I visit rue quite a bit and it’s quite central to meet friends after work or at lunchtime . However , there are plenty of businesses who put customers first and value their feedback for improvement. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM! If you value good manners, quality and respect from ownership I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere . Until the owner learns that customers are the foundation of success this place will continue to suffer from its poor reputation. Hope you take this on board Mr McElroy !

Was looking forward to the spicy pasta used to be lovely here not anymore..sauce was far to peppery! Also my son got chicken goujans and they were that hard couldn't even break them apart. Bar man was rubbing his face constantly while pouring drinks I couldn't even drink mines thinking his beard hair or skin could be in it. Got 2 desserts they were lovely.

We ate hear at the Titanic museum and were not disappointed. For a museum the food was better than expected. The long line will move fast.

Airfield is an amazing venue but Overends is consistently shambolic. Frequently runs out of food, tables remain uncleared for ages and queues take forever; loads of staff doing as little as possible, bewilderingly badly run. Avoid.

S D Bells nunca decepciona. Tuve el desayuno perfecto de papilla recién cocinada con fruta fresca y un chorrito de miel. También tomé un capuchino. Delicioso y todo servido por personal amable y alegre. ¥Gracias!

The restaurant was almost empty, just one other table. They took our drinks order, then nothing came. After reminding the waiter our two ciders arrived in cans, no 'can I open it for you?' nothing. The food came on time, but the starters plates just sat there whilst two waiters stacked plates next to us. So I had to ask the young man to clear the plates, the starter plates having been joined by the mains plates. The scallop was ok, the lamb roast was good, but the vegetables were over salty. All in all very disappointing, our third visit and nothing like the Rabbit we knew. Sad.

I had lunch here with my two adult daughters. Food lovely and portion sizes good. I had a starter size chicken strips with Napa salad with chips as a main course. Very tasty and enough for a lunch. One daughter had a caesar salad with chicken while the other daughter had another chicken dish. Very large main courses. Good range of dessertes - bannoffee tart and sticky toffee pudding were our choices. Friendly service

We are local, members of Killyhevlin Spa, have eaten here quite often but not as much recently. Had a lovely meal and good service New Year’s Eve even though we hadn’t a table booked. New system of “wait to be seated” is poor or worse, since introduced there is rarely anyone there and staff move about and are visible in food area but don’t come to customers, this evening there were 4 customers waiting but we were all left 5-7 minutes while only few customers in food area. Staff member who has worked here for at least 2/3 years came to us, no eye contact or welcome, just walked us to booth area away from main dining area, as only few people eating I said we only be 45 minutes-1 hour and could be get table in main bar area, it was only 5 pm, she said all tables were set & booked for dinner. Carol (Manager) was speaking to customers and busy so I didn’t want to annoy her but I’m confident she would have sorted us. We left and went to another hotel close by where we got a superb service and excellent food. The staff member wasn’t concerned or cared we left. Obviously Killyhevlin procedure is to reserve tables at 4/5 pm regardless of booking time???, no common sense to get more business or retain existing customers. While I rate Carol and Mo (both Managers) very highly Senior Management need to look at the overall processes especially “wait to be seated” and “reserving tables”.

Having heard rave reviews about the Sunday Cavery we were all very excited but to say we were underwhelmed would be an understatement. Starters what was left of them, was very basic. Soup was watery and tasteless. The mains was ok nothing special and the majority of the desserts were shop bought. Definitely wouldn't be rushing back and nor would I recommend.
