Brilliant service with a smile. The ladies are always obliging, smiling and their customer service and cooking skills are impeccable. I’ll be coming back again.

Room was the width of a pool cue, paper thin walls which was stained and dirty. From entering the building you can smell stail cigarettes. Apart from that it was cheap, I'do recommend your own pillow and sleeping bag 👍

Awful place, couldn’t sleep because of poor bed and noise coming from hallways. Thin walls meant i heard the entire hotel urinate throughout the night! Decided sleeping in my car was better than staying here for second night

I booked here for three nights. I spent the first night in room 6, which almost caused me to cancel my stay. I slept very poorly because the bed and mattress were broken. You could feel the metal pocket spring cores on your back, as there was probably no mattress protector here. The bed frame itself was reinforced with a few wooden slats so that you wouldn't feel the sagging dent. The windows were broken and could no longer be closed, so you could hear all the noise from the cars driving past. The blinds were broken and the pull cord was missing. The room was clean, the walls should be painted. If it weren't for the nice cleaning ladies who offered me another room, I would have only given it one star and ended my stay straight away. Everything was fine in room number 2. The mattress had a mattress protector and the window and blinds could be closed. Now a few general comments. The motel is right on a busy street and the walls are thin. In addition, there is always the smell of the frying fat from the kitchen below. The doors squeak and you share the bathroom and toilet with at least four to six other guests. There is a car wash next door, which is why sufficient humidity is ensured in the room. That should be clear to everyone. In room number 2 there was e.g. B. a much better television (smart TV) than in room number 6. In general, the rooms are very tiny and noisy. The WiFi connection is very good in all areas and in the room. Final word – the cleaning ladies saved the rating here. Very nice and helpful. I was even asked for extra coffee or tea in the morning. Big praise for this. Mr. Ash, have the windows and beds checked. If you consider laying pipes for the exhaust air from the kitchen and have the walls repainted, then you have already gained a lot. Ah and you haven't even responded to my email to date.

Got a lovely room with 2 beds (!) and fridge. Could have done with a bedside light though.

This is a useful place to stopover if you want budget accommodation. It’s basic, clean and comfortable rooms are better than to be expected. There is a cafe which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is accessible for the M40 and there are many local convenience stores and larger shops and restaurants in High Wycombe, a 10 minute drive or so. It also has a lorry park and plenty of parking for cars.

It's a cheap little motel in what feels like the middle of nowhere though there are a lot of cars passing by. Clean, comfy, nu fuss. If you wanna just explore the area for 1-2 days and just need a bed I definitely recommend this place. I went here as a female solo traveller over the weekend and have had no issues. To be fair I didn't hang out a lot around the motel as I wanted to enjoy the nature trails. Unless you have the misfortune of bumping into some psycho I'm sure you'll be ok. Some drivers can be a bit unkempt but that doesn't mean they're dangerous in any way. I wish OYO would have mentioned that there would be no staff over the weekend but luckily the owner has their number in the window and is prompt to answer his phone.

Do not book, stay away. Man this place is rough. Came there, no owner, was told my room was 22, coming inside and it's awful, filthy, bed was left ontouched after previous person, rubbish all over the place. This motel feels completely unsafe. Do not stay here

This is what is known as a Truckers Cafe and Motel. We love going there for the Full English Breaksfast now and again. The food is very good and huge portions. The lady serving is friendly and they have excellent controls in place for Coronavirus, and it is now table service only. Although many of the contractors who come in have to be reminded to wear their Face Masks. Definitely worth a visit. Not sure why this is marked as an Irish Restaurant!
