The best restaurants serving Indian food in South Wales

I've had food from hete for years but recently they are scrimping on every thing meat wise, even salad. All I had yesterday was lettuce snd lemon. Used to love this pace won't be going there again

My curry looks like someone had diareaha in it maybe that's the special thing in the chief special the chicken was also green although I only ordered mango n a butter chicken why would my chicken become green it looks like I'd get sick off one bite had high hopes but well deserved bad review n waste of £40

So we placed an order on Deliveroo but when it came, there were a couple of faulty items. The kebab was a medium and was meant to be a large and there were 4 chicken nuggets instead of 6. The owner/chef who I spoke too was genuinely upset and baffled as to how there were only 4 and I fully believe that they’ve been lost in process which isn’t a problem of the stores really. After the phone call, they sent the whole meal again correct. This meant a lot and you wouldn’t find another place in Cardiff that would do that. Being honest my partner regrets calling up to mention anything because the shop was so nice and the staff were absolutely lovely. The food came piping hot and tasted fantastic both times. We will be ordering again and I’ll be sure to tip extra for the way you were today. A fantastic grill that genuinely cares about their customers opinions. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The staff are more interested in serving take away meals. We waiting ages for our starters even longer for our main meals which were Luke warm when they were served.

Was given a tip off to try here, recently changed name but same staff so was a little dubious, wow what a suprise, the food was amazing, the taste was so fresh and so tasty the service was great the price was good.

excellent curry, always consistent. Definitely one of, if not the best takeaways in Swansea.

First time ordering from here tonight. Stunning food, really tasty. Good size portions. Picked up from the shop and was ready and waiting and staff were really friendly. Highly recommend 👌

Kemna bread no meat dry chips dry curry terrible wouldn't recommend it

Pasamos en nuestro camino para una cita, la ventana nos atrajo. Nos detuvimos en nuestro camino de regreso al coche para tomar algo de comida para una comida de cumpleaños. Agarré un poco de curry de garbanzos, ruego de curry, arroz biryani, chapatis, y luego algunos lados. Carga de pakora, bhaji, chile relleno bhajiya, hara bhara kebab, rollos de primavera, pimienta y chips de plátano picante. El servicio era genial, la comida era genial. Eill sin duda volver, sin duda recomiendo.

This week I was shocked to see the bad publicity that this place has received all over social media - I’ve eaten here forever , since the very first mukta mahal , ok I don’t eat Indian often but when I do I use various Indian all around the areas so I can change it up a bit - today I ignored the bad publicity and give these guys a chance , I ordered the chicken tikka korai amongst other things and I have to say the curry was by far the nicest curry I have ever eaten from a takeaway_, it was delivered on time - piping hot and full of flavour - the chicken was great quality and despite the negative criticism I will keep using these when I choose an Indian , I am under the impression that the hygiene inspection includes paperwork in their findings and this probably had an impact - the owner of this place is 34 years old - he’s giving it a go and ok he’s made a mistake but hopefully people will give him chance to put it right and use it as a learning curve - hopefully this business will remain open

Probably the nicest tasting food we ever had , even the pompadoms were tasty .. 100 % gonna order from these again ! It pays to try different places like this was our new one , stunning food .. thank you

Highly recommend this place great food great service and a generally good experience. Will definitely be coming back
