Service was fine a place to sit and relax before getting flight home. The food on menu great choices and the portions are big.

Excellent breakfast here. We enjoyed bacon sandwiches which were very generous on the bacon in soft white bread. Very quick service, well done guys 👏

Stopped in here and only had around half an hour to wait for my flight, was worried I wouldn’t have time to eat but it was no problem at all. I was able to get a good breakfast and a drink and was done well before my flight was called. The staff were friendly, the service was quick. Would happily stop in again!

Situated in the Departures area of Belfast City Airport (George Best Airport). It is so good to be able to write very positively about an airport restaurant. The Artisan delivered excellent food in a timely manner. We had the cheeseburger, which was, as described, a steak burger, not a processed burger. It was excellent, very tasty and moist. Hubby had the Fishfinger Sandwich. Again, freshly cooked and not processed fishfingers. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter waited at the bar ready to order meals only to be barked at by the young woman behind the bar “can’t you see there’s a queue”. I was sat adjacent at this time and it was fairly evident that there was no queuing system. My meal wasn’t available so I chose again only for the same girl to snigger and say “haven’t got that either” to the man serving. To say her customer service skills left a lot to the imagination is an understatement. This young woman created a bad atmosphere even appearing to stare across the bar on several occasions as my guests ate. Perhaps some more training would benefit her. The gent serving did look genuinely embarrassed and was doing his best. Unfortunately I didn’t eat but my guests enjoyed their salad and chicken.

Drinks from the machine are awful, tasteless and watery. Staff have few customer service skills, all act as though they don’t want to be there. Also evident in how dirty the place is, dirty glasses everywhere and sticky tables. They have a captive audience with being the only bar in the airport.

Sorry, but sticky tables and menus, watery machine coffees (both adorned with a hair for that artisan touch) and an uninspiring bacon sandwich didn’t really hit the mark. Staff friendly, but will stick to the alternatives in future

I had the breakfast sandwich for £9.00....cheapest never seen Pork sausage, bacon and egg ok as was the bloomer. Flatwhite didn't taste like it had two shots but this was OK. Staff pleasant and quick service. Plenty of tables and seats

Wouldn't order the Thai curry with chicken again, for £17.50 you get a tiny bowl with an ice-cream scoop size of rice and 30g of chicken at best. The bowl was the same size as the small plates on the menu. Feel robbed.

The Artisan, in Belfast City Airport is a bright, light space, airside. Plenty of seating options including stools at benches and lounges. The menu offers more that your average airport choices, and the food is really good. Service was also friendly & efficient while prices are what you expect from any airport concession.

This bar / restaurant is located in the departure side of Belfast City Airport with some views to the outside. The prices are reasonable for a departure lounge location. We had scampi and chips which was very good quality. We washed it down with some red wine that was also reasonably priced.

The morning star is a little old pub that we came back to a few times. Staff are friendly and wear traditional bar uniforms. There were a few old men and families in. The only downside was the ladies toilets stank of drains!

Helpful staff in this Belfast institution. DJ was playing great tunes from the 60s and 70s but kept introducing each track which was very old fashioned. The place attracts a certain crowd of pissed up auld dolls later in the evening so we moved on.

Attempted to eat there on Sunday 18/5. Asked nicely if any tables were available only to be met with disdain and scolded in front of seated customers, by a server with unnaturally white teeth. He ordered us to wait by the bar and then left us there despite available seating around.   Appalling way to treat customers so we left.
