Best Indian around, food is always delicious, individual taste for each curry, food is always piping hot and ready for collection.

Ordered online and upon collection the restaurant is closed, I’ve attempted to call and no answer, reached out via social media for a refund and I was ignored. There still advertising on Facebook as open as well…

This restaurant has been open since 2001 and we were probably amongst its first customers. Now, 24 years later, it’s still our son’s favourite restaurant and we go there as a family whenever we return to the UK for a visit. This time the menu was a little changed, and the portions a little smaller (everyone is tightening their belts) but the food was excellent. Anyone who eats Indian food regularly can attest that some places can be over-spiced, harsh and clumsy with the chillis, leaving you bloated and with painful aftertaste. Not this place. The food was excellent, tasty and flavoursome. No unfortunate after effects or discomfort, just excellent service and meals.

Pedimos una comida para llevar a las 5: 35 pm en Nochevieja que totalizó £ 80. Nos advirtieron que tardaría 50 minutos en ser entregado. 3 horas después de que pedimos la comida llegó piedra fría y la mayoría de los contenedores se habían derramado y contaminado los otros contenedores de alimentos. Durante nuestra espera de 3 horas llamamos al restaurante para averiguar dónde estaba nuestra comida y nos dijeron que estaban muy ocupados y no tenían suficientes conductores de entrega. Me dijeron en mi última llamada que mi comida estaba lista y que me mantenían caliente esperando a que un conductor me entregara. 30 minutos después de esa llamada la comida se arruinó. Llamé para hablar con un gerente, pero me dijeron que un reembolso no era posible ya que la comida había aparecido, pero un gerente volvería a llamar para discutir. Nadie ha vuelto a llamar. Evitaría este lugar a toda costa. Su servicio es espantoso. £ 80 en comida fría, derramada y no una disculpa u oferta de reembolso. A juzgar por otros comentarios también tienen forma para esto.

Great takeaway for Chinese, food is fresh and cooked in front of you, place is very clean and friendly staff.

We ordered And this is the worst take away I ever hard in my life I can only eat a chicken koma and I no my food this was I frozen curry out of Freezer you can tell by the jelly on the top and my wife got lamb Madras and this was the worst ever and it was the same u can tell it Frozen the chips was cold and not Indian chips and when I called I explained told me that don't care and did not want to no would not come back STAY AWAY HEATH Warning Warning Absolutely disgusting it's the worst food they are not proper Indian Cooks I got photos This puts proper Indian restaurants a bad name this should be shut down so bad please keep your money I am from Newcastle and this is absolutely 💯% disgusting The attitude was absolutely appalling Very disgusting

Have used this takeaway many times over the last few years and not having ordered for some time decided to order on a Tuesday for delivery. Rang at 6.15 pm and told 45 mins to an hour. Started chasing delivery (several times) from 7.30pm onwards and food finally arrived at 7.45 an hour and a half after ordering. Did get an apology from the delivery guy but food was not the standard it used to be and all had to be warmed up. Looks like previous reviews are similar but we did give them a chance. Unfortunately not again and will go elsewhere.

Where do I start ..order at 6pm food arrive hour half later after being told within the hour...did ring to see where the food was and was told it coming .Chicken curry cold no flavour and chips solid .First and last time we will order from them .

Terrible experiencia esta noche. Realizamos una orden de entrega a las 21 : 29 , con una hora estimada de llegada de 22 : 52 . Ahora son las 24: 12 , y todavía no hay señales de nuestra comida. Intentamos llamar dos veces pero no obtuvimos respuesta, solo directamente al buzón de voz. Esto es increíblemente decepcionante, especialmente porque hemos tenido un servicio fantástico y deliciosa comida de chile rojo en el pasado. Después de un largo viaje de 3 horas a Cardiff después del trabajo, estábamos deseando un curry reconfortante. En cambio, nos vamos a la cama con hambre. Una simple llamada telefónica para informarnos que la orden no se pudo cumplir nos habría permitido hacer planes alternativos, pero ahora es demasiado tarde. Mi primera crítica negativa, pero me siento muy decepcionado esta noche. 😞

The establishment advertised 40m delivery on one site and between 35-50m on another. Having made my order, the delivery still hasn't arrived 2 hours later. They postponed the delivery slots and when I called and advised it's taking too long and if it's going to be any longer I just want a refund, they did nothing to help but did cancel the order for me. Abysmal service, having 0 respect for their customers even though they obviously know how busy they are, to still lie about their delivery times. 2 hours feeling hungry to now have to look around again for another order.

Said vegan on the menu - when it arrived it had an egg in it ! Owner started rudely arguing with me when I tried to point this out

Ordered a delivery which was missing a main item. Also delivered a wrong order which I couldn't eat. Called the restaurant and they delivered the missing item but did not deliver the correct meal which they said they would. This is the second time our order as been incorrect. Honestly, it's not rocket science to get a simple order right. As long has they get their money it's ok by the looks of it!
