Other tables were waited on, however no one came to our table the whole time we were there so I had to go to the bar myself. I was stood waiting at a relatively quiet bar for at least 15 minutes before I was served by the staff who didn't seem bothered by my presence. In total we were there 40 minutes before we had a drink in hand and they had the audacity to add a 10% gratuity to the 2 drinks I had to order and take back to the table myself. There was a DJ on at the bar playing music far too loud, to the point where you had to shout just to have a conversation. There were no rules for dress code, so whilst we arrived well dressed as you would expect for this kind of establishment, there were other people sat in shorts and a t-shirt which really brought down the level of class. Interestingly there was the option to select "birthday" for the occasion when booking, although I'm not sure what the point was since there was no mention of it when we were there. Very disappointing because this place has the potential to be really elegant and classy and I would happily have spent a lot of money here, but frankly the atmosphere and poor service ruined the occasion and we couldn't wait to leave.

Fantastic views and the food was impeccable. Had the afternoon tea and the spread selection was the best choice from the other restaurants I had looked at . There was a bit of confusion with the bill but has been sorted.

I went to the skybar for Eurovision finals. Me and my friends was really looking forward to a nice evening… unfortunately it was the worst Eurovision party I’ve ever encountered. Their was 0 preparation throughout the whole thing… not once could I hear the TV as it wasn’t connected to the speakers so I had missed the whole show. I could have watched it in my living room and had a better time. This was false advertising as it says on the website 360 view… yet their was only one window behind us and a smaller one to the right… we tried to go to the bar but the barman sent us back and said “it’s table service only”. when the Eurovision finals started they had to shut the blinds and close the curtains. The TV was buffering constantly and the graphics was blurry as well as not being able to hear a thing. It started off with a busy room and not even half hour into the finals the room became empty as most people left the party appalled with the lack of preparation for guests who have payed £40 each for a ticket. We was put on dining room chairs lined up in a row with the smallest side table known to man. We all waited a year to watch this as it was the first time in history that Eurovision had been to Liverpool and it was completely ruined. I felt really sorry for the staff as the staff was made to look like idiots because whoever planned this awful party had no preparation in mind. Thanks for ruining all of our evening.

Having visited 360 on four previous occasions I was so surprised and disappointed by the service yesterday. Small plates, as usual was so delicious, cocktails and wine were delicious too. Sadly front of house was lack lustre. Service was slow, we waited 20mins for drink order to be taken and repeatedly had to chase for service. After food, we were evicted along with other guests to accommodate set up of an evening event and were given no opportunity to order desert or coffee. Along with the other guests we were told go downstairs to queue at the bar should we want a further drink. NOT what we’ve come to expect from front of house, our waiting staff were doing their upmost but front of house were surly and disinterested 🤷‍♀️

From our first encounter not a good experience, when we booked the table earlier in the day and told the waitress it was part of the hotel package, we had a cold response and we were looked down on as steerage class. Restaurant and hotel are separate franchises, apparently paying for half board with the hotel is not favoured by the restaurant. Service shocking, quiet Sunday night only 5 covers however waitress was very slow serving. Apathetic attitude to customers, ignored us when we asked for a pudding menu, intially said she would find one then she went off to set up empty tables for breakfast serving. By the time she came back kitchen was closed and we were unable to order. Staying at the hotel so ended up buying dessert in Tesco next door. Waitress similarly ignored the couple sitting next to us, she gave them a menu then disappeared coming back later only to tell them if they didn't hurry up and order, they wouldn't be able to as the kitchen was closing. Huge restaurant beautifully decorated, however we felt like little birds in the wild looking for food. With regard to food the starters (arancini) was very tasty. Both mains portion were extremely small, not worth writing about, not memorable other than they very overpriced. Totally dissatisfied experience. The service we received at the hotel itself was completely different, warm smiles, helpful and great customer service. Gino D',Acampo we will never comeback.

Gino D'Acampo Sky Bar 360 is an exquisite establishment, offering an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. The food presentation is simply amazing, and the cocktails are, by far, the best I've ever tasted. The décor of the Sky Bar is exquisite, with breathtaking views of the city through its windows. My fiancée and I were truly impressed by this venue.

All staff from entering to leaving were fantastic, great welcome and service, attention good but not overpowering. Celebrating a birthday and received a complimentary prosecco, nice touch. The a/tea was great and plentiful and the view fantastic 360°. Definitely recommend.
