The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Irish food

Suraiya was amazing today. I’ve never met a bar staff so friendly and willing to help. Even our fussy child was super happy. 10/10 would recommend

2 adults & 5 kids.1st time. Random visit. usually difficult to find somewhere we all like but the foot was amazing for all of us and we will definitely be back. Girl who served us was lovely. Thank you

We popped in on 4/4/25 for food and some drinks, we was staying nearby and wish we had noticed this place sooner. Food was good with fast service, all staff friendly and welcoming. Cocktails was on 2 for 1 with it been a friday so win win!

Loved it great food and great value for money

Not pram friendly or child friendly!! Very disappointed with the attitude of the owner. Felt like a burden from the moment I came through the door. We had literally just finished our eating our food and the owner walked over and asked could we pay our bill so we could be on our way. I then seen someone I knew so was saying a quick hello and he then shouted over "come on ahead" and nodded his head to the till. This has put me off coming back which is sad because the food is lovely and waiter staff are friendly.

The service was non-existent. There were three of us and we waited an hour for a simple glass of water, despite our repeated requests. Same for our cocktails. Arriving at 7:30 p.m., the first aperitif did not arrive until 9 p.m. without explanation for the very long delay. Few customers so I can't imagine the waiting time with more customers. Dessert finally arrived at 11 p.m.... Although the dishes were good, the disappointing service ruined everything. Very poor value for money, I do not recommend.

Fácil el mejor lugar para la comida. Muy cerca de nuestro hotel. INCREÍBLE empleados bastante educados. Tenía comida lista para 8 en 30 minutos

Had no problem entering this place by an expired BRP (it expired only because they decided to change to E-Visa) until this day THE GUARD WON’t let us in unless we have AN ACTUAL PASSPORT (not even an E-Visa which is a GOVERNMENT-APPROVED DOC???) I used to love this place so much but not again (I went in there just yesterday with the same BRP card as usual but not today? can’t tell if it’s racist or not tbh)

Very good fish & chips, without too much frying and good fish. Their tartar sauce is very good, the fries average. Atmosphere and formal service.

Great friendly staff. Comfy room. Quiet. Good evening meal, had the Daube of Beef - really tasty. Pavlova for dessert, which was so big it came with bits own postcode.

A must stop on the way to Millwall! Good beer and food😉

Food was OK in the restaurant. Nothing mind blowing. Really poor vegetarian selection. Music from the bar is pumped into the restaurant which is unnecessary. Not enough waiting staff which led to poor service. We had to go to the bar ourselves for drinks as it was quicker. Unfortunately it won't be on the top of my list for eating out. A note on the bar. Some creeps as clientele, and some very drunk annoying pests. More vigilant staff on this please.
