O'Neill's in Wycombe

Great food, friendly staff and Suraiya is the stand out for our recent visit to O’Neils High Wycombe

Regularly come here for a catch-up drink with friends. Great atmosphere for a Thursday night and not too noisy. Can also catch up with sport on the TV. Shout out to Suraiya who is a great barmaid!

The best pub in Wycombe by far. The staff are amazing especially Suraiya, she needs a promotion that lady. Her customer relations is unmatched. Give the lady a pay rise!!!!!

O'neill's High Wycombe bar staff professionalism is top teir. They cater to all and most importantly make you feel welcome everytime. The best part is they support the LGBTQI+ community, hosting the annual pride march each year. Thank you O'neill's.

Have been in the High Wycombe area for a little while and I can confidently say, the staff here are without doubt, the most helpful and lovely staff I have encountered From the charming to Pub manger to the warm and welcoming Suraiya behind the bar. I will be making this my regular for many drinks to come!

Only called in before going to the Swan Theatre. Bar staff were really friendly, polite and professional. The seating is good and informal, which makes for a relaxing time. Outside seating consists of benches with large heated umbrellas, quite rare for a town centre pub.

Looks like they don't know how to pour a Guinness.

If you're you're looking for fine dining, I'd probably choose a restaurant. But if you want a pub that caters for everyone, from good pub food: to sports bar, quiz night, drag night, karaoke, then you're in for a treat. This is the top spot in High Wycombe, well frequented, well liked. They have really good friendly staff, you'll feel welcome. I recommend.

Went to Oneils on a Saturday night and was meet by wonderful doorstaff and friendly staff. Couldn't have made my night any better.

What a great venue with incredible staff who always make you feel welcome. The pub manager, with his lovely tan and teeth, is always so friendly and welcoming, and the bar staff really go above and beyond, even coming outside to check if we’d like table service as it was nice weather. We also attended the Pride event in Wycombe held at O’Neill’s and the team have created an environment where it is so much more than just another pub chain and has a community feel to it with many regulars and familiar faces. On sunny days, the venue even offers front row seats to, but a safe distance from, the outdoor bare-knuckle boxing arena the local wetherspoons boasts so you can enjoy dinner and a show. 10/10 WOULD recommend if you ever find yourself in the glamorous town of High Wycombe.

It is an amazing pub where you can chill, have a good meal and meet up friends or make new ones. The staff is friendly and helpful. Had amazing experience there. The quiz nights are very well organised and I always enjoyed the Friday entertainment.

I really like this pub. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The manager is a good guy. I've eaten a couple of times, each time good food. They have a pool table and a wide mix of live entertainment in the evenings - quizzes, tribute bands, live music, drag queens and karaoke, to name a few. I've taken several visiting friends, and I've met many new friends in this friendly pub.

Came a few weeks ago for my friends birthday, staff were great and really accommodating with my food allergies and found me something safe on the menu and went above and beyond to check all ingredients etc. Matt was super helpful in prior communication to the day and on the day, will definitely come back!

We came in for the Whitney Houston tribute and had a fabulous evening. Matt was so welcoming and reserved us a table. He really goes above and beyond every time we visit to make sure we always have a good night. See you again soon team O'neills!

Turned the heating on when requested and service with a smile ; was told off for seating on a reserved table when empty as loads of chairs; but is it possible to have reserved from what time ? Then the seat can be used all day long!!

Having not been to an O'niell's for a long while as my nearest one closed down. It was really nice to find this one on a day/night out in Wycombe. Very good atmosphere and the staff, I did manage to get her name as it was unique(Suraiya)was happy to serve us and it helps when they enjoy their job like she did, as it makes our experience so much better! Will definitely be back again!
