Lovely food tonight and the lads are always friendly I especially loved the mushroom rice and chicken byriani. 😉

Very tasty, good portion size but a little too salty

Banging. Set meal for 2 is an absolute bargain for what you get. Arrived hot and all there. My only criticism were the chips weren't very nice. Still, Highly recommend.

All sauce and no substance. Tasteless food with excessive sauce and very little chicken/lamb. What is it with Indian takeaways around Caerphilly who are unable to deliver satisfaction.

Ordered two main meals dished and all I can taste is salt, no curry flavours at all will never order from salsa tandoori ever again.

The best takeaway in the Caerphilly area. foods always fantastic. They always follow requests (we like extra hot Vindaloo) and food is always delivered on time... even if we book a time slot ahead. Looking forward to my next one 👌

Food finally arrived 2 hours after ordered, when questioning the order the person who answered the phone was really rude to me. Requested a refund and they said no I had to go through just eat (what I have done). Wouldn't ever order here again. Poor customer service, poor delivery, poor food.

The food was a bit late but the meal was tasty- especially the chicken saag!

Very disappointed food arrived 30 minutes after the alloted time and then was cold. Maybe driver had too many orders to deliver within a time slot. Not his fault but chips and nan bread were inedible. Very disappointed, not sure l'll be ordering from here again!

By far the best curry in the area

Food was cold. One tikka masala had opened in the bag and when put on a plate the amount of water that came out of the sauce was ridiculous, food was swimming on the plate. Put it straight in the bin

Very late delivery. Was told that the restaurant would text me within 5 minutes with an order update which never happened. Compensation? 1 poppadom. Korma far too sweet. Almost inedible Chicken tikka saag, extremely salty. The fried rice and poppadoms were as expected. Very disappointed especially given how long we'd waited and how much we paid.

Set meal includes one poppadom I also paid for another one so I’d have two but didn’t get one of them food was a lot later than stated but food was nice

Garlic naan didn’t taste right. No spice to the rogan Josh. Really disappointed with the overall taste of the food. Ate hardly anything

Busy Saturday but even so. Rice was a little too greasy but food was tasty.

The butter chicken was the worst curry I've ever eaten

Food was nice, but fell asleep waiting for it. Guy had a go as he was banging the door, but not surprising as we fell asleep waiting for the food. 90 minute wait. Ridiculous.

Never turned up tried calling them and language barrier was that great a conversation couldn't happen so no food ever turned up

I have ordered from Salma many times before but unfortunately on this occasion the food wasn't great. The onion bhaji's were cold and very hard on the outside. The nann bread was again cold and chewy but the worst item has too be the curry. There were only 5 pieces of chicken in it and was literally swimming in grease which had leaked out into the bag. Very disappointed as normally the meals from here are excellent.

Curry absolutely inedible again. Second time ordering from here and the same issues. Curries are AWFUL. No flavour, watery and filled with chunks of hard uncooked onion. Last time I’ll order from here.

Worst curry I’ve ever had, super runny for some reason.. more like a soup. Delivery driver couldn’t find the house so had to leave my house to find him.

Couldn’t order from my usual so went with these.Chicken tikka meal was good.My chicken vindeloo was shocking.Three small pieces of chicken in coloured water.Better off drinking it than eating it.Never again.

The food was not good at all even our dogs wouldn’t eat the chips they were a waste money

Late delivery from a guy with a really bad attitude. Food was gross. Butter chicken was mostly sweetened coconut cream. Almost like a pudding rather than a curry. So disgusting!

Rice was far too salty. Curry lacked flavour.

Food quality and customer service was great, a little annoyed my tikka came plastered with coconut which I don't like, but personal preference I guess.

First time ordering for a few years and now I remember why! Food arrived on time and piping hot BUT the curry was bland and tasteless.

Not tasty at all, extremely salty, the Nan bread was inedible and the chicken pakoras was just fried chicken in batter. What a waste of money. 🙁

Waited for the food for over 20mins longer than advertised, shop owner was very apologetic, after walking home realized that we're missing our Onion Bhajis... Dropped the ball a bit today

Rice was claggy and too moist and the naan seemed undercooked. Not very happy.

Excellent food good portion size very tasty

We have had take aways from Salma many, many times but tonight's was really disappointing, almost like they've had a change of chef. The sauce on my passanda was really thin, not the usual thick and creamy one I'm used to and my husband's biryani was nothing special either. And when I was notified it was on its way it should have taken less than 8 mins but it took ages.

Disappointed as food tasteless. All curries tasted the same - did they forget to put the spices in?

Food was cold when it arrived. First time this has ever happened. Raised a complaint with Just Eat but heard nothing back at all

Was my go to Indian but not any more. Bland under cooked breads. One of the mains was missing, phoned the but they wasn't bothered. Just said "phone just eat". The Currys are extremely oily. But, to be fair the panier and the onion bhajis are lovely so overall I'd say 4/10. Also I was refunded for the missing main by just eat immediately.

Had a very tasty meal of several curries. Absolutely delicious. Prompt & friendly delivery, despite me living quite some way from the restaurant. Generous portions & nicer than most of the local curry houses I've tried over the past 20 years living in the area.

After reading the poor reviews I was pleasantly surprised, I ordered the Salma special kebab and a portion of fries, the lamb and chicken were tasty and no grease. I could only eat half…so much meat ! the fries were crispy and probably the best fries from any takeaway locally, no taste of oil and perfectly cooked.

My usual take away wasn't doing deliveries tonight so thought I'd try Salma, well I now have a new regular take away, that says it all.

It was New Years Eve but over an hour after the latest estimated time.Rang them and was advised very busy but on way, was a further 45 mins after that. When it arrived the food was steaming hot and very nice, i understand they were busy but they would ideally just look at the way they calculate the estimated time of delivery. Would still use again

Food arrived late was cold and if you call that a curry I think they need cooking lessons it was just pots of greese absolutely swimming with greese not fir me this place

Always order from here was a bit disappointed tonight as I ordered chicken tikka pieces in my korma but had plain chicken, also naan bread seemed a little under cooked.

Another fabulous meal, large portions, chips could have been warmer but overall really happy. Would definitely order from here again!

One problem is that the synchronisation between the messages from just eat and the order actually being ready is way out. You have to add 15 minutes to what ever just eat says. That said the preparation time is acceptable. I just think that someone is overly optimistic with the time.

Food turned up relatively quick, the bottom of the trays and bag were all covered in grease and oil from the food cartons. The onion bahjis were the only good thing from this order. The chicken chat starter didn't taste of much and the chicken was extremely tough and when it came to the mains they were no different the chicken tikka masala tasted ok but the chicken was awful. My chicken tikka jalfrezi again the chicken was awful, extremely tough and it didn't taste of anything.... needles to say I won't be ordering from there again.

Greasy, lack of flavour, lack of meat in the nan kabab.

My food was awful, there was grit or something hard in the keema nan, the potatos were hard and under cooked. What a waste of money it all ended up in the bin
